Confessing About A Problem

Pinkie Pie was working in Sugarcube Corner one day giving orders out to customers. While she was working her friend Twilight came inside and went to the back of the line. Pinkie Pie spotted her. She smiled as she was happy to see her friend. Soon the line moved up and Twilight Sparkle was next. She was happy that she could see Twilight and Twilight was happy to see her.

Pinkie Pie finished serving the customer before Twilight and after serving that customer Twilight came up to the counter. Pinkie Pie was thrilled to see Twilight come to Sugarcube Corner. She was always happy to see her friends. Pinkie Pie prepared to take Twilight's order and told Twilight to go ahead and tell her.

Twilight gave her order and Pinkie Pie prepared her order while Twilight waited. Soon Pinkie Pie served her. After Pinkie Pie served Twilight Twilight decided to eat her order at home. Twilight needed to say something important about herself to Pinkie Pie so she spoke to her best friend in the hopes Pinkie Pie wouldn't mind talking to her after work.

"Pinkie Pie can I talk to you after work? I really need to tell you something and it's important. I will be sitting on a bench outside by Sugarcube Corner." She asked. Pinkie Pie nodded as Pinkie Pie gave Twilight her order that she had asked for and then responded to her best friend's request to see her after work.

"Sure you can Twilight I will be done in a few moments. Just wait for a few moments I will be right with you." Pinkie Pie told Twilight. Twilight nodded and left. Pinkie Pie wondered what was wrong with Twilight. Twilight seemed a bit upset. She shrugged as she finished up her shift. After finishing her shift she left Sugarcube Corner and went to see Twilight.

She saw Twilight sitting on a bench so she sat by her. Twilight nervously ran her hoof through her hair as she thought through what she wanted to say to Pinkie Pie as Pinkie Pie looked at her. She then looked at Pinkie Pie and then spoke to her friend.

"The reason why I called you out here was so I could apologize to you for the way I act towards you as I have no right to treat a friend as horribly as I do so I'm sorry." Twilight said. Pinkie Pie blinked in confusion.

"You don't act horribly towards me. I don't remember anything like that. When do you do that?" Pinkie Pie asked her as she had no example of Twilight being mean to her. She was very confused and she wanted Twilight to explain it to her. Twilight sighed and spoke to Pinkie Pie.

"I get annoyed at you and I ignore you sometimes and that's not right of me. I treat you badly and I don't mean to. I'm a horrible friend and I don't deserve you as a friend. I treat you like trash Pinkie and it's not okay to treat a friend like that. And I should be ashamed of the way I treat you." Twilight said.

Pinkie Pie shook her head as she touched Twilight's face lovingly and responded to her friends concern about her treating her badly as it was not true and Twilight should know that.

"Twilight you don't treat me horribly you just get annoyed sometimes but you don't abuse me or anything. You've never hit me! So you don't have to feel bad about yourself just because you get annoyed sometimes. In fact your in the right a lot of times. I do talk a little bit to much and I get excited when I really don't have to and that's my fault because I know I can calm down sometimes because I can get annoying!" Pinkie Pie stated smiling.

Twilight was shocked that Pinkie Pie would say stuff like that about herself. Pinkie Pie actually admitted that she should calm down sometimes. Pinkie Pie smiled at her as Pinkie Pie touched her cheek.

"So don't feel bad as it's actually my fault that happens sometimes you know. I've talked to a therapist about it and there's nothing they could do except tone down my excitement. I can still be excited but I just can't go overboard so I'm trying to tone down my problem." Pinkie Pie said

"Thanks Pinkie Pie. I thought I was being a horrible friend to you but I'm glad that you agree with me. Thank you Pinkie Pie I feel a lot better." Twilight told her best friend. They both hugged as they were glad that they both agreed. They both broke away from the hug and Pinkie Pie spoke to Twilight.

"Yeah like I said your in the right a lot of times because I sometimes don't know when to shut up. So don't feel about about getting annoyed sometimes. A lot of ponies get annoyed at me because again I have a problem but I'm trying to fight it by doing calm things that won't get me excited I can still get excited but I can't go to far with it. I have to limit it and I'm still allowed to get excited but I can only be excited to a certain level so like I said it's alright." Pinkie pie said.

"Thanks again." Twilight said hugging her. Pinkie Pie hugged her back they then pulled away and walked off together as Pinkie Pie was glad hat Twilight wasn't feeling guilty anymore and Twilight was glad that Pinkie Pie agreed with her and admitted that she had a problem with herself and that she was going to fix it.
