The country of Equestria has sat peacefully on its little green marble for the last millennia, with no knowledge of the titanic struggle for power going on in the deep blackness outside their system. This is about to change.

When the Scout Cruiser Burning Truth obtains the data logs of a deep-space probe, the R.I.M. Coalition discovers a new Eden-Class garden world. With only a handful of systems still capable of supplying even a fraction of their tremendous military needs, a new world means a new hope against the ever-oppressive Republic Of Man, and a new hope at freedom.
The Empire Of Iron is on the move.

This is my first attempt at writing a story, ever. Constructive criticism is welcomed, as well as any type of feedback.
The first chapter will give you a basic rundown on the history of this universe, from the perspective of a Coalition soldier. This means that most of your knowledge will be biased against the Republic, as well as not having very much in the first place, since the Empire Of Iron doesn't have public education.
If anyone wants a full history from both sides, then please tell me so in the comments, and maybe I'll write it out in a blog.
As I live on the move, i may not always have internet, and as such will be unreachable, and unable to post. I will, however continue to when i can, and post as soon as i am able.
