One Peculiar Day

Chapter 1

I can’t tell you how many days that go by that I think things always get worse. Well, I was wrong. I’m Holly Dance, mostly average teen. I’m not the most attractive or the most relatable but I’m… Something. I’m into mostly well…. Lets just say ponies. Yes, yes I know I seem to be too old for ‘that’ kind of stuff but, I really give no damn about it. Do others get in the way? Well YES! They do alot but really as long as you enjoy what you like to do, you don’t have to worry what others think. So I just go my way and don’t get in others. But this all changes one, peculiar day...

Apparently someone named ‘RD’ decided to talk to me one Monday morning. Sure it seems like he’s catfishing me but I know too well. If I could describe him with only one word I will describe him as…. Different. He’s very different than others I’ve met and I’ve met some really nice guys. Just, something about him made me feel ‘safe’ or ‘happy’. Usually guys will hang out or even talk to a girl only for their looks or ‘pleasures and desires’. He really wasn’t there for that. Heh, what makes him stand out is the phase he always says, “its not about the looks of someone. It’s about their personality and the way they feel for someone else”.

From then on we acted like close friends. Well we were more than friends. We were best friends. From then on I usually don’t have to worry about anything troubling me anymore. For I know I can always go to ‘him’ about it. “I mean hey what are friends for right?” Is what he would usually say. I really do look forward to down the road.
