Chapter 10: One Hell Of A Week

I spent the next couple of days helping the other ponies wrap up winter. True I'm with the animal group but it doesn't mean I still can't help out a bit.

I first went to Applejacks team and helped them plant seeds across the field. Then went to Pinkie Pie's location and tried to skate. It didn't go so well.

I then went over to Rarity's spot and helped make a few birds nests. And finally I went back to Fluttershy's location and helped again wtih the animals. It was the most fun I had in years.

But it was done Winter Wrap Up was finished! I beamed so much joy. My first Winter Wrap Up and it was so joyful.

Two days have passed since Winter Wrap Up finished and I was soooooo bored. Today was just so boring. Nopony needed any help, Applebuck Season is two months away for me to help, and even the animals at Fluttershy's didn't even need any food or affection.

It was just a very slow boring day. I then decided to get up and find something to do. As I got to town I saw Dash just sitting on her cloud snoring. "Hehe. Looks liks Dash's sleeping." A mischsevious grin came upon me as a thought came to me.

(Ohh! This is gonna be awesome!) I thought to myself while climbing up towards Rainbow. I climbed to the point where I was just a inch away from Rainbow and was getting ready to jump off. "Hehe. Oh this is going to be so rad."

I jumped and as I was falling I yelled "CANNON BALL!" as I was falling ontop of Rainbow. Rainbow opened her eyes and looked up but she was smiling. I was confussed then it hit me. (Shit! She planned this!) I thought.

She then flew away from me and I fell into a barrel of pickels. I pulled myself out of the barrel smelling like I just came out of a pickle factory. "HAHAHA! I knew you're going to do that Cody. So I just played pretend just waiting for you to come." Said Rainbow while recovering from the laughter.

"Good one Dash. But I need to get home so that I can change my clothes and take a shower so that I don't smell like a pickle jar." I said while plugging my nose from the stench.

"Sure. But once that's done meet me in the park so that we can hang okay?." Asked Rainbow while trying not to laugh again. I nodded. I then spent an hour in the shower making sure I was clean.

"AH! Finally clean. Now to meet up with Dashie and have some fun today." I said to myself while putting on fresh clothes. I got to the park but I didn't see Rainbow anywhere. I figured that she was going to pull another prank on me. So I prepaired myself just incase.

I then started hearing laughter coming from behind me so I turned around to see what the commotion was about. Rainbow Dash was walking with non other than the one person I hated with every fiber of my being Gilda The Griffon.

Gilda was the only other thing I hated so much. The other one was Discord. I hated them both so much I would kill them with a very dangerous disease and release it onto them and just watch them die slowly as possbile while smiling.

"Hey Cody." Said Rainbow. I waved. "Gilda this my friend Cody. Cody, Gilda." Said Rainbow in a joyful tone. "Sup?" Said Gilda. "Uh.. Hey." I replied. I started to whispered to Rainbow (Hey I thought you gave Gilda the boot. Why is she her?) I asked her.

"Well Gilda came back to appologize to everypony about what happened years ago and was hoping to ask for forgivness." Replied Rainbow. I knew better. Gilda wasn't going to change she's back for revenge on Pinkie and maybe even more.

"Well I'll let you two get better aquainted now. I gotta do a couple of jobs to do today. But I'll be back later to hangout." Said Rainbow as she flew off towards Cloudsdale. Me and Gilda waved her goodbye. Then all of a sudden Gilda looked at me with such fire in her eyes.

"Look....Freak. You may think that Dash is your friend But She's Not! She's my friend. And if you get in my way again I'll show you how Griffons tear there food apart." Said Gilda in her ferocious voice.

I was then knocked to the ground by Gilda as she flew away. "Bitch please. Your not going to do anything to anyone. I'll make sure of that." I said to myself. I tried to tell Dash that Gilda hasn't changed and that she's going to hurt somepony if we don't stop her. She didn't listen to me. I then went to SugarCube Coner as Pinkie Pie threw a *We Forgive You* party for Gilda.

The party was good I just wished that it wasn't for Gilda. I then saw Gilda go into the kitchen. She was probably going to do something really horrid. I snuck in the back of the kitchen to see what she was going to do. Then I saw it! Gilda was holding a strange bottle with her claw and started to pour it into the cake mix.

I couldn't see what it was so I used my phone to get a better look. It was sometype of potion. I then zoomed in to see what potion it was. I froze in fear. (Earl's Satifaction! The Earl's Satifaction!) I yelled in my head.

I remembered an artical on one of Twilight's books called "Potion's Guideline Into History" There was a specific part about a deadly potion called *Earl's Satifaction* "Once ingested it causes extreme pain throughtout the entire body of the host. Then the legs start to darken, then cause a horrible case of cancer, and finally the victim shall go into a coma then die 4 weeks later."

"Holy shit! She's going to kill everypony! I've got to stop her." I said. I then pulled out my Spider-man costumes gloves and boots. (Thank Celestia that Twilight's spell never wore off.) I thought to myself. I then bolted to the party hoping nopony eats it.

As i was heading back into the party it was too late the cake was done but nopny ate any of it yet. "So Gilda. Enjoying the party?" Asked Rainbow Dash. "Yeah. I'm having a killer time." Said Gilda while smiling evily.

As Pinkie Pie was about to eat the cake I web-shotted at it making the cake fall onto the floor. Then I wrapped up all the cake pieces together onto the rest of the cake in the middle of the room. "What in tarnation are ya doing Cody?" Asked the angry AppleJack.

"Nobody Eat The Cake! It's Been Poisoned!" I yelled to everypony. They all stopped to turn to me and gasped. "What? How do you know it's been poisoned? Asked Twilight. "Cause I saw Gilda put in Earl's Satifaction into the cake mix!" I replied angerly. Twilight's eyes were widen in fear.

"What?! Earl's Satifaction?!" She replied in shock and fear. "What in the hay is Earl's Satifaction?" Asked Rainbow Dash. "Earl's Satifaction is a deadly potion that causes cancer to anyone who ingests it and then kills them! All traces of it have been erased by Celestia before the incedent with Discord!" Replied Twilight.

Everypony all gasped at what they heard. Gilda then replied in anger "No I didn't you dont have proof of it!" I gave a smirk. "Oh yeah I do." I pulled out my phone and showed it to everypony that she poured it into the cake mix. I then pointed at her saying "The reason that she did all of this was to get rid of everypony that Dash is friends with so that she can become her *Only Friend* again."

Rainbow was in shock "What!?" She then looked at Gilda with such anger and sadness. "Why Gilda? Why would you want to kill of my friends?" Gilda had such hatred in her eyes. And if Heartless did excist she would've definitly become one hell of a Heartless.

She then replied in anger. "YOU WANNA KNOW WHY? IT'S BECAUSE I WANTED REVENGE FOR WHAT PINKIE PIE DID TO ME! ALSO YOU ONLY NEED ONE FRIEND AND THAT'S ME NOT THESE LOSER PONIES!" She then looked at me and screamed at the top of of lungs while being in a bloodrage.

"AND THIS FREAK RUINED IT ALL!" She said to me before charging at me. "YOUR GOING TO DIE NOW YOU FREAK OF NATURE!" I then jumped out of the way from Gilda's claw swipe. Then I crawled up onto the celling and webbed her up so tight she couldn't even stretch her wings and fly away.

(Again Thank you Celestia for Twilight's spell not wearing off) I said to myself again. I then Looked at Gilda and said the one line I've always watned to say when I caught a criminal "Saa, omae no tsumi o kazoero!" I said while giving the Kamen Rider W pose.

Dash started to walk up to me. "Cody. I-I'm sorry. I should've listen to you when you said Gilda hasn't change." Said Dash while trying not to cry. "It's okay Dash. You tried to get passed all the problems and thought that she finally had changed so that you can be friends again. But a Griffon doesn't change it's feathers and neither did she." I replied to her while giving a smile.

The guards Twilight called for finally arrived to arrest Gilda for attemptive of murder by an banished potion. She was sent to prison without possible chance of paroal.

Two days have passed since the incedent with Gilda. I was given a medal of bravery for saving Ponyville's Citizens from a deadly potion. It felt good. I was given a medal for saving everypoines lives. That's somthing I thought would never happened to me.

And today Twilight and the others invited me for a *Hero's Reward* picnic. Even though I asked for no sepcial treatment. They insisted it as a way for saying thanks. So I just went with it.

We chatted a bit at the picnic. I heard all of there stories about there past and all. It was fun. I never got to do somthing like this before. It felt great not having any problems and worries at all. Hell even having not a lot of tech here felt great! I didn't even miss any of the things back home.

Again this place is paradise. As we were walking back towards town we heard some comotion in the town square. We decided to check it out. We got up to the front row and saw a stage just sitting there. (Hmm... Why does this seem so familar) i thought to myself.

"Welcome Everypony! Be amazed by the return of The Great And Powerful Trixie!" Said Trixe as she appeard from a blast of smoke. "What in the hay is she doing here?" Said AppleJack. "Who cares? Let's just get this over with." Replied Rainbow Dash.

Trixie then looked at me. "You! Monster Ape. Would you be so kind and come up stage so that the Great and Powerful Trixie can show to everypony that Trixie is the greatest in the world?" Trixie asked me. I nodded. The girls looked at me with such surprise.

"Don't worry. I'll use my gloves and boots again to show her up." I whispered to them while putting on my spidey stuff again. I got up on stage.

"Be amazed Ponyville! The Great and Powerful Trixie shall make this... Ape thing dissapear!" She told the crowd. I knew this trick already. (There's a trap door under me and when she pulls it I'll give her a surprise of my own.) i said to myself.

As she threw a smoke bomb at me. I then jumped up to the celling and hanged upside down just waiting for my chance. As the smoke dissapeared the crowd gasped at my dissapearance. "Don't be afriad everypony. For the Great and Powerful Trixie shall bring him back!" Said Trixie.

She did the same thing again but this time when the smoke cleared I was still gone. They all gasped again. Trixie looked to see that I was still gone. She paniced. As she was about to say somthing else but I slid down on a strand of web and tapped here. "Looking for me I presume?" I said to her. Trixie jumped.

Everypony just laughed at her. Trixie then just bolted off stage crying. And at the same time I well felt horrible. A few hours passed as I went to Trixie's carriage. I knocked on it. "Go Away! If your here to make fun of me then just go away!" As she yelled at me while crying. I then replied. "Actually Miss Trixie. May I come in to have a chat?"

She then opened the door. "Oh! It's you. The one who humiliated me." She said in anger. "Yeah listen. I'm sorry that I caused you pain. I didn't mean to. You just had to be taught that you should'nt have bragged about being *the best*." I said while trying to stop her from crying.

"Why? Why would you want to do that?" She asked me. "Well to be honest. I actualy feel sorry for you." I said to her. She looked surprise. "You feel sorry for me? Why?" Said Trixie.

"Well I know you had a rough time. And you never had any friends to be with. So that's one of the main reasons your doing this act. Your trying to make friends but you feel like showing them off is the only way to do it." I said to her while stroking her mane.

She was surprised again. "How? How did you know about that?" Trixie asked me in shock. "I can see it in your eyes. The pain of loneliness, the illusionary friendships, and the betrayal. I can see them all in your eyes.' I replied. Her eyes grew "But how I've never said anything about it to anypony not even my parents!" Said Trixie.

"Like I said I can see them all cause I had the same problems." I said. She looked at me with such shock. I chuckled. I told her everything about my life and how it went down. And after finishing my tale she began to cry while she nuzzeled me. "I-I've never m-m-meet anyone who had the same p-p-roblems like me." Trixie said while trying to stop herself from crying.

She had finally meet someone who understands the pain she has. I was embracing her so that she knew she wasn't alone. As she began to cry her eyes out I was doing the same thing so that I may let off some steam. As we began to stop crying I told her that her talent is performing but as an illusionist. She smiled at me.

The next day I got everypony in Ponyville to Trixe's stage. As she was getting on stage I knew hell was about to break loose. "Calm Down Everypony!" I yelled at at crowd. "Listen Trixie is hear to say somthing. So please give her a chance." I looked at Trixie and told her it's time.

She nodded. She then started to tell everypony about her past and why she's like this now. As she finished all she wanted was them to ask for forgivness. They did. Trixie was now crying tears of joy. I smiled.

"Well looks like your new life can begin. Eh Trixie?" I said to her. "Yes it is Cody. I just want to thank you for everything you've done. You have helped me get so many friends and now I can forget about calling myself *the best there is*." Trixie replied while giving a joyful smile.

"Goodluck Friend, I hope you find what your looking for." I said to her while doing another Fourze pat. Trixie smiled.

Months have gone by and today I need to get to Rarity's place so that I can order a very special suit for the Grand Galloping Gala. I told Rarity what it should look like. A black leather jacket with my emblem on the back, a red t-shirt under it and Dark blue pants.

She told me it would be done before the Gala. I was okay with that. A month has gone by and it was time for the Grand Galloping Gala. I got to Rarity's to see if it was done and Of course it was. It looked awesome! I couldn't wait for the surprise Me And Vinyl put together.

After I got dressed for it Me and Spike hanged out for a bit while the girls got ready even though it's been 6 hours already! And it was all most time too. And after waiting for so long they where ready. "Mother Of God." I said to them while in awe.

The girls were (of course) wearing the same dresses they wore last time at the Gala. But I didn't care they looked amazing! Who cares if they're ponies they looked awesome!

We got to the carriage I rented. (Thank you Vinyl Scratch). And we headed off. We finally got to the Gala and it was packed. Me and Spike hopped off the back of the carriage and opened the door for the girls. "Why thank you good sirs." Said Twilight.

As we headed towards the entrance we were comfronted by the Royal Guards. "Halt!" Said the guards as they pointed there spears at me. "Woah what's going on here?' I asked them.

"You'll be coming with us monster!" Replied the guard. "What for? I have an invitation!' I said in anger. "Sure you do. And I have a invitation to a ice cream store on the moon." Said the other guard sarcastically.

Twilight then walked in front of us. "Excuse me good sirs. But this here is the one I told the Princess about." Said Twilight. They looked at eachother then they nodded. And as we entered the captian says "I'm keeping an Eye on you freak."

"Geez! What kind of pony does that?" Said Rainbow. "They're just doing there job Rainbow. Besides The Princess told me there was somepony very special here tonight. There might be assassins trying to get in." Replied Twilight.

"Still they had no right to treat Cody like that." Said the Angerly Rainbow Dash. I chuckled. As we got inside I told the girls to meet me at the dance hall. There was going to be a very special surprise there.

As I precieded to the hall to see if everything was set up I got a glance of The Princessess. I was so excited! Both Princess Celestia and Luna were both here! "I hoped they like my songs." I said in conseren.

I saw Vinyl with Octavia near the stand. "Hey Cody!" Said Vinyl. "Hey." I said. "So your Cody? Vinyl has told me quite about you. I'm very eager to hear you sing." Said the curious Octavia.

"Hehe Thanks. Hope you like it." I replied while blushing. "This is gong to be so awesome!" Said the over excited Vinyl. I simply nodded and smiled.

"So have any ideas on what you want to sing?" Asked Vinyl. "Yes. Yes I do." I replied while a smile. I told her and the band on what songs I'm singing. And of course I came prepaired. I gave the others the lyrics for the 5 songs I'm singing and the notes for the instruments. They all nodded.

Off in the distance outside of the castle. "It's time. Let's see how our guests are doing isn''t that right my loyal subjects?" Said the female as eyes appereaed from the forest.

"Okay everypony it's time for our musical performance!' Said Vinyl speaking from the mic. All of the ponies at the Gala came too the dance hall to hear this "newcomer" perform.

"Okay everpony! Please Give around appleause for our newest musician Cody Aldrich and his band Elemental Surge!" Yelled Vinyl Scratch as the lights showed me.

"How's it going Everypony!? I said to the crowd. "I'm Cody Aldrich. And these guys are my band friends and we're going to play five songs for you. Any Kind Of Guy by BTR, You And I by Anarbor, Dance Inside by All American Rejects, Windows Down by BTR, And Loyalty by Mandopony and AccousticBrony."

"HIT IT!" Yelled Vinyl as the music started to play. The girls were all cheering for me and even the Princess were curious about me and this performance.

"GOODNIGHT EVERYPONY. AND I HOPE YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL TIME AT THE GALA!" I said to the roaring crowd.

After that wonderful moment had came. It was ruined in a matter on seconds. *CRASH!!!* I looked to see what happened. Then all of a sudden Princess Celestia and Luna dropped onto the floor unconsious. "Princess Celestia!" Said Twilight.

"Oh my What happened?" Asked Fluttershy. "They've been hit with a toxin but it just seems to me like there only knocked out." Said Twilight. But then Changlings came soaring threw the sky and entering the Gala with Queen Chrysalis right behind her Changling army.

"AHAHAHA! Hello everypony." Said Queen Chrysalis. "What are you doing here Chrysalis?" Asked the furious Twilight. "I've come to destory you all! But before I do that I just want to say congrats on the foal Cadance and Shining Armor." Said Chrysalis as she turned her head towards Cadance and Shining Armor.

"Take them all my minions!' Chrysalis said to her minions. All of the Changlings started to attack everyone. They already took out The Princesses and the guards. Chrysalis started to chuckle. "HEY INSECT!" I yelled at Chrysalis. As she turned around the only thing she saw was my fist.

I sent her flying towards the wall. And when she hit that wall everyone just stopped. She looked at me with such shock as she looked into my eyes. She felt like she was staring into a dark void. But then started to laugh.

"HAHAHAHA! Well well. What do we have here? A creature trying to play hero?" Said Chrysalis. And if you were their you would see so much fire in my eyes that you would've been blinded. I was in such a bloodrage. Chrysalis had the balls to even try somthing like this? She was trying to hurt everything I held dear here.

"You bitch. You have the audacity to come in here and hurt everypony that I care for?" I said while holding back my rage. "Ohh I do dear. I'm going to kill everypony here and then I think I'll go to Ponyville and start with the school there." Queen Chrysalis said to me.

I snapped. I just yelled at the top of my lungs and charged at her. She did dodge of course. "Hahaha. You amuse me boy. But play time is over. Minons! Kill this thing!" She yelled.

Changlings started to charge at me. I gave a smirk. I then got into a Kamen Rider Meteor battle stance "HOOOOOO....WAAA!" I yelled while charging right back at them. "Woo Waa! Waaa!" I kept saying as I took down as many Changlings as possible. They did get me pretty good but nothing I couldn't handle. Chrysalis was astounished! She had never seen anyone fight like that before and neither did the girls.

"He's.. He's fighting. For us?" Said Rainbow in awe. "Yeah he is. I guess he wasn't kidding when he said he'll fight for all of us even if that means him sacraficing himself." Replied the worried Twilight.

I kept fighting as hard as I could. I punched one changling so hard he did a domino affect to some of the others. If I recall it correctly I spent a good 30 minutes fighting the Changlings.

As I took out the last one I looked at Queen Chrysalis. She froze in fear. Then I said it again while doing another W pose. "Saa, omae no tsumi o kazoero!" I yelled at Queen Chrysalis.

I started to run. Once I jumped I pressed my ipod and played this [ Scanning Charge ]. Then I said to her while doing a flying sidekick "Rider Kick!" I hit her dead on.

She got sent flying towards the center of the room. She got up though. "UUHHNG!" Chrysalis was in a huge amount of pain. "YOU DAMN APE! I'LL KILL YOU FOR LAYING A HAND ON ME!" Chrysalis yelled at me in anger.

"I think not." A voice said as it echoed the room. We looked to see who it was. It was Princess Celestia And Princess Luna! They woke up! "No. It can't be your supposed to be unconscious!" As Chrysalis yelled at Celestia.

"I think you've over stayed your welcome." Said Luna. Both Celestia's and Luna's horn began to glow. Then they let out a burst of energy sending both Queen Chrysalis and her minions outside the Equestrian area.

As it was finished I collapsed. "Cody!" Both Fluttershy and Rainbow said as I collpased. The girls ran towards my body. "Is he alright?" Asked the concerned AppleJack. "He's fine My Little Ponies. He's just exhausted from fighting to save you all from the Changlings." Said Celestia.

They all sighed for relief when they heard that. They were all just glad I was ok. Man this was one hell of a week..........
