Vacationing with Discord

Isaiah looked over Ponyville with his deep brown eyes, very glad that Twilight let him stay at her castle until he could find a way back to his world. The human sighed and ran a hand through his medium length auburn hair. He still wondered why the princess was so willing to let a human like him stay in her castle... other then it having dozens of empty rooms. Regardless... he needed to rest after what happened just a few days before. Allot of Ponyville was obliterated when an creature from Isaiah's world had followed him into Equestria. Good thing no one got hurt... he thought to himself. Isaiah had fought the creature to the point of near death, and was doing his best to help Ponyville rebuilt.

The community was amazing! The ponies had banded together and were doing their best to help rebuild all the lost homes. Isaiah had used his dragonic form to help them set a few rooftops. Who ever thought I could find a use for that form. The young man was cursed with that form a few years ago... and he DID NOT like it. Sure... being able to become a dragon was cool, but he could not always control the change or the other form.  He sighed and turned around to see Twilight standing there, watching him.

"You almost died a few days ago, the last thing you need to do is work yourself to the bone," she said, a worried tone in her voice and concern in her eyes.

Isaiah looked away, "I know... but I do this everyday," he smiled. "Pushing beyond my limits to help others is normal for me. I want to at least help raise a few more buildings out of the rubble today to help out more families."

Twilight shook her head. "You need to rest today, you can help again tomorrow."

Isaiah clenched his fist. "No... I must help... that is what I do." one of his eyes flashed and turned reptilian, red scaled began to appear around it.

"Rest... tomorrow we can continue to rebuild..." she walked over to him and placed a hoof on his chest. Isaiah calmed down, his eye turning back to normal and the scales vanishing.

"I personally think you both can use some... R and R!" said a rather comical voice...

Isaiah looked around... Discord... it always had to be discord. He had only met discord 4 days ago... but the guy annoyed him.

Sure enough a hat appeared, and a hand reached in and pulled out Discord... the hat and hand then disappeared. "Ta da! Now... I think I know the perfect place for the young couple to vacation!" he exclaimed, shoving Isaiah and Twilight together.

"We are just friends, Discord! We only met a week ago and we are not even the same species!" Twilight yelled.

"Oh? really? So should I cancel the wedding?" the Chaos lord jested as the human and alicorn suddenly found themselves dressed up in a tuxedo and dress. "Shoo!" he said waving to dressed up clones of himself, "The couple has canceled the wedding I am afraid!"

Isaiah lit up with a blinding white flare and the Tuxedo burnt off leaving him in his regular... apparently fireproof... red shirt. "THERE NEVER WAS A WEDDING!" he shouted, his eyes looking reptilian.

"Oh come on! Relax!" Discord said and he ruffled the humans hair, "I am only messing with you both! besides..." he then appeared beside the princess and hugged her. "I know Twi here is not the type to want to marry anyone!" he howled with laughter.

"Not funny discord..." Twilight frowned.

"Tough crowd..." he shrugged, "Well... still, you both have been working way to hard, I thought some fun and games would be good for you two... I know!" he snapped his fingers and suit cases appeared beside the human and pony, and they were now dressed in Hawaiian shirts and had sunglasses. "The three of us should go on a vacation together! As friends!" he smiled slightly and pulled us into a group hug.

Twilight rolled her eyes, "We don't have a choice... do we?"

"How perceptive of you! Maybe you are as smart as they say!" Discord mused.

Next thing they knew they were on an island. The ocean roared, the breeze whispered, the sun beat down on them. Isaiah and Twilight looked at each other in confusion...

"Oh come now! you should be enjoying yourselves!" Discord was laying in a hammock between two palm trees, wearing a Hawaiian shirt and sunglasses, holding onto a metal sheet acting like he was getting a tan. Sure enough... his fur was darkening.

Isaiah sighed... and a black marking on his arm that looked like a sword flashed white. A disembodies feminine voice could be heard around them with each flash. "I like this guy, we should hang out with him more often."

"Shut up Eternal!" Isaiah groaned, he never liked hearing the voice of his so called 'spirit companion' that could turn into a sword when Isaiah was in battle and grant him amazing powers... but always chose to never help. So much for a partnership.

"Hmmf..." Eternal's voice fell silent.

Twilight looked around, "So... what should we do? I don't see any books?"

"Twilight Sparkle, Twilight Sparkle!" discord shook his head, apparently he was now standing behind the two. A startled Isaiah fell forward and his face sank in the sand, but Twilight seemed used to this. "You don't need books to have fun! You have to let loose, enjoy the beach, the sand, the water, the sun, and Isaiah... I guess... the guy is a party pooper... so... ya..."

Isaiah got out of the sand and sat on his knees. "Hey, I had fun at Pinkies 'welcome to Ponyville' party!" he snapped back.

"Then we all got attacked by a creature from YOUR world... so... part pooper..."

Isaiah shot a death-glare at the chaos lord. Discord just chuckled. "Now, now! Don't get so worked up! Old buddy ol' pal!"

"We met 4 days ago..."

Discord pretended to be shocked, "Oh? Really? I could have sworn we had known each other for years! I mean... look at all these memories!" a scrap book with photos of them doing EVERYTHING together appeared suddenly. Isaiah did not seem amused.

Discord then grinned and snapped his fingers, "How about we try this!"

Suddenly the human male was in swim trunks... and Twilight was an anthro version of herself in a bathing suit. Isaiah seemed a bit confused, but twilight freaked out.

"What... what did you do to my body!" she shrieked... looking herself over. Isaiah glanced her way to see what she was going on about... noticed the now anthro twilight in a bathing suit, and looked away quickly with a blush. "Turn me back Discord!" Twilight said, very agitated.

"Not until you have some fun in the water!" he replied, sticking out his tongue.

Twilight glared at him but headed down to the water... Isaiah followed. When they were both standing in it discord winked at Isaiah. As the cold water rushed along their wastes Isaiah grinned and suddenly splashed at Twilight. She glared at him and splashed back. Isaiah laughed, sprouted dragon wings, and used them to splash her with allot more water. The princess, seeming a little angry, splashed back with her wings as well. The human dived to dodge, swam behind her with freakish speed, popped back up, and sent water Twilights way. She reacted by turning around and shoving the young man. Isaiah started to float on his back and giggle as he drifted away from her. The pony smiled a little and splashed at him again. Isaiah stood back up in the water, jumped a few paces back and sent a splash at her from a distance. Twilight finally laughed and they plashed back and forth till they could no longer continue.

As promised Discord had turned her back to her normal 4-legged pony self after she played in the water. Her and the human now lay on beach towels and relaxed as the warm sun dried them off. "See! Beach vacations are FUN!" the chaos lord exclaimed as he handed them both coconuts with straws sticking out.

"Your right Discord," Twilight smiled as she began to take a sip. Isaiah nodded in agreement and he drank his.

The human looked over to Twilight and smiled. "It looks like you are getting me to relax after all!" he said, raising his coconut as if they were performing a toast. The alicorn levitated hers to his with her magic, as she only had hooves again.

"I am glad! Then tomorrow we can get back to work!" she beamed.

"Oh! But the fun is only just beginning! What about my volcano island treasure hunting adventure I planned 5 seconds ago?" Discord pouted.

Isaiah and Twilight just laughed...
