"Where Are WE!" I shouted into the trees, almost giving up any hope of escape.

"Calm down, Steven. We will find a way out" My friend Dale said.

"No, how can you be CALM, Were stuck in the dark with no ideal where we are" I said aggressively as I began to walk at a faster pace. I was losing hope, we had been stuck in this damned forest for what feels like hours. The sun was no longer in the sky from what little openings in the think canopy, we were practically walking blind.

"Slow Down, Steven. I know your scared, but please remain calm" Dale said as he approached next to me and learned over towards my ear. "We are in the dark, in a forest we don't know and things that can kill US" Dale whispered into my ear. "Now Please shut up" He then went back to what looked like listening to the darkness.

He was right, He was always right. I trusted dale not because he was my friend, but I knew that he was smarter then me and he had always had a knack of staying composed in even the worse situations.

We walked in complete silence listening to every noise in the dark sinister looking forest. We couldn’t see a thing, but we walked. Every muscle in my body told me this was a bad ideal, but what choice did we have. The moment we woke up something was off, the area we were in seemed to be some sort of feeding ground and we couldn't stay their. It was a risk to move, but the chances of running into something was a lot slim if we kept on our feet.

We walked till the moon was high in the sky. The trees had thinned a bit compared to before, just enough to allow some moon light in, allowing to see a bit of the forest and in front of us. This was good sign, the trees thinning out means we are getting closer to edge and once were out we can worry about camp.

"Look, I told ya. The trees are thinning we are almost out" Dale said as he pointed to the canopy above us being less dense with ever step we took, Until finally becoming non existent. We were out finally.

"Yes, I was getting tired of trees…" I trailed of as me and dale stared at a small village, but this village was familiar like something I had seen before. I wasn't sure why, but I continued to stare until I saw at the farthest back of the village stood a tree reflecting the moon light as if made of crystals… It was a crystal castle or more accurately Twilight Crystal Tree. "Dale, are you seeing what I am seeing" I turned to look at dale to confirmed if this was real or just my mind finally giving up, but dale nodded his head with a look of shock.

"H-how?" Dale stammered as he fell to the ground, landing on his ass.

"I don't know, but we should probably get as far away from the forest as possible" I said as I grabbed dales hand, pulling him up and attempting to drag his lazy ass as far away from that accursed forest know by the local residents of this world as the most dangerous forest in this region of equestria and possible all of equestria.

I continued pulling dale along till I felt we were a safe distance away from the everfree forest. We both just sat their on a hill, staring at a village that only existed behind a screen.

"Steven, Want to tell me how or why and is their even a way home" Dale said still in shock, but recovering.

"Dale, I don't know, but their might be. I don't expect it to be easy, but this place is controlled by magic so why not" I sighed as I stared off into the distance before standing up again "Alright, Time to get moving. I know this is hard for you, but we have to get going, we probably shouldnt be out in the open like this." I said as I scanned the horizon looking for anything that we could use for shelter. I spotted in the distance a field of trees; or more specifically apple trees. "We can go there, it maybe a big risk, but I rather risk it their considering where are currently at"

"Isn't their a club house somewhere over their, if my memory serves correctly" Dale raised a great question, because from what I remember from the show, there is a clubhouse, built or restored by the CMC and if were lucky its not the weekend.

"Alright, CMC club house it is." I proclaimed before making my way with dale fallowing behind towards sweet apple aches.

We walked for a couple minuets until reaching a river, which we easily crossed as conveniently their was a rope bridge possibly made to get easier access to the everfree for whatever reason you would need one, but our walk proceeded with little to no problems from their on. The moon was getting lower in the sky, but we continued to walk thought the ache of apple trees looking for the elusive, never shown where club house.

A hour passed before we finally located said clubhouse, we were relived to see it in better care then ever before.

"The crusaders been busy" I said as I began to climb the rickety wooden ladder. The wood creaked once inside, but held firm as any treehouse should. Dale soon climbed in and closed the door behind him. We lied down feet towards the door, so if it something were attempting to open it we could be able to react.

Dale had no trouble falling asleep, me on the other hand couldn’t stop thinking of the possibilities that this world held. I had literal dreamt of this place, never thought I would actually step foot here.

"Im here." I sighed smiling as I closed my eyes and let my thoughts carry me to sleep.

I stood in a room, a room full of people I cared about. Dale was their, he was siting at a counter arguing with his sister about some political discussion that she was about to lose. I was in the center of the room sounded by many others, but then all of sudden they disappeared, only dale remained alone at the table staring down sadly.

"Where did everyone go" I said to dale.

"You, Its your fault their gone. We will never see them again!" Dale shouted as looked me with tears running down his face.

My heart hurt, my breath labored. This wasn’t right, I didn’t do anything why me? And when did dale cry?. "I didn’t do anything, I don’t understand what gotten into you" I said softly as I walked closer to him, but as I did he to disappeared and now I stood in a dark room, alone, scared and afraid.

"DALE!" I shouted into the darkness, but no response came. All I could do was stare into the darkness holding myself. I continued to stare into the darkness, hoping for a change, but none came until the room became cold. My breath fogged as a large Red Eye opened in the darkness in front of me, It watched me with a cold, emotionless stare. The eye continued to watch as I began to panic and scream,  but no matter how far I tried to run it stayed behind me.

"NOOO!" A loud voice erupted from the darkness cause it to become bright again and the eye shattered like glass as a figure walked from behind it "You will not, Harm him" The voice shouted again as a scream erupted from the darkness as it was forced away by the blinding light. The figure became more clear as it came close.

This wasn’t a person who walked into view, but A dark blue Alicorn, who was tall, regal and proud. She irritated comfort, safety and calmness. I knew this pony, she wasn’t just anypony but the princess of night Luna.

All became clear now, This is a dream and that is not a dream. I bowed showing respect to the princess, which to be honest I didn’t have to do, but I know what's a dream and what's not, once I am aware. "Thank you"

"Curious? Why do you look like that" Princess Luna said with a confused expression.

"Hehe Long story, but one I could explain, but not in dream. This need to be said to you and your sister awake" I said as I conjured a chair behind to sit on.

"Hmm… interesting, Your not from here" Princess luna said as a panel before began playing something.

'Oh hell no, she aint doing I think she is' I immediately shattered the screen in front of her with ease. "no cheating, this is my dream you forget, now don't try that again or ill have to eject you" I said smugly.

"Sorry, Please forgive, but I had to figure out where you are from" She said

"I understand, you also want to find out why and all that, but I have request. Come to ponyville you and your sister. Find us, seek us out and we would be willing to tell exactly what 'this' is all about, don’t tell twilight" I said before waving bye to her and before collapsing my dream world.
