"Timidthy!" a raspy voice sounded out louder than the crowd it's self. "Timidthy!" the raspy voice boomed louder, "TIMIDTHY!" the voice sounded one more as Timidthy's world faded.' Timidthy opened his eye's slowly and he was about to fall back asleep. Until a prismatic maned pegasus got in his face and said, "Wake up!" Timidthy jumped and fell on the floor in fear. "Yikes Tim I honestly thought--" said Rainbow before she cut herself off and stared, "Woah." she said. Timidthy looked confused, "Umm, Rainbow what's wrong?" Timidity said as he got on his hooves. 'Is it just me or am I up higher' Timidthy thought. Rainbow grabbed a mirror and showed Timidthy what was up. And what Timidthy saw made him feel more self-conscious than ever. He had grown, his legs we're skinnier then ever and he was just as tall as Rainbow's legs. His horn and wings had also grown in length, and at the top of his mane he now had two cowlick like strands poking out. Timidthy felt awful and then immediately hid under his covers. "Oh no you don't!" said Rainbow as she pulled Timidthy from out of the covers, "Your coming with me!" said Rainbow. "No!" Timidthy cried, "I can't let anypony see me like this!" Rainbow rolled her eye's as she said, "You look fine Timidthy." Rainbow struggled as Timidthy's new size was a bit heavier. Finally Rainbow sighed, "Come on Tim, we can't be late and don't you want Sweet Dreams to see you?" said Rainbow Dash. Timidthy blushed and thought for a moment, he sighed and jumped onto Rainbow's back. "Okay but Rainbow you can't go too f--" was all Timidthy could say. Before Rainbow Dash flew out of his bedroom window as fast as her wing's could take them. As Timidthy held tightly onto Rainbow's neck and screamed. Meanwhile, all of Ponyville was planning Timidthy's birthday. Each of them getting last-minute presents and decorating. Bumper, French Press, and Sweet Dreams. We're all putting the final touches on their presents for Timidthy. As they excitedly babbled to one another, "I'm so excited I can't wait! Timidthy is gonna be so happy!" said Sweet Dreams with a smile plastered on her face. "I know but you have to wonder why did Ponyville wait till the last-minute to put the party together?" said French Press. "No offense Frenchy but with how many party's and celebrations Ponyville has. I'm not surprised they waited till the last-minute." said Bumper, French Press blushed but it was hard to tell with her red coat. "Oh...right." she said bashfully, Sweet Dreams smiled warmly. The two often didn't like being one-upped but it was always cute to see it. Too bad that Celestia wasn't as lucky she knew Timidthy like an open book yes. But she couldn't find anything Timidthy would actually like. Timidthy knew plenty enough of mental therapy magic. He didn't like stepping out of his comfort zone. So getting him spell books that didn't involve metal magic wasn't an option. Timidthy didn't sleep with any stuffed animals. So getting him a plush was something that wouldn't work either. "What do I get him?" Celestia murmured as she was thinking of what to get her son. Rainbow had stopped just from the outskirts of Canterlot when he felt something warm on her fur. She stopped and realized Timidthy had a little accident. After washing it off Rainbow gave an annoyed sighed, "Why didn't you tell me that you'd wet yourself if I went top fast!" Rainbow demanded. Timidthy blushed red, "I-I tried to tell you." Timidthy whispered. Rainbow rolled her eye's, "Well now you can fly on your own at a pace you don't get lose control over your bladder!" said Rainbow as she flew into the air and waited for Timidthy to do the same. Timidthy blushed a deeper red. As he uncomfortably flapped his wing's as they buzzed softly. His wing's slowly lifted him and Rainbow face-hoofed, "You seriously can't go any faster?" Rainbow said. Timidthy blushed redder and flapped his wing's harder. So he could at least fly fast enough to keep up with Rainbow Dash when she wasn't trying, and was sick at least. Rainbow sighed and grabbed Timidity by the hoof. So he wouldn't get left behind as she started flying at a reasonable pace. "I've got to teach how to fly better cause you're not too good at it." said Rainbow. "Sorry but I just don't like flying i-it scares me of what could happen." Timidthy said, "Dude the only thing that could happen is nothing. You have wing's so you might as well use them." said Rainbow reassuringly. "Wait how come I can't just teleport us to Ponyville?" said Timidthy, "Because we're going the long way." said Rainbow. Timidthy felt like disagreeing with the answer. But he didn't bother get himself in trouble. Meanwhile at the castle, Poppy (Timidthy's pet pomeranian). Was excitedly putting the finishing touches on her gift. For her loving master Timidthy. Poppy knew the only way to Ponyville was to get help from Crackers, 'I hate that bird, he's scared Timidthy like three times!' Poppy thought, but she knew that Crackers was the only one that could get them to Ponyville. Poppy sighed and crawled under Timidthy's bed. Dragging the present with her, under Timidthy's bed was a loose tile. Poppy removed the loose time and it revealed a freshly dug hole. Poppy pushed the present down and as she went down the hole she put the tile back. Babe (Sweet Dreams's pet lamb) was nervously baaing as he waited for Poppy, 'Where is she!?' Babe thought and as if Celestia granted him the answer. Poppy came up from a loose floor board in front of Babe with caused him to jump. "Sorry I'm late." said Poppy apologetically as she got her and her present out of the hole and put down the loose floor board. "Yeah your late for a very important date! You do realize that Crackers will leave if we're not on time and we're five minutes of schedule!" said Babe clearly annoyed. Poppy blushed as her tail and ears dropped, Babe looked guilty. "Oh, no I'm so sorry. I know your just making sure Timidthy has a good day." said Babe as he hugged Poppy. Poppy smiled as she removed the floor board again and motioned Babe to jump in, "Do we have to go down there i-It's dark and I just had my coat--" said Babe nervously. Before Poppy pushed him down the hole. Poppy then noticed a present wrapped in yellow paper. And pushed Babe's present and her present down the hole. As she jumped down and put the floor board back. Mrs. Oinkers (French Press's pet pig) just finished her present. And was now trying on a few of the wing's her owner French Press had styled. Babe and Poppy came up from a loose floor board and was snickering waiting for Mrs. Oinkers to notice. Finally she did and she blushed red and fell down in shock, "Oh....um....hi guys." said Mrs. Oinkers. "Have you tried on lipstick?" Poppy teased while Babe started laughing uncontrollably. And fell back into the hole still in hysterics. Mrs. Oinkers looked annoyed, "Yeah, Yeah let's get going." said Mrs. Oinkers as she pushed her present down the hole and jumped down knocking Poppy down as well. Crackers was waiting impatiently as he stared at the clock, "That's it I'm going!" Crackers said as he grabbed his present and got ready to take off in flight. "Wait!!" three voices cried as they popped up from a loose floor board. Poppy opened her mouth to say something but Crackers interrupted. "I don't wanna hear it just get in the basket. And no complaining and if any of you especially Babe need to be dropped off for a bathroom break. Then I'm leaving you behind! So you better just hold it!" said Crackers as the other's got into a basket on Bumper's bed. Crackers then placed his present in the basket. And grabbed it with his claws as he flew out the nearest open window to Ponyville. What Could Go Wrong?Celestia was still trying to figure out a present for Timidthy. As she and Luna observed the decorations. "Sister you shouldn't worry so, Timidthy will like whatever you get him." said Luna. "Luna I have to get Timidthy something he'll like not because I got it for him but because he genuinely likes it." said Celestia, Luna rolled her eye's. As Luna and Celestia finished observing the decorations. Celestia still searched for the proper present. Celestia looked all over town but their wasn't anything that Timidthy would like. As they came to Sugar Cube Corner, Pinkie Pie was frosting a huge cake for the party. "Pinkie I need your help, I need to get a gift for Timidthy." said Celestia, Pinkie smiled wildly. And handed Celestia a big present, "Timidthy will love this! But you may want to give it to Timidthy after the party or else there may be a bit of a fiasco." said Pinkie. Celestia smiled happily she now had a present. Suddenly the table that was holding the half-frosted cake caved in and the cake hit the floor. Pinkie turned around and said frustrated, "I worked on that for five hour's!" Celestia only smiled as she looked at the wraped box an thought, 'What could go wrong?' Timidthy's wing's ached as him and Rainbow flew past Appleloosa. Timidthy also was tiered, had to use the little colt's room. And he swore he could get chased by vultures and he wouldn't care. Rainbow who had yet to notice how exhausted the poor prince decided to go a bit faster. Timidthy winced as the sudden jerk made his lower abdomen ache and made his wing's hurt even more. Timidthy felt like he was going to collapse, Timidthy let go of Rainbow's hoof and landed on the ground in a heap. Rainbow noticed and flew down to Timidthy's side, "Tim, Tim!" she said as she shook Timidthy. Timidthy's horn sparked slightly but Rainbow still worried. Timidthy's coat and hair we're messy and drenched in sweat. He was breathing very heavily as Rainbow could hear some raspyness in his breathe. The colt had clearly pushed himself as far as he could go, Rainbow searched for a cloud. 'Come on! If Timidthy dies out here everypony will not be happy!' Rainbow though as she found (a small) but still acceptable cloud. Rainbow grabbed the cloud and let in hang over Timidthy. The cloud was just barely big enough to cover Timidthy's flank. Though Rainbow somewhat hated to do it. If Timidthy felt wetness on his flank he'd get alarmed and try to see what was causing it. Rainbow bucked the cloud and water started pouring down on Timidthy's flank. Timidthy's tail twitched as his eye's opened, "Tim! Thank Celestia your okay!" said Rainbow. Timidthy got up as he struggled to keep balance, "Now come on I'll carry you the rest of the way!" said Rainbow. Timidthy shook his head, "C-Can I find a place to use the restroom please?" said Timidthy quietly. Rainbow couldn't decide if it was from his normal shyness or from his raspy throat. But Rainbow agreed, "Yeah, just make out quick." said Rainbow. Timidthy smiled and looked for a bush or something to do his business in. A few minutes later Timidthy came back, Rainbow put Timidthy on her back and flew at a reasonable pace. "This time I'm gonna try not to go to fast." said Rainbow, "Actually you can go as fast as you want. I havent eaten anything and I sweated about half of the liquids out of my body. I won't be having any more accidents, plus I'm just gonna sleep the rest of they way." said Timidthy tiredly. Before Rainbow could reply. She felt Timidthy's front hooves wrap around her neck. As his breathing relaxed and he fell asleep. Rainbow smiled and flew at her normal speed. After all what could go wrong? Crackers and the other's we're flying over Sweet Apple Acres, "Yo Crackers! Where are we now?" said Mrs. Oinkers. "We're flying over Sweet Apple Acres we're on the outskirts of Ponyville." said Crackers, "So Crakers I've meant to ask what's your life-like with Bumper dating French Press?" said Poppy. Crackers seemed to give an annoyed groan, "My owner has acted different. He tries to look his best and be kind and all that junk. Just because French Press is dating him. I just don't understand why he's changing himself." said Crackers clearly frustrated. "Well French Press has acted different too. She want to wear perfume and scented lotions, she's even thinking about styling her hair." said Mrs. Oinkers clearly sharing Crackers annoyance. Babe and Poppy shook their head's, "Guy's their changing themselves for the better, don't you notice on how happy they are?" said Poppy. "Yeah and Sweet Dreams might be acting a bit goofy from now and then but they're changing for the better." said Babe. Crackers and Oinkers thought for a moment, "Yeah, I guess your right. And we should be in Ponyville right on time." said Crackers cheerfully. "Yay! Nothing could possibly go wrong now!" said Poppy without thinking, suddenly the handles to the basket started to snap. "Um....Crackers I think we might need to--" said Babe before the basket handles gave out. And they fell into a mud puddle bellow. Crackers flew down and pulled Poppy and Oinkers out of the mud. Oinkers and Poppy shook the mud off as Babe climbed out of the puddle. The three friends just stared at Babe with terror in their eye's, Babe had gotten mud all over his coat. "Babe whatever you do don't panic." said Poppy but it was too late Babe screamed as his perfectly groomed coat was ruined. Let's Get The Party Started!Meanwhile Celestia was eyeing the gift Pinkie had givin' her. With fear and somewhat happiness. She honestly was worried about what Pinkie had meant, by 'fiasco'. If Timidthy would love the gift why would it cause a fiasco if he we're to open it in front of ponies? Celestia may have been around for a long time but even that didn't make sense. Celestia sighed as she thought, 'I'll just let Timidthy open it during the party.' But what Celestia didn't know was that was she wrong decision for her to make. Rainbow wasn't far from Ponyville as she could see it from where she was. Rainbow looked over her shoulder and Timidthy was still fast asleep. 'Wow I should really tell Celestia about how easy it is to tire Timidthy out.' Rainbow thought. Timidthy squirmed a little, "Come on Tim, wake up we're almost there." said Rainbow softly so she wouldn't startle him. Timidthy's ear twitched as his eye's slowly opened, "Wha-What's going on?" said Timidthy grogally. "We're almost to Ponyville--" was all Rainbow could say. Before she saw the panic in Timidthy's eye's. "What!?" said Timidthy fearfully, it had just hit him that his mother, aunt. The cmc, and the mane six hadn't seen him with his growth spurt yet. "Now Tim just stay calm--" said Rainbow but Timidthy was so worried he was about to fall. Rainbow wrapped her tail around Timidthy and flew to the ground. When Rainbow landed on the ground and place Timidthy on the ground as well. Timidthy was hyperventilating. Rainbow shook Timidthy violently, "Snap out of it!" said Rainbow. Timidthy stopped hyperventilating but his eye's we're still fearful. Timidthy started tearing up, "I-I'm sorry Rainbow but I can't!" said Timidthy. "But Timidthy everypony is waiting! You can't just not go cause your afraid! Look I know you just don't want to be judged but after flying all the way here you can't just give up!" Rainbow said. Timidthy was now blushing red his head was hung down in shame. "I-I can't, I just can't!" said Timidthy as he took a few steps back, "Timidthy don't worry. Come on just talk to me." said Rainbow, Timidthy sighed and sat down. Babe was now panicking his coat was ruined. Sweet Dreams had groomed his coat for four hour's and now it was all wasted! "Babe chill!" said Crackers, "It's okay!" Mrs. Oinkers said. Babe was now desperately trying to find something to clean his coat. "No it's not! Do you know how long it takes my owner to groom my coat! Now all that work is destroyed!" said Babe. "No it's not, it's fine but.....where are the presents?" said Poppy, Crackers looked at Babe. "I think I might know where." said Crackers, Babe looked at his friends, Poppy and Mrs. Oinkers shared looks. And came closer with a bar of soap and a hose. "No, No, No...." said Babe as he connected the dots, Poppy then pounced and held Babe down as she scrubbed the soap into his coat. "No! Stop I can't get washed like this especially in front of you guy's!" Babe cried but his friend's ignored his pleas. Mrs. Oinkers turned on the hose and made sure that Babe's coat was soaked and the soap in was beginning to suds. Crackers then started combing through Babe's coat. And quickly found the four presents that had been swallowed. By then Babe had given-up on begging his way put of this, "This is humiliating." he whispered as his face redned and Mrs. Oinkers watched all the mud and suds out of his coat. "I'm sorry Rainbow but It's just the unknown that scares me. What if everypony laughs at me?" said Timidthy as he looked up at Rainbow. "Kid, nopony is gonna make fun of you." said Rainbow, she then wrapped her wing around Timidthy. As she helped Timidthy up and they walked to Ponyville. Meanwhile in Ponyville the party decorations and plans we're all set-up. And everypony was placing the presents they had on a table in the center of town. Celestia was the first as she placed her present on the table. Then mane six placed their presents on the table and soon everypony put their presents on the table as well. The cmc soon came in just as Bumper, French Press, and Sweet Dreams we're going to put their presents on the table. "Hey Sweet Dreams, Bumper, French Press! Take a look at this!" said Scootallo as she put Mrs. Oinkers, Crackers, Poppy, and Babe on the ground. The kid's stated in disbelief, "B-But how is that possible!?" Bumper said, "We left them in Canterlot!" said Sweet Dreams and as she got a closer look at Babe she blushed. "And my pet I'd filthy!" she said as she hurriedly put her present on the table and tried to smooth Babe's coat. Bumper, French Press, Mrs. Oinkers, and Crackers rolled their eye's. "It's not so bad." said French Press, Sweet Dreams wanted to respond but she saw Rainbow and Timidthy walk in. And everypony's eye's widened as they saw Timidthy, especially Celestia's, "Timidthy yo-you've...." said Sweet Dreams as she trailed off, "I knew it would happen eventually." said Celestia. Timidthy started shrinking from the gazes. Rainbow spoke up, "Now are we all just gonna st and here catching flys or are we gonna part!" The ponies cheered as Timidthy smiled and the party got started. How to start a fiascoThe party was in full swing and as Timidthy ate sweets, danced (sorta), and chatted he felt the best he'd felt in a long time. "Yeah Tim definitely pushed himself." Rainbow finished her story to Sweet Dreams, Bumper, and French Press. Sweet Dreams shook her head, "I can't believe it." she said, and just as luck would have it Timidthy walked by as he was talking to his mother. "Yo Tim!" said Bumper, that caught Timidthy's attention as he walked over, "So why did you push yourself until you collapsed?" said French Press. Timidthy blushed and smiled shyly, "Well I honestly only pushed myself cause I had a feeling. That wherever Rainbow was leading me to was important." said Timidthy. Rainbow looked shocked and somewhat confused, "Wait! If you didn't know about the party why didn't you act all surprised when we came into town?" said Rainbow. "Well when you said and I quote 'Everypony is waiting.' I quickly connected two and two. Plus when I saw how festive the town looked I remembered that today was my birthday." said Timidthy matter-of-factly, "Let me guess the entire journey slowed your mind to a crawl?" said Rainbow. Timidthy blushed slightly at the wording and nodded his head, "Oh Timmy! It's time to have cake!" Pinkie screamed for everypony within a ten-mile radius to hear. Timidthy blushed redder as his nickname was used. "It's as if she insists on embarrassing me." Timidthy mumbled as Bumper snorted and him and his friends walked to where Pinkie was. Pinkie had a big tarp over what looked like a huge box, then, much to Timidthy's discomfort sang. It's your happy birthday, After all the turmoil that you've been through! You have a day that's all about you! You've gotten smarter, and taller! And you've gotten to know what your destiny will be! So it's your super happy six-year-old birthday! And this is gonna be the best party for you! By the end of the song everypony was clapping and Timidthy's body had went completely red. Pinkie smiled wildly knowing she had succeeded with the song. Then she pulled away the tarp. And a huge cake was behind it, the cake had lime and grass-green icing blending together. And around the rims of the cake thief was dandelion yellow icing. "The cake is super molten double chocolate with a gooey fudgey center!" said Pinkie excitedly waiting for Timidthy to smile. "Wait is that Timidthy's cake or your cake cause I don't remember Timidthy being a--" said Bumper. Before he saw Timidthy's face. His eye's we're glued onto the cake and a smile that just barley suppased Pinkie's was on his face. "I knew you'd like it!" said Pinkie, "Now come on you have to blow up your candles!" said Apple Jack, Timidthy snapped out of his gaze. As he realized blowing out the candles would have to involve him flying. Suddenly Timidthy was lifted into the air, "I got ya Tim." said Rainbow. Timidthy smiled beside some mildly embarrassing moments he was enjoying himself. Timidthy then saw six candles he then looked down everypony was staring at him and smiling. Celestia and Luna we're using the moment to take pictures. And surprisingly he didn't mind. Timidthy then took a deep breathe and blew out the candles and everypony cheered. Pinkie then cut a piece of the cake for Timidthy and gave it to him. "Thanks Pinkie." Timidthy said as Rainbow was taking him back down before he took a bite. Twilight then cut the cake (using her magic) into even pieces for everypony. After the cake was eaten (with a few leftovers for Timidthy to enjoy later of course.) It was time to open presents. Pinkie pulled out a green throne and put Timidthy in it as she placed about ten of the presents in front of Timidthy. Timidthy smiled shyly as he saw everypony was eagerly waiting. But he didn't let his shyness take over. The first present he opened was a very elegant looking crown. Timidthy looked confused and read the little card attached to the present and it read. 'From Mrs. Oinkers' Timidthy looked in disbelief but he then noticed Mrs. Oinkers was on French Press head waving. "Don't ask Tim, I'm not even sure how they got here." said French Press, Timidthy smiled warmly and placed the crown to the left of his chair. The next present he opened was a stop watch that looked eerily similar to the one on his flank. "That's from me! And if you're wondering how, I have my sources." said Crackers, Timidthy wasn't sure why but the way he said the last part of the sentence sent a chill down his spine. Timidthy then opened another present and what was in it was a stuffed bear plush. "That's from Babe I told him you didn't sleep with any stuffed animals but nope he didn't listen." said Crackers as Babe bahed sweetly and glared at Crackers. The next present Timidthy opened was a picture of him and Poppy. The frame the picture was in was made of gold and in it was engraved. 'Thought we may be different our heart's are one and I'll always protect you no matter what.' Timidthy eye's watered as Poppy jumped into his lap and yipped happily. The crowd awwed, after a few more presents Timidthy opened one that made his face blush red. Timidthy didn't even need to look at the card he knew it was from Sweet Dreams. The gift was a very soft and heart-shaped plush pillow. The heart was coloured a pale yellow while around it was white frill. In white letters was a sewed on message, 'Sweet Dreams!' Timidthy smiled. "I'm glad ya like it Timidthy!" said Sweet Dreams happily, the next present was a brush that had Timidthy's full name engraved in it. Timidthy blushed redder, "That's from the both of us!" said French Press as she nudged towards Bumper. "I'm the one that did the engraving by the way!" said Bumper teasingly, Timidthy only blushed redder and thanked the two. Timidthy then put the presents to the side and after a few more Timidthy pulled up a big present, "That one is from all of us! Me, Fluttershy, Apple Jack, Rarity, Twilight, and Pinkie!" said Rainbow. Timidthy opened the present and inside was a quilt. With every accomplishment and brave act Timidthy had ever done. "Now Timidthy when you feel as if you're not good enough or brave enough. Just look at that cause believe me every year I'm going to update the quilt. So you'll never forget how amazing you really are." said Rarity and Timidthy blushed beet red, "Thanks." he said as he put the quilt to the side making sure that none of it hit the ground. After a dozen or so more presents Timidthy picked up a small present and opened. The present was a book and the title read 'The Equestria's guide to bird watching, breeding, feeding, facts, locations and lots more!' "We know you don't like birds," said Apple Bloom as Sweetie Bell and Scootallo nodded. "but I'm sure if you at least read about them then you might start liking them." Apple Bloom finished. Timidthy smiled shyly. Though he had no intention of actually reading the book cover-to-cover maybe he'd give it a try. After a couple more presents Timidthy saw a medium-sized present and opened it, in it was a physiology set. Timidthy let a smile beam onto hiss face, "I thought you'd like it after all your never to young." said Luna. Timidthy then carefully put the presents on the side of his chair. Timidthy then realized only one present was left and on the top of it read. 'From Celestia' Timidthy smiled as he ripped open the present. And slowly opened the box that held the mystery gift. How to End a Birthday Bash!Time seemed to slow to a crawl as Timidthy opened the box. Timidthy blushed redder than anything as he saw the gift. Timidthy gluped, 'What do I do?' Timidthy thought he didn't want anypony to see the gift. And he loved it but he didn't want to cause any shame for him and his mother. "Come on Timidthy let's see what you got!" said Sweetie Bell, Timidthy looked over to his mother who had a concerned look on her face. 'She doesn't know what's inside.' Timidthy thought finally Timidthy wrapped his magic around the gift, "Hey everypony it's getting late and the birthday boy still has to hit his pinata!" said Pinkie. Everypony's gaze immediately went to Pinkie who was holding out a bat. "Oh well I guess we can see what Timidthy got later!" said Sweet Dreams as the crowd of ponies galloped towards the pinata. That was hanging from Suger Cube Corners door way. Timidthy who had loosed his grip on the box (unfortunately) wasn't ready for the stampede. The box ended up hitting the ground and a bejeweled, gold, thick ring came bouncing out. And landed just in front of the crowd. Every unicorn in the (or in Twilight's, Luna's and Celestia's case alicorn). Blushed red while only a couple pegasi and earth ponies blushed. Pinkie's mouth was gapped open as she face-hoofed, 'I told her not to let Timidthy open it in public!' Pinkie thought. Timidthy shrank into this chair and begged that he could be anywhere else but here. "Huh? What's that?" said French Press, as she was giving a concerned look to Bumper whose face was red and was biting his bottom lip. "Umm.....that's a--" was all Sweetie Bell could say before Bumper interrupted, "That's a ring of tranquillity. It's used to help relax ponies with horn whenever they have headaches. Magical surges, or sometimes it's used for sexual pleasure." The rest of the ponies who didn't understand blushed red as well, "Celestia where did you get that!?" said Rarity. "Pinkie gave the gift to me." said Celestia, now everypony's eye's we're on Pinkie, "Okay I know what your all thinking but I did tell Celestia not to let Timidthy open it in public." said Pinkie. Celestia smiled sheepishly, "Well I think it's best we just stop asking and just continue with the party." said Twilight everypony then murmured in agreement. "Timidthy darling don't worry the moment is over and we won't mention it." said Rarity calmly, but their was no response. "Timidthy?" said Sweetie Bell as she walked over to the throne but was horrified to see Timidthy wasn't there. "He's gone!" Sweetie Bell cried and the crowd gasped in shock. That's when the fiasco happened. Everypony was panicking as they searched the town for Timidthy. "Timidthy!" Luna cried, "Please come out!" Timidthy's friend's and their pet's we're looking for Timidthy. As Poppy sniffed for Timidthy's scent. "Timidthy!" Sweet Dreams, Bumper, and French Press called, 'Where could he be?' said Celestia but then she saw a dandelion flash come from further out-of-town. Celestia, then ran to where she saw the flash. Timidthy's body was completely beat red as he cried. And sobbed and ran past Fluttershy's cottage. 'That was awful! Now everypony thinks that I'm--' Timidthy couldn't even think the word. As more tears came to his eye's. 'My life is over.' Timidthy thought just before he tripped and fell, "Stupid long legs!" said Timidthy bitterly. "Timidthy!" Celestia cried as she finally caught up to Timidthy, and hugged him tightly. Timidthy squirmed out of the hug, he looked up at his mother with shame and pain in his eye's. "Timidthy I'm sorry, Pinkie gave me the gift and I didn't listen to her warning." said Celestia, Timidthy sighed, "I know I could tell you didn't know but I'm too embarrassed to go back. Everypony will laugh at me!" said Timidthy sadly. Celestia shook her head, "No they won't Timidthy, I can say that for a fact." said Celestia gently. Timidthy looked into Celestia's eye's, "O-Okay but after the party is over can we just forget this ever happened?" said Timidthy. Celestia smiled sweetly and got up and put Timidthy on her back. "Of course and Timidthy, but I can safely say that most of the unicorns in this town probably have one." said Celestia as her and Timidthy made their way to town. All the resident's of Ponyville we're over joyed to see Timidthy all and well. And as the party got started up again. Everypony was having fun and forgot about the embarrassing moment for earlier. And as the party ended and everything was cleaned up. Everypony went back to their respected homes. Timidthy walked into his room and shut the door he had a soft smile on his face as his mane and tail had confetti in it. He then folded up the quilt he got from the mane six and put it in his dresser. Then he put the picture of him and Poppy and put it on his bed side table. He put the book that the cmc had given him and put it on his bookshelf. He put the psychology set on top of his dresser and put all his other presents up. Until all that was left and wasn't organized was his ring of tranquility. Timidthy blushed red and locked his room door, he then looked around. The only living thing that was in the room was Poppy, and she was fast asleep under his bed. Timidthy then put the ring on his horn and made sure it was secure. And then the jewels on it glowed and Timidthy felt a warm, vibrating sensation in his horn. And a goofy smile came into his face as he got into bed and thought. 'Best birthday ever.' and fell asleep.
The Birthday Beginning'Timidthy was being cheered by a crowd of ponies as he basked in his never-ending glory. "Timidthy!" a raspy voice sounded out louder than the crowd it's self. "Timidthy!" the raspy voice boomed louder, "TIMIDTHY!" the voice sounded one more as Timidthy's world faded.' Timidthy opened his eye's slowly and he was about to fall back asleep. Until a prismatic maned pegasus got in his face and said, "Wake up!" Timidthy jumped and fell on the floor in fear. "Yikes Tim I honestly thought--" said Rainbow before she cut herself off and stared, "Woah." she said. Timidthy looked confused, "Umm, Rainbow what's wrong?" Timidity said as he got on his hooves. 'Is it just me or am I up higher' Timidthy thought. Rainbow grabbed a mirror and showed Timidthy what was up. And what Timidthy saw made him feel more self-conscious than ever. He had grown, his legs we're skinnier then ever and he was just as tall as Rainbow's legs. His horn and wings had also grown in length, and at the top of his mane he now had two cowlick like strands poking out. Timidthy felt awful and then immediately hid under his covers. "Oh no you don't!" said Rainbow as she pulled Timidthy from out of the covers, "Your coming with me!" said Rainbow. "No!" Timidthy cried, "I can't let anypony see me like this!" Rainbow rolled her eye's as she said, "You look fine Timidthy." Rainbow struggled as Timidthy's new size was a bit heavier. Finally Rainbow sighed, "Come on Tim, we can't be late and don't you want Sweet Dreams to see you?" said Rainbow Dash. Timidthy blushed and thought for a moment, he sighed and jumped onto Rainbow's back. "Okay but Rainbow you can't go too f--" was all Timidthy could say. Before Rainbow Dash flew out of his bedroom window as fast as her wing's could take them. As Timidthy held tightly onto Rainbow's neck and screamed. Meanwhile, all of Ponyville was planning Timidthy's birthday. Each of them getting last-minute presents and decorating. Bumper, French Press, and Sweet Dreams. We're all putting the final touches on their presents for Timidthy. As they excitedly babbled to one another, "I'm so excited I can't wait! Timidthy is gonna be so happy!" said Sweet Dreams with a smile plastered on her face. "I know but you have to wonder why did Ponyville wait till the last-minute to put the party together?" said French Press. "No offense Frenchy but with how many party's and celebrations Ponyville has. I'm not surprised they waited till the last-minute." said Bumper, French Press blushed but it was hard to tell with her red coat. "Oh...right." she said bashfully, Sweet Dreams smiled warmly. The two often didn't like being one-upped but it was always cute to see it. Too bad that Celestia wasn't as lucky she knew Timidthy like an open book yes. But she couldn't find anything Timidthy would actually like. Timidthy knew plenty enough of mental therapy magic. He didn't like stepping out of his comfort zone. So getting him spell books that didn't involve metal magic wasn't an option. Timidthy didn't sleep with any stuffed animals. So getting him a plush was something that wouldn't work either. "What do I get him?" Celestia murmured as she was thinking of what to get her son. Rainbow had stopped just from the outskirts of Canterlot when he felt something warm on her fur. She stopped and realized Timidthy had a little accident. After washing it off Rainbow gave an annoyed sighed, "Why didn't you tell me that you'd wet yourself if I went top fast!" Rainbow demanded. Timidthy blushed red, "I-I tried to tell you." Timidthy whispered. Rainbow rolled her eye's, "Well now you can fly on your own at a pace you don't get lose control over your bladder!" said Rainbow as she flew into the air and waited for Timidthy to do the same. Timidthy blushed a deeper red. As he uncomfortably flapped his wing's as they buzzed softly. His wing's slowly lifted him and Rainbow face-hoofed, "You seriously can't go any faster?" Rainbow said. Timidthy blushed redder and flapped his wing's harder. So he could at least fly fast enough to keep up with Rainbow Dash when she wasn't trying, and was sick at least. Rainbow sighed and grabbed Timidity by the hoof. So he wouldn't get left behind as she started flying at a reasonable pace. "I've got to teach how to fly better cause you're not too good at it." said Rainbow. "Sorry but I just don't like flying i-it scares me of what could happen." Timidthy said, "Dude the only thing that could happen is nothing. You have wing's so you might as well use them." said Rainbow reassuringly. "Wait how come I can't just teleport us to Ponyville?" said Timidthy, "Because we're going the long way." said Rainbow. Timidthy felt like disagreeing with the answer. But he didn't bother get himself in trouble. Meanwhile at the castle, Poppy (Timidthy's pet pomeranian). Was excitedly putting the finishing touches on her gift. For her loving master Timidthy. Poppy knew the only way to Ponyville was to get help from Crackers, 'I hate that bird, he's scared Timidthy like three times!' Poppy thought, but she knew that Crackers was the only one that could get them to Ponyville. Poppy sighed and crawled under Timidthy's bed. Dragging the present with her, under Timidthy's bed was a loose tile. Poppy removed the loose time and it revealed a freshly dug hole. Poppy pushed the present down and as she went down the hole she put the tile back. Babe (Sweet Dreams's pet lamb) was nervously baaing as he waited for Poppy, 'Where is she!?' Babe thought and as if Celestia granted him the answer. Poppy came up from a loose floor board in front of Babe with caused him to jump. "Sorry I'm late." said Poppy apologetically as she got her and her present out of the hole and put down the loose floor board. "Yeah your late for a very important date! You do realize that Crackers will leave if we're not on time and we're five minutes of schedule!" said Babe clearly annoyed. Poppy blushed as her tail and ears dropped, Babe looked guilty. "Oh, no I'm so sorry. I know your just making sure Timidthy has a good day." said Babe as he hugged Poppy. Poppy smiled as she removed the floor board again and motioned Babe to jump in, "Do we have to go down there i-It's dark and I just had my coat--" said Babe nervously. Before Poppy pushed him down the hole. Poppy then noticed a present wrapped in yellow paper. And pushed Babe's present and her present down the hole. As she jumped down and put the floor board back. Mrs. Oinkers (French Press's pet pig) just finished her present. And was now trying on a few of the wing's her owner French Press had styled. Babe and Poppy came up from a loose floor board and was snickering waiting for Mrs. Oinkers to notice. Finally she did and she blushed red and fell down in shock, "Oh....um....hi guys." said Mrs. Oinkers. "Have you tried on lipstick?" Poppy teased while Babe started laughing uncontrollably. And fell back into the hole still in hysterics. Mrs. Oinkers looked annoyed, "Yeah, Yeah let's get going." said Mrs. Oinkers as she pushed her present down the hole and jumped down knocking Poppy down as well. Crackers was waiting impatiently as he stared at the clock, "That's it I'm going!" Crackers said as he grabbed his present and got ready to take off in flight. "Wait!!" three voices cried as they popped up from a loose floor board. Poppy opened her mouth to say something but Crackers interrupted. "I don't wanna hear it just get in the basket. And no complaining and if any of you especially Babe need to be dropped off for a bathroom break. Then I'm leaving you behind! So you better just hold it!" said Crackers as the other's got into a basket on Bumper's bed. Crackers then placed his present in the basket. And grabbed it with his claws as he flew out the nearest open window to Ponyville.
What Could Go Wrong?Celestia was still trying to figure out a present for Timidthy. As she and Luna observed the decorations. "Sister you shouldn't worry so, Timidthy will like whatever you get him." said Luna. "Luna I have to get Timidthy something he'll like not because I got it for him but because he genuinely likes it." said Celestia, Luna rolled her eye's. As Luna and Celestia finished observing the decorations. Celestia still searched for the proper present. Celestia looked all over town but their wasn't anything that Timidthy would like. As they came to Sugar Cube Corner, Pinkie Pie was frosting a huge cake for the party. "Pinkie I need your help, I need to get a gift for Timidthy." said Celestia, Pinkie smiled wildly. And handed Celestia a big present, "Timidthy will love this! But you may want to give it to Timidthy after the party or else there may be a bit of a fiasco." said Pinkie. Celestia smiled happily she now had a present. Suddenly the table that was holding the half-frosted cake caved in and the cake hit the floor. Pinkie turned around and said frustrated, "I worked on that for five hour's!" Celestia only smiled as she looked at the wraped box an thought, 'What could go wrong?' Timidthy's wing's ached as him and Rainbow flew past Appleloosa. Timidthy also was tiered, had to use the little colt's room. And he swore he could get chased by vultures and he wouldn't care. Rainbow who had yet to notice how exhausted the poor prince decided to go a bit faster. Timidthy winced as the sudden jerk made his lower abdomen ache and made his wing's hurt even more. Timidthy felt like he was going to collapse, Timidthy let go of Rainbow's hoof and landed on the ground in a heap. Rainbow noticed and flew down to Timidthy's side, "Tim, Tim!" she said as she shook Timidthy. Timidthy's horn sparked slightly but Rainbow still worried. Timidthy's coat and hair we're messy and drenched in sweat. He was breathing very heavily as Rainbow could hear some raspyness in his breathe. The colt had clearly pushed himself as far as he could go, Rainbow searched for a cloud. 'Come on! If Timidthy dies out here everypony will not be happy!' Rainbow though as she found (a small) but still acceptable cloud. Rainbow grabbed the cloud and let in hang over Timidthy. The cloud was just barely big enough to cover Timidthy's flank. Though Rainbow somewhat hated to do it. If Timidthy felt wetness on his flank he'd get alarmed and try to see what was causing it. Rainbow bucked the cloud and water started pouring down on Timidthy's flank. Timidthy's tail twitched as his eye's opened, "Tim! Thank Celestia your okay!" said Rainbow. Timidthy got up as he struggled to keep balance, "Now come on I'll carry you the rest of the way!" said Rainbow. Timidthy shook his head, "C-Can I find a place to use the restroom please?" said Timidthy quietly. Rainbow couldn't decide if it was from his normal shyness or from his raspy throat. But Rainbow agreed, "Yeah, just make out quick." said Rainbow. Timidthy smiled and looked for a bush or something to do his business in. A few minutes later Timidthy came back, Rainbow put Timidthy on her back and flew at a reasonable pace. "This time I'm gonna try not to go to fast." said Rainbow, "Actually you can go as fast as you want. I havent eaten anything and I sweated about half of the liquids out of my body. I won't be having any more accidents, plus I'm just gonna sleep the rest of they way." said Timidthy tiredly. Before Rainbow could reply. She felt Timidthy's front hooves wrap around her neck. As his breathing relaxed and he fell asleep. Rainbow smiled and flew at her normal speed. After all what could go wrong? Crackers and the other's we're flying over Sweet Apple Acres, "Yo Crackers! Where are we now?" said Mrs. Oinkers. "We're flying over Sweet Apple Acres we're on the outskirts of Ponyville." said Crackers, "So Crakers I've meant to ask what's your life-like with Bumper dating French Press?" said Poppy. Crackers seemed to give an annoyed groan, "My owner has acted different. He tries to look his best and be kind and all that junk. Just because French Press is dating him. I just don't understand why he's changing himself." said Crackers clearly frustrated. "Well French Press has acted different too. She want to wear perfume and scented lotions, she's even thinking about styling her hair." said Mrs. Oinkers clearly sharing Crackers annoyance. Babe and Poppy shook their head's, "Guy's their changing themselves for the better, don't you notice on how happy they are?" said Poppy. "Yeah and Sweet Dreams might be acting a bit goofy from now and then but they're changing for the better." said Babe. Crackers and Oinkers thought for a moment, "Yeah, I guess your right. And we should be in Ponyville right on time." said Crackers cheerfully. "Yay! Nothing could possibly go wrong now!" said Poppy without thinking, suddenly the handles to the basket started to snap. "Um....Crackers I think we might need to--" said Babe before the basket handles gave out. And they fell into a mud puddle bellow. Crackers flew down and pulled Poppy and Oinkers out of the mud. Oinkers and Poppy shook the mud off as Babe climbed out of the puddle. The three friends just stared at Babe with terror in their eye's, Babe had gotten mud all over his coat. "Babe whatever you do don't panic." said Poppy but it was too late Babe screamed as his perfectly groomed coat was ruined.
Let's Get The Party Started!Meanwhile Celestia was eyeing the gift Pinkie had givin' her. With fear and somewhat happiness. She honestly was worried about what Pinkie had meant, by 'fiasco'. If Timidthy would love the gift why would it cause a fiasco if he we're to open it in front of ponies? Celestia may have been around for a long time but even that didn't make sense. Celestia sighed as she thought, 'I'll just let Timidthy open it during the party.' But what Celestia didn't know was that was she wrong decision for her to make. Rainbow wasn't far from Ponyville as she could see it from where she was. Rainbow looked over her shoulder and Timidthy was still fast asleep. 'Wow I should really tell Celestia about how easy it is to tire Timidthy out.' Rainbow thought. Timidthy squirmed a little, "Come on Tim, wake up we're almost there." said Rainbow softly so she wouldn't startle him. Timidthy's ear twitched as his eye's slowly opened, "Wha-What's going on?" said Timidthy grogally. "We're almost to Ponyville--" was all Rainbow could say. Before she saw the panic in Timidthy's eye's. "What!?" said Timidthy fearfully, it had just hit him that his mother, aunt. The cmc, and the mane six hadn't seen him with his growth spurt yet. "Now Tim just stay calm--" said Rainbow but Timidthy was so worried he was about to fall. Rainbow wrapped her tail around Timidthy and flew to the ground. When Rainbow landed on the ground and place Timidthy on the ground as well. Timidthy was hyperventilating. Rainbow shook Timidthy violently, "Snap out of it!" said Rainbow. Timidthy stopped hyperventilating but his eye's we're still fearful. Timidthy started tearing up, "I-I'm sorry Rainbow but I can't!" said Timidthy. "But Timidthy everypony is waiting! You can't just not go cause your afraid! Look I know you just don't want to be judged but after flying all the way here you can't just give up!" Rainbow said. Timidthy was now blushing red his head was hung down in shame. "I-I can't, I just can't!" said Timidthy as he took a few steps back, "Timidthy don't worry. Come on just talk to me." said Rainbow, Timidthy sighed and sat down. Babe was now panicking his coat was ruined. Sweet Dreams had groomed his coat for four hour's and now it was all wasted! "Babe chill!" said Crackers, "It's okay!" Mrs. Oinkers said. Babe was now desperately trying to find something to clean his coat. "No it's not! Do you know how long it takes my owner to groom my coat! Now all that work is destroyed!" said Babe. "No it's not, it's fine but.....where are the presents?" said Poppy, Crackers looked at Babe. "I think I might know where." said Crackers, Babe looked at his friends, Poppy and Mrs. Oinkers shared looks. And came closer with a bar of soap and a hose. "No, No, No...." said Babe as he connected the dots, Poppy then pounced and held Babe down as she scrubbed the soap into his coat. "No! Stop I can't get washed like this especially in front of you guy's!" Babe cried but his friend's ignored his pleas. Mrs. Oinkers turned on the hose and made sure that Babe's coat was soaked and the soap in was beginning to suds. Crackers then started combing through Babe's coat. And quickly found the four presents that had been swallowed. By then Babe had given-up on begging his way put of this, "This is humiliating." he whispered as his face redned and Mrs. Oinkers watched all the mud and suds out of his coat. "I'm sorry Rainbow but It's just the unknown that scares me. What if everypony laughs at me?" said Timidthy as he looked up at Rainbow. "Kid, nopony is gonna make fun of you." said Rainbow, she then wrapped her wing around Timidthy. As she helped Timidthy up and they walked to Ponyville. Meanwhile in Ponyville the party decorations and plans we're all set-up. And everypony was placing the presents they had on a table in the center of town. Celestia was the first as she placed her present on the table. Then mane six placed their presents on the table and soon everypony put their presents on the table as well. The cmc soon came in just as Bumper, French Press, and Sweet Dreams we're going to put their presents on the table. "Hey Sweet Dreams, Bumper, French Press! Take a look at this!" said Scootallo as she put Mrs. Oinkers, Crackers, Poppy, and Babe on the ground. The kid's stated in disbelief, "B-But how is that possible!?" Bumper said, "We left them in Canterlot!" said Sweet Dreams and as she got a closer look at Babe she blushed. "And my pet I'd filthy!" she said as she hurriedly put her present on the table and tried to smooth Babe's coat. Bumper, French Press, Mrs. Oinkers, and Crackers rolled their eye's. "It's not so bad." said French Press, Sweet Dreams wanted to respond but she saw Rainbow and Timidthy walk in. And everypony's eye's widened as they saw Timidthy, especially Celestia's, "Timidthy yo-you've...." said Sweet Dreams as she trailed off, "I knew it would happen eventually." said Celestia. Timidthy started shrinking from the gazes. Rainbow spoke up, "Now are we all just gonna st and here catching flys or are we gonna part!" The ponies cheered as Timidthy smiled and the party got started.
How to start a fiascoThe party was in full swing and as Timidthy ate sweets, danced (sorta), and chatted he felt the best he'd felt in a long time. "Yeah Tim definitely pushed himself." Rainbow finished her story to Sweet Dreams, Bumper, and French Press. Sweet Dreams shook her head, "I can't believe it." she said, and just as luck would have it Timidthy walked by as he was talking to his mother. "Yo Tim!" said Bumper, that caught Timidthy's attention as he walked over, "So why did you push yourself until you collapsed?" said French Press. Timidthy blushed and smiled shyly, "Well I honestly only pushed myself cause I had a feeling. That wherever Rainbow was leading me to was important." said Timidthy. Rainbow looked shocked and somewhat confused, "Wait! If you didn't know about the party why didn't you act all surprised when we came into town?" said Rainbow. "Well when you said and I quote 'Everypony is waiting.' I quickly connected two and two. Plus when I saw how festive the town looked I remembered that today was my birthday." said Timidthy matter-of-factly, "Let me guess the entire journey slowed your mind to a crawl?" said Rainbow. Timidthy blushed slightly at the wording and nodded his head, "Oh Timmy! It's time to have cake!" Pinkie screamed for everypony within a ten-mile radius to hear. Timidthy blushed redder as his nickname was used. "It's as if she insists on embarrassing me." Timidthy mumbled as Bumper snorted and him and his friends walked to where Pinkie was. Pinkie had a big tarp over what looked like a huge box, then, much to Timidthy's discomfort sang. It's your happy birthday, After all the turmoil that you've been through! You have a day that's all about you! You've gotten smarter, and taller! And you've gotten to know what your destiny will be! So it's your super happy six-year-old birthday! And this is gonna be the best party for you! By the end of the song everypony was clapping and Timidthy's body had went completely red. Pinkie smiled wildly knowing she had succeeded with the song. Then she pulled away the tarp. And a huge cake was behind it, the cake had lime and grass-green icing blending together. And around the rims of the cake thief was dandelion yellow icing. "The cake is super molten double chocolate with a gooey fudgey center!" said Pinkie excitedly waiting for Timidthy to smile. "Wait is that Timidthy's cake or your cake cause I don't remember Timidthy being a--" said Bumper. Before he saw Timidthy's face. His eye's we're glued onto the cake and a smile that just barley suppased Pinkie's was on his face. "I knew you'd like it!" said Pinkie, "Now come on you have to blow up your candles!" said Apple Jack, Timidthy snapped out of his gaze. As he realized blowing out the candles would have to involve him flying. Suddenly Timidthy was lifted into the air, "I got ya Tim." said Rainbow. Timidthy smiled beside some mildly embarrassing moments he was enjoying himself. Timidthy then saw six candles he then looked down everypony was staring at him and smiling. Celestia and Luna we're using the moment to take pictures. And surprisingly he didn't mind. Timidthy then took a deep breathe and blew out the candles and everypony cheered. Pinkie then cut a piece of the cake for Timidthy and gave it to him. "Thanks Pinkie." Timidthy said as Rainbow was taking him back down before he took a bite. Twilight then cut the cake (using her magic) into even pieces for everypony. After the cake was eaten (with a few leftovers for Timidthy to enjoy later of course.) It was time to open presents. Pinkie pulled out a green throne and put Timidthy in it as she placed about ten of the presents in front of Timidthy. Timidthy smiled shyly as he saw everypony was eagerly waiting. But he didn't let his shyness take over. The first present he opened was a very elegant looking crown. Timidthy looked confused and read the little card attached to the present and it read. 'From Mrs. Oinkers' Timidthy looked in disbelief but he then noticed Mrs. Oinkers was on French Press head waving. "Don't ask Tim, I'm not even sure how they got here." said French Press, Timidthy smiled warmly and placed the crown to the left of his chair. The next present he opened was a stop watch that looked eerily similar to the one on his flank. "That's from me! And if you're wondering how, I have my sources." said Crackers, Timidthy wasn't sure why but the way he said the last part of the sentence sent a chill down his spine. Timidthy then opened another present and what was in it was a stuffed bear plush. "That's from Babe I told him you didn't sleep with any stuffed animals but nope he didn't listen." said Crackers as Babe bahed sweetly and glared at Crackers. The next present Timidthy opened was a picture of him and Poppy. The frame the picture was in was made of gold and in it was engraved. 'Thought we may be different our heart's are one and I'll always protect you no matter what.' Timidthy eye's watered as Poppy jumped into his lap and yipped happily. The crowd awwed, after a few more presents Timidthy opened one that made his face blush red. Timidthy didn't even need to look at the card he knew it was from Sweet Dreams. The gift was a very soft and heart-shaped plush pillow. The heart was coloured a pale yellow while around it was white frill. In white letters was a sewed on message, 'Sweet Dreams!' Timidthy smiled. "I'm glad ya like it Timidthy!" said Sweet Dreams happily, the next present was a brush that had Timidthy's full name engraved in it. Timidthy blushed redder, "That's from the both of us!" said French Press as she nudged towards Bumper. "I'm the one that did the engraving by the way!" said Bumper teasingly, Timidthy only blushed redder and thanked the two. Timidthy then put the presents to the side and after a few more Timidthy pulled up a big present, "That one is from all of us! Me, Fluttershy, Apple Jack, Rarity, Twilight, and Pinkie!" said Rainbow. Timidthy opened the present and inside was a quilt. With every accomplishment and brave act Timidthy had ever done. "Now Timidthy when you feel as if you're not good enough or brave enough. Just look at that cause believe me every year I'm going to update the quilt. So you'll never forget how amazing you really are." said Rarity and Timidthy blushed beet red, "Thanks." he said as he put the quilt to the side making sure that none of it hit the ground. After a dozen or so more presents Timidthy picked up a small present and opened. The present was a book and the title read 'The Equestria's guide to bird watching, breeding, feeding, facts, locations and lots more!' "We know you don't like birds," said Apple Bloom as Sweetie Bell and Scootallo nodded. "but I'm sure if you at least read about them then you might start liking them." Apple Bloom finished. Timidthy smiled shyly. Though he had no intention of actually reading the book cover-to-cover maybe he'd give it a try. After a couple more presents Timidthy saw a medium-sized present and opened it, in it was a physiology set. Timidthy let a smile beam onto hiss face, "I thought you'd like it after all your never to young." said Luna. Timidthy then carefully put the presents on the side of his chair. Timidthy then realized only one present was left and on the top of it read. 'From Celestia' Timidthy smiled as he ripped open the present. And slowly opened the box that held the mystery gift.
How to End a Birthday Bash!Time seemed to slow to a crawl as Timidthy opened the box. Timidthy blushed redder than anything as he saw the gift. Timidthy gluped, 'What do I do?' Timidthy thought he didn't want anypony to see the gift. And he loved it but he didn't want to cause any shame for him and his mother. "Come on Timidthy let's see what you got!" said Sweetie Bell, Timidthy looked over to his mother who had a concerned look on her face. 'She doesn't know what's inside.' Timidthy thought finally Timidthy wrapped his magic around the gift, "Hey everypony it's getting late and the birthday boy still has to hit his pinata!" said Pinkie. Everypony's gaze immediately went to Pinkie who was holding out a bat. "Oh well I guess we can see what Timidthy got later!" said Sweet Dreams as the crowd of ponies galloped towards the pinata. That was hanging from Suger Cube Corners door way. Timidthy who had loosed his grip on the box (unfortunately) wasn't ready for the stampede. The box ended up hitting the ground and a bejeweled, gold, thick ring came bouncing out. And landed just in front of the crowd. Every unicorn in the (or in Twilight's, Luna's and Celestia's case alicorn). Blushed red while only a couple pegasi and earth ponies blushed. Pinkie's mouth was gapped open as she face-hoofed, 'I told her not to let Timidthy open it in public!' Pinkie thought. Timidthy shrank into this chair and begged that he could be anywhere else but here. "Huh? What's that?" said French Press, as she was giving a concerned look to Bumper whose face was red and was biting his bottom lip. "Umm.....that's a--" was all Sweetie Bell could say before Bumper interrupted, "That's a ring of tranquillity. It's used to help relax ponies with horn whenever they have headaches. Magical surges, or sometimes it's used for sexual pleasure." The rest of the ponies who didn't understand blushed red as well, "Celestia where did you get that!?" said Rarity. "Pinkie gave the gift to me." said Celestia, now everypony's eye's we're on Pinkie, "Okay I know what your all thinking but I did tell Celestia not to let Timidthy open it in public." said Pinkie. Celestia smiled sheepishly, "Well I think it's best we just stop asking and just continue with the party." said Twilight everypony then murmured in agreement. "Timidthy darling don't worry the moment is over and we won't mention it." said Rarity calmly, but their was no response. "Timidthy?" said Sweetie Bell as she walked over to the throne but was horrified to see Timidthy wasn't there. "He's gone!" Sweetie Bell cried and the crowd gasped in shock. That's when the fiasco happened. Everypony was panicking as they searched the town for Timidthy. "Timidthy!" Luna cried, "Please come out!" Timidthy's friend's and their pet's we're looking for Timidthy. As Poppy sniffed for Timidthy's scent. "Timidthy!" Sweet Dreams, Bumper, and French Press called, 'Where could he be?' said Celestia but then she saw a dandelion flash come from further out-of-town. Celestia, then ran to where she saw the flash. Timidthy's body was completely beat red as he cried. And sobbed and ran past Fluttershy's cottage. 'That was awful! Now everypony thinks that I'm--' Timidthy couldn't even think the word. As more tears came to his eye's. 'My life is over.' Timidthy thought just before he tripped and fell, "Stupid long legs!" said Timidthy bitterly. "Timidthy!" Celestia cried as she finally caught up to Timidthy, and hugged him tightly. Timidthy squirmed out of the hug, he looked up at his mother with shame and pain in his eye's. "Timidthy I'm sorry, Pinkie gave me the gift and I didn't listen to her warning." said Celestia, Timidthy sighed, "I know I could tell you didn't know but I'm too embarrassed to go back. Everypony will laugh at me!" said Timidthy sadly. Celestia shook her head, "No they won't Timidthy, I can say that for a fact." said Celestia gently. Timidthy looked into Celestia's eye's, "O-Okay but after the party is over can we just forget this ever happened?" said Timidthy. Celestia smiled sweetly and got up and put Timidthy on her back. "Of course and Timidthy, but I can safely say that most of the unicorns in this town probably have one." said Celestia as her and Timidthy made their way to town. All the resident's of Ponyville we're over joyed to see Timidthy all and well. And as the party got started up again. Everypony was having fun and forgot about the embarrassing moment for earlier. And as the party ended and everything was cleaned up. Everypony went back to their respected homes. Timidthy walked into his room and shut the door he had a soft smile on his face as his mane and tail had confetti in it. He then folded up the quilt he got from the mane six and put it in his dresser. Then he put the picture of him and Poppy and put it on his bed side table. He put the book that the cmc had given him and put it on his bookshelf. He put the psychology set on top of his dresser and put all his other presents up. Until all that was left and wasn't organized was his ring of tranquility. Timidthy blushed red and locked his room door, he then looked around. The only living thing that was in the room was Poppy, and she was fast asleep under his bed. Timidthy then put the ring on his horn and made sure it was secure. And then the jewels on it glowed and Timidthy felt a warm, vibrating sensation in his horn. And a goofy smile came into his face as he got into bed and thought. 'Best birthday ever.' and fell asleep.
