Cuddling A Friend

Twilight Sparkle was in her room while reading her book. She hummed to herself as she flipped the pages quietly. While she was reading two ponies walked into her place. She smiled as she looked up at them. They smiled at her and she smiled back. She put her book down and they sat down beside her.

Twilight wondered why Rarity and Pinkie Pie were there seeing her. She thought that they had jobs to do but she was glad that they didn't and were over at her place seeing her as she liked to have her friends visit her. They looked at her and they spoke to eachother.

"Hi girls what brings you here?" Twilight asked smiling. They both grinned and responded to her question.

"We just came to stop by to see you. We had work to do in town so we came over here for a while to relax and just talk. If you don't want us here we will understand what you mean and we will leave you alone and maybe come back later." Rarity said. Twilight smiled and shook her head.

"No it's fine I love it when my friends visit me." She told them. Pinkie Pie snuggled into Rarity's lap. Twilight allowed Pinkie Pie room to hug her. Pinkie Pie yawned as she closed her eyes. Twilight giggled. Rarity spoke softly.

"She's been tired from all the work she did today. I've been run all over like a mad dog." Rarity said softly. Twilight giggled as she stroked Pinkie Pie's hair. Twilight kissed Pinkie's forehead.

"Well I'm glad that she's here." Twilight said. They both looked at Pinkie Pie and Rarity saw that Pinkie Pie could be made a little bit more comfortable. She looked at her room and at Twilight and spoke.

"Go get a blanket and pillow for her." Rarity said. Twilight giggled and got some with her magic. The propped Pinkie Pie's head up with the pillow and pulled the blanket over her. They then held her gently and spoke softly so that they avoided disturbing Pinkie Pie from her rest.

"She's so adorable. She's all curled up on our laps." Rarity said smiling. Twilight chuckled as she caressed Pinkie's face. Twilight and Rarity quieted their voices so that Pinkie Pie could rest on their laps as they held her gently. They both pet her in a gentle manner.

"I know she's so cute." Rarity said silently. They both watched her fall asleep. Soon she started to breathe quietly as she slept. They both petted her fur gently in a loving manner as hey talked about their day.

"How was your day?" Twilight asked Rarity quietly. Rarity smiled at Pinkie Pie and looked up at Twilight with a warm smile and then spoke to Twilight as they watched Pinkie Pie in a loving manner. Twilight stroked Pinkie Pie's hair.

"It was good. Me and Pinkie Pie did some shopping for some ingredients that Pinkie Pie needed for Sugarcube Corner and I shopped for material." Rarity told Twilight. Twilight smiled as she looked at Pinkie Pie. They both watched her as they quieted their voices.

"I've never seen her this still in the daytime" Twilight said as she chuckled. Rarity giggled as she touched Pinkie Pie's cheek. Rarity smiled and she then responded to Twilight's funny point about Pinkie Pie.

"I know! She's always bouncing off the walls. She's cute either way. She knows that she is cute. She's acting like a cat!" Rarity giggled. They both petted Pinkie Pie's fur lovingly. They both continued to watch over Pinkie Pie. They would protect her from harm as they loved Pinkie Pie and they knew that Pinkie Pie loved them.

"I just love cuddling her in my arms like this. I'm glad that we are making her feel safe. We both love her. I appreciate her parties that she holds for me. That's how much I love her." Twilight said watching Pinkie Pie.

Rarity understood what Twilight meant. She also loved to hold Pinkie Pie in her arms. She didn't think it was childish either and if anypony did call her jealous or made fun of her Twilight and Rarity would go after that pony who would try to attack Pinkie Pie. They would never let that happen.

They continued to embrace Pinkie Pie gently in their laps. Pinkie Pie didn't feel heavy on them which they were lucky for as Pinkie Pie had very strong hugs for some reason. She almost had crushed pony bones but if at was happening and the pony cried out in pain Pinkie Pie would stop immediately and apologize.

Luckily for a lot of ponies it doesn't happen often when Pinkie Pie hugs them. It was just a mistake Pinkie Pie made. She hated hurting ponies as she had never had done it in her life. She treated everypony as a friend so Pinkie Pie's friends loved her so much. She was their own living sunshine and they loved that about Pinkie Pie.

Soon Pinkie Pie began to yawn. Rarity and Twilight smile at Pinkie Pie. Pinkie Pie smiled at them to. Pinkie Pie loved her nap. She had a great dream about her friends and she loved that she was in the embrace of tow of her best friends.

"This feels really good. You should cuddle me more often." Pinkie Pie said giggling. Rarity and Twilight chuckled.

"I'm glad that you liked it. We will cuddle you more don't worry." Pinkie Pie promised. Rarity smiled at Twilight and turned to Pinkie Pie and spoke to her as well.

"I'm also happy that you liked it. We will!" Rarity said. Pinkie Pie smiled back again and spoke.

"Thanks girls. You don't know how much that makes me happy!" She said. Rarity and Twilight giggled and responded.

"We do know how much it makes you happy. We are happy giving you hugs." Twilight said. Pinkie Pie then sat up and they all talked to each other about other topics and they gossiped as well. Soon Rarity and Pinkie Pie said goodbye to Twilight and left. Twilight said goodbye to them. She was glad that they cuddled her and couldn't wait for them to do it again
