The Mane Six Saves China

It has been a while since the mane six helped Mulan save China from the Huns, and they start to miss her. The one who misses her most is Rainbow Dash, since they have a lot in common. She kept the crest Mulan gave her that night, as a memory and a reminder why she's so loyal to her friends.

"I really miss you, Mulan. I wish I can see you again." she said as she looks at her crest while laying in bed. Suddenly, someone was knocking at her door which startled her. Rainbow Dash fell out of her bed and asked herself, "Who could that be?" She opened the door and saw Fluttershy. "Hi, Rainbow Dash. You ready to go?" Fluttershy asked. "For what? Did Twilight plan something for us?" Rainbow Dash asked. "Oh, did you forget? Twilight wants us to have a nice vacation just the six of us." Fluttershy replied. "Really? Where did she want to go?" Rainbow Dash asked. "I don't know, but I'm sure you have a suggestion for her." said Fluttershy.

That gave Rainbow Dash an idea. "Oh, I know a perfect place for our vacation. How about we should visit a friend of ours?" she said as she showed Fluttershy her crest. Fluttershy knew what she was talking about and asked, "You want to go to China and see Mulan?" "That's right. Doesn't that sound like fun?" Rainbow Dash asked. "It kinda does." Fluttershy replied. "Well, what are you waiting for? Let's go tell Twilight!" Rainbow Dash shouted as she zoomed all the way to Twilight's castle. Fluttershy followed her.

Meanwhile, Twilight and the others are discussing about their vacation trip.

"Ok, girls. This vacation is what we absolutely need, so who has a suggestion to where we should go?" she asked. "Candy Land?" Pinkie asked. "Good choice, but that we'll get really sick from all the sugar." said Twilight. "Manehatten?" Rarity asked. "It is a city, but it's not vacation worthy." said Twilight. "How about somewhere in the West? They've got really nice rodeo shows." said Applejack. "Are you thinking about Appaloosa?" Twilight asked. "Maybe." Applejack replied.

Suddenly, Rainbow Dash bursted into the room and shouted, "CHINA! WE SHOULD GO TO CHINA!" "Wait, what?" Applejack asked. Fluttershy came in and said, "She wants to see Mulan again." "Yeah, wouldn't it be cool if we see her again? I just couldn't stop thinking about her ever since she got me this." said Rainbow Dash as she showed her friends the crest on her chest. "Oh yes, I remember that. That was when you and Mulan saved China and the emperor honored you both." said Twilight. "So, wanna see her again?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"I think it's a wonderful idea, she'll be delighted to see us again." said Twilight. "Yeah, with her funny dragon Mushu." said Pinkie. "And the heroic Captain Shang." said Rarity. "Don't forget Yao, Ling, and Chien Po." said Applejack. "It's settled then. We are going to China first thing tomorrow." said Twilight.

The next day, they packed all of their stuff in a carriage and are ready to go. Twilight used to magic to have the carriage pull all by itself. Once everyone is in, the carriage took off just like that. "Yee Haw!" Applejack shouted.

Hours have passed and they haven't arrived into China yet. "Man, China sure is a long trip. "I know, right. Good thing I packed these apples just in case either of us get hungry." said Applejack. "I am!" Pinkie shouted as she began to devour the apples like a pig. "No, Pinkie! One at a time, don't eat them all at once. Save some for all of us." Applejack scolded. Pinkie belched at her loudly.

Suddenly, the carriage stopped without a warning. "Oh my goodness. What was that?" Fluttershy asked. "I think we stopped." Twilight replied. "You think?" Rarity asked. They got out of the carriage and checked what was wrong. What happened was that thy finally arrived to their destination. "I can't believe it, we're finally here!" Twilight shouted. "Yippee! China, at last!" Pinkie shouted. "Yes!" Rainbow Dash shouted. "Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go find Mulan." said Applejack.

They looked all around the village to find Mulan, but they couldn't find her. "Where could she be?" Rarity asked. "She's probably at home, but we don't know where she lives." Fluttershy replied. "Maybe we should ask somebody." said Pinkie. "Yeah, I have a feeling Mulan lives here somewhere." said Applejack. Pinkie walked to an old man and tapped on his shoulder. He turned around and saw the pink horse. "Hi, do you know where Mulan lives?" she asked.

"Why, yes. I'm her father. Are you her friends?" he asked. "Yes, we are sir. We're the ones who helped her save your country." Twilight explained. "Well, it's an absolute honor to meet you all. I am Fa Zhou." he introduced. "Nice to meet you, Fa Zhou. I'm Twilight Sparkle and these are my friends. Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity." Twilight introduced. "Wonderful. I can tell you've come a long way just to see my daughter." said Fa Zhou. "Yes, we have. Is she home?" Fluttershy asked. "Yes, she is. She's with her mother and grandmother. Come, let me show you all our home." said Fa Zhou as he leads the mane six to his home.

When they got there, Mulan and her family was already outside enjoying the night.

"I'm home, and look who I brought." said Fa Zhou as the mane six show themselves to the rest of the Fa Family. "Oh my goodness, it's the mane six!" Mulan shouted as she ran towards them. "MULAN!" the mane six shouted as they all embraced her. "What a sweet reunion." said Fa Li. "She didn't tell us that her friends are colored horses." said Grandma Fa. "They seem so sweet, and I'm really glad they came to see Mulan." said Fa Li.

"Oh, it's so good to see you girls again. I've missed you so much." said Mulan. "We miss you too, Mulan. That's why we came here, it was Rainbow Dash's idea." said Twilight. "Well, let's have a nice dinner together shall we? And tell me all about it when we get inside." said Mulan as she went inside to prepare dinner for her guests.

Once inside, the mane six are getting along just fine with Mulan's family while eating dinner. "I never realized how unique your hair is, wish I had that hair again." said Grandma Fa. "Why thank you. I style it every day." said Rarity. "Wow, these dumplings are amazing!" said Pinkie as she devoured them in one bite. "You sure have an appetite. I'm surprised you're stomach is not hurting you yet." said Grandma Fa. "It never hurts me, unless I eat too much candy. One time, I ate twelve disgusting muffins for a mission and that was the only time I've had a tummy ache." said Pinkie. "And yet, you're still alive." said Grandma Fa. "Yep, good thing too." said Pinkie.

"So, how's Captain Shang doing? He still loves you, right." said Rainbow Dash. "Of course he does, he even proposed to me last week." Mulan replied. "Really? That's wonderful." said Rainbow Dash. "Did you plan the wedding yet?" Rarity asked. "Not yet, he's been investigating on the attacks that were happening recently." Mulan replied. "Attacks? It's not the Huns again, isn't it?" Twilight asked. "Not sure, but he said they're a lot more dangerous and powerful." Mulan answered. "Oh my, that doesn't sound good." said Fluttershy. "Rainbow Dash, I'm really glad that you picked this place." said Applejack. "Me too, I can't believe there's been recent attacks and the emperor hasn't even noticed." said Mulan. "He didn't notice a thing? Hmm, something's going on." said Applejack. "Well, it's a good thing Shang is coming tomorrow and we'll talk things out." said Mulan. "Alright!" Rainbow Dash shouted.

Rarity fainted in delight as Pinkie Pie catches her.

That night, the mane six were getting ready for bed in Mulan's room. Rainbow Dash brings some clouds in for her and Fluttershy.

"Your room is really nice." said Twilight. "Thanks, my family likes to keep the house clean." said Mulan. "Say, where's Mushu? I haven't seen him all day." said Pinkie. "Did I hear somebody call my name?!" Mushu shouted as he showed up unexpectedly. "Mushu!" Pinkie shouted as she hugged him tight. "Pinkie Pie? What are you doing here?" Mushu asked. "We're here for vacation." said Pinkie Pie. "Well, it's so good to see you again. How y'all been?" Mushu asked. "You know, the usual. Stopping bad guys, save the day, all that stuff." said Rainbow Dash. "That's what we're doing right now, silly." said Mulan. "Oh yeah." said Rainbow Dash.

"Come on, let's get some sleep. We have a big day tomorrow." said Rarity. Mulan turned off her light and everyone went to sleep.
