My Little Pony: Resistance is Magic

While on their way for hiding Twilight receives a radio message from an unknown location.

"Hello? Is somepony or someone there? Can you hear me?" ??? asked.

"Who are you?" Twilight asked.

"It's none of your business. I need to tell you something really important." ??? responded.

"Tell me what is it about?" Twilight asked.

"Right. You need to go on the Monuments of Courage in Blackheart as soon as possible. Under the bridge there will be a secret entrance in which I will be there waiting for you in the secret entrance to the sewage systems." ??? said.

"I'm on my way mysterious pony or person." Twilight said.

"Good. I will be waiting. Oh just for you to know there are checkpoints all over Equestria so be patient." ??? said.

The radio message came from Blackheart but Ponyville is approximately 500 kilo meters toward Blackheart so it will take 5 Hours to get there and the location was Monuments of Courage in which consists of 2 statues on the side one with a pony saluting and one is a Magni Imperium soldier doing the saluting. The statues are saluting to each other.

"Well. I am finally free of this monstrosity." The pony said.

"Can you tell me your real name for now?" Twilight asked.

"Did you not remember? I was your trainer to fight against Trixie." The pony asked.

"Zecora?" Twilight asked.

"Yes I am!" The pony said.

The unnamed pony is revealed to be Zecora who was recently imprisoned before Twilight came.

"Oh my god Zecora! I though you we're dead." Twilight said.

"Well I came back from Hell." Zecora responded.

The car were later stopped by a checkpoint near Ponyville in which prevents people from leaving. Twilight is tasked to take out the guards in the checkpoint. Twilight kills the commander in which give her a Handgun and later kills a bunch of guards giving her the Assault Rifle. She kills all the guards in the checkpoint and returns to the vehicle but while going to the vehicle two guard robots attacked her. After finishing off the robots Twilight gets into the vehicle and drives pass through the gate leaving Ponyville.

After dozens of hours of driving and a few stops at checkpoints they arrived at Blackheart but they see a checkpoint gate so Lyra legitimately crashed through the checkpoint gate causing Magni Imperium's secret police to chase them down. Lyra found a button called "Tank Mode" and presses the button causing the Prisoner Transport vehicle to have machine guns, rocket launchers and more armour. The vehicle starts to shoot at the cars chasing after them causing massive explosions on the streets of Blackheart.

"The sign! We are at Monuments of Courage everyone! This is it!" Lyra announces.

The fleeing prisoners of Camp Cemento are at the Monuments of Courage. At the moment Lyra plans and starts to crash out of the bridge on

"Everypony hold on!" Lyra shouted.

The transport vehicle crashes from the bridge to the river and the prisoners quickly got out of the vehicle. They all swim to the secret entrance to the location but the secret police starts shooting at the river killing not many prisoners. Some prisoners managed to escape to the entrance. Twilight, Zecora, The mane 6 and some ponies are at the entrance to the location. Twilight knocks the door and opens in which reveals Princess Luna.

"Princess Luna?" Twilight asked

"Twilight. I thought you were dead. I know you can here from that message." Luna said.

"Yes Luna." Twilight said.

"Well. Welcome to my Resistance HQ!" Luna announces.

The unknown location the radio message came from was actually a Resistance HQ held by Luna to stop Magni Imperium for good. The prisoners has found their new home on the Resistance HQ.

In Equestria's Moon the fractured planet of Fractura was called in to remove the Mane on the Moon symbol on the moon to build a Lunar Base on the moon itself. The Harvester was activated on the moon to restore to it's original form but without the Mane on the Moon. The mark was completely gone and the construction of a Lunar Base has been commenced.

Back at the Resistance HQ Luna was angered about the mark on the moon being rubbed out starts to have plans to commence an assault on the Command Center on the Blackheart Centre. Luna ordered Twilight Sparkle to find a document folder about a project for Magni Imperium's mechs designed for pony infantry. Twilight Sparkle eventually finds the document folder in one of the pony's rooms in the Circle

"Right.  I have planned a assault on the Command Center where we have to steal combat mechs they have devised on pony infantry." Luna said.

"Wait. How can they let ponies into their territory and become part of the army?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"I don't know yet." Luna responded.

"Oh well." Rainbow Dash said.

"Anyways we need somepony to be part of the assault. Twilight will be joining in and rest of you will be on me. Got it?" Luna said.

"Got it!" The mane 6 said.

"Let's go." Luna announces.

An unknown pony picked by Luna is going to take Twilight Sparkle onto the Command Center and is tasked to detonate a bomb in the car as a form of a suicide bomber. Twilight now heads to the Command Center as part of her mission to steal the combat mechs as part of the invasion on Jonathan's place.

Jonathan seeing the explosive chase on the window of his suite start to upgrade defences and places a manhunt on the escaping ponies.

"Foolish Ponies." Jonathan said.

Jonathan watches the television screen of MI News programme shows the Breaking News footage of the incident as Jonathan sat on his couch.

"On today's news there is a rampage on the street of Blackheart. It appears that a prisoner transport truck was chased by the secret police and crashed through a bridge and onto a river in the Monuments of Courage. It is suspected that the suspects to be pony prisoners from Camp Cemento attempting to escape. It is unknown of how they escaped from Camp Cemento but it's likely that one of the guard robots was hacked and was programmed to kill the guards instead of prisoners. This is Jack Briggs on MI News." The news reporter said.

Jonathan turns off the television and goes to the AI server room to meet a cyborg woman he named "M4J0R". M4J0R's cyber-brain was connected to the AI servers with wires.

"What do you want?" M4J0R asked.

"You will be tasked to protect the Command Center tonight." Jonathan responded.

"Okay....." M4J0R said.

M4J0R's wires was cut off and she putted her white shirt, red trench coat and blue trousers on and equips herself with an machine pistol.

"I will follow your orders." M4J0R said.
