Equus float's in the deep void of space, a lonely rock with a lonely moon. It is not a solar system, because that would require a star. Ponies believe their Princess raises the sun. Celestia lets the ponies believe this, because she knows the truth would break them. Over many centuries, she has made many dark deals to buy her little ponies one more day. The time finally came to pay the price. A new sun smiles on the ponies of Equestria, and it demands sacrifice. A secret history is revealed of a planet that has long been already dead.
