Toffee’s Back
Equestria was home to many different kinds of beings, though the primary inhabits were split along the lines of three separate races, Unicorns, Pegasus, and Earth ponies. Despite living in the land for over a thousand years and in relative peace few know of the land's history and some even believed it was fairy tales. Perhaps it was do to so few alive who keep records or perhaps some thing where best left unsaid.
As time passed the Princess of the Sun, Celestia had ruled over all Equestria for a thousand years and had protected her little ponies throughout the years, but she had a terrible secret locked away, deep underground in the castle of the two sisters. A being who could never die that possessed dark magic. A monster that was missing a single finger, but she didn’t know what to do with it at the time, before a certain draconequus arrived at her castle one day.
‘I wonder how Loki is doing these days? It has been quite sometime since the two of us have spoken.’ Celestia thought to herself as she wandered throughout the halls of her castle. It was a bit of a surprise to see someone who looked similar to an old foe appear and help with a problem she didn’t even know was about to happen. After some tea he gave her a means to call him telling her to save it for when something big happens. Though he did take the severed finger with him without her knowing, but having that reminder in her castle, she didn’t hold it against him.
By the time she entered the throne room a group of other royals had gathered together, uninvited. She saw Thorax, the Changeling King, Shining Armor and her niece Princess Cadance and her dear sister Luna. They all soon noticed Celestia enter the throne room.
“Ah, Sister it’s about time that you’ve arrived.” Luna said as her sister raised a brow, wondering why they were all gathered here.
“It’s good to see you again Celestia, there’s a matter that all of us need to discuss immediately.” Thorax added before bowing.
“What seems to be the issue here?” Celestia asked, the other leaders looked hesitant to reply, but eventually Princess Cadance spoke up.
“Something has been draining the magic from the ponies within the Crystal Empire and that’s just the start of it.” Cadance turned to the others their, “It’s been happening all over Equestria maybe even the world, Twilight says that Discord has been sensing something draining magic from the universe at large.” The Princess of Love stated. Celestia dreaded to know what could do this. Her first guess was Tirek but he was locked back in Tartarus and Discord said that he wasn’t going to escape anytime soon after a trip down there, she didn’t even want to think about why he was covered in a red liquid when he saw him but she had a guess what he did.
Regardless whoever it was seemed to be draining magic on a far wider scale than him if Discord was telling the truth. “Do you have any leads as to where this… Being has gone?”
“So far over five hundred ponies were hospitalized after the attack… It’s more difficult since they have a hard time remembering what happened exactly.” Shining explained before sighing. It didn’t make any sense.
“Where was the last attack?” She asked.
“The last attack happened in Ponyville, near the Everfree Forest. Twilight and her friends left to investigate and try to find something, but I think it would be wise for all of us to go and search instead.” He added as the rest of them nodded in response.
“Very well than, we shall leave in an hour.” Celestia responded.
The Void
Deep within the void, Loki was trying to read a nonsensical map of the void as he looked for which direction he should go to make it to his target. “Let’s see we could go north-southwest, no wait that would end us up in a anti-matter reality ruled by living math equations and I’m not hearing them talk ever again.” He blinked as he felt a sudden wave of foreboding before his spine snapped itself with his body, “I sense a disturbance in the force.”
“What like a billion voices crying out in fear and pain before being silenced?” His voice of Chaos, Astral Discord asked appearing next to him wearing the robes of Ben kenobi, “Cause doesn't that happen like a lot?”
Evilight appeared right next to him dressed in a knock off Gandalf outfit, “No it feels like something is leeching away a nearby realities magic around…” Evilight blinked at the map, “Wait how did we get back to our multiverse if you keep going forward?”
“Plot convenience.” Was Loki’s only answer, “Perhaps we should see what’s happening I think I remember that reality I visited.”
“When?” Evilight questioned.
“Between the first story and the sequel or when you hadn’t awoken.” Loki dismissed.
The Everfree Forest
Celestia as well as the other leaders began to make their way towards the castle of the two sisters. It the journey itself wasn’t long or difficult but by the time they arrived, they soon noticed Twilight injured at the gates of the old castle.
“Twilight are you alright?!” Cadance asked, helping her sister in law onto her hooves.
“Please… Help them…” She said, before passing out, Celestia’s face soon formed a scowl as she blasted the doors towards the castle with her magic and made a dash to find whoever did this, while Cadance and Shining stayed behind to look after Twilight.
She didn’t know who was behind this, but she had a feeling that she’d find the one stealing magic from everypony. A flash next to her Discord appeared with a glowing object with two egg beaters spinning as he held it in the direction below them, “Well I found the source of the disturbance, Tia did Twilight tell you who it was?” Discord questioned.
“No I do not I was just about to find out myself,” Celestia answered shocking her head. She looked as Discord’s face hardened at this. “You know who this is don’t you?”
Discord nodded, “Maybe you know that Immortal monster awhile back? You notice that he never healed his finger.” Celestia nodded, “Yeah that was me I ripped it off of him when I ruled Equestria. Before you ask I found him annoying and tossed him into the far north… honestly I’m a bit surprised he hasn't been sealed up by you.”
“I did actually I had burned him down to nothing but a a bones and though I sealed them in a coven below this castle…” She turned back to the entity of Chaos, “You think we can stop him?”
Discord thought about it for a moment, “Maybe I don’t know Tia.”
Celestia thought about how uneasy Discord sounded. “Discord listen to me go to my room and in my third desk there's a box bring it to me, What's inside it might be our only option if all else fails-”
But before she could finish, she began to hear coughing, coming from the other room, the two began to make their way their to find the other elements of harmony on the ground, pale as if the life was drained from them, but among them the two had also found Twilight among them as well. ‘Why was she here if she was outside with Cadance and Shining Armor?’
Realization had soon struck her as began to make a mad dash back towards the entrance as Discord teleported By the time they had arrived, it was already too late as the Fake Twilight had drained them of their magic while beginning to take Thorax and Luna’s magic. The fake Twilight soon began to morph into Trixie, but her eyes glowing a sickening green as a voice spoke not of her own, “Hello Celestia, it’s been awhile.”
Trixie soon lifted her hoof as a half broken gem morphed into reptilian claw with a finger missing, she grinned madly as Celestia looked at her/him with horror. “Toffee!”
“I have to admit that Trixie’s magic definitely has potential, even though she’s female I don’t mind in the slightest since I’ll have my body back momentarily.” He said, draining Thorax of his magic, before facing the sun princess once again.
“Release Trixie this instant Toffee! Or else!”
“You are in no position to make demands from me Celestia-” Celestia growled as she shot a golden beam of magic at him, trying to catch him off guard, but he was able to place a barrier around himself. He could only grin as the princess of the Sun Princess glared at him with rage, unleashing a massive of beam magic at the possessed unicorn.
Toffee only laughed as he countered it with his own magic. The two beams collided for a moment before Celestia’s was pushed back knocking the Sun Princesses against the wall. “Face it Celestia… You have no chance of beating me!”
“Your wrong Toffee… Even if I can’t somepony else will!” She shouted, but the possessed unicorn chuckled as he created a sword with his magic.
“And who’ll stop me if I may ask?” He asked with a smirk before slashing at the alicorns chest, sending the princess crashing to the ground. “It’s a real shame that no one is going to save you.”
Celestia was helpless as she felt her very life force and magic leave her body. Toffee looked pleased as he began to absorb the magic from the sun princess, taking in as much power as he can before ending everyone’s life. “Just a little more and I can guarantee that you’ll be spending eternity in death!”
‘Somepony… please help us?’
“It’s over-” Before he could take her magic fully he was soon shot in the back by Discord and sent crashing towards the floor.
Discord floated over to her with the box in hand, “I got it Tia the thing that can defeat him!” Toffee fired a blast at it reducing it to ash in Discord’s hands, “I just lost it.”
“Nice try, but as long as I’m in this body… None of you can possibly defeat me.” He stated as he glared at Discord, remembering what had happened a thousand years ago. “You know Discord… I was this close to controlling Equestria a thousand years ago until you showed up out of the blue and took it all from me.”
“You know I want to call you chitche.. So I am.” Another voice said as stepping out a multi colored portal… was Discord wearing a cloak? “Also great now the ending of season 2 is spoiled for me, eh oh well at least I get to punch you in the face for that.” Appearing next to him was another Discord in astral form and a anthro Twilight, “So everyone in favor of ripping Toffee’s soul from Trixie and tossing him into a Black hole for the next 500 trillion years?”
“Hehehehe… So you are Loki I take it? Funny I expected you to be… Well Human and less like a donkey, but what can you do?” Toffee chuckled as he raised the mutated hand in the air at the three while a large grin plastered across his face grew wider.
“Really I expected you to be… well actually I was too busy thinking about tacos to care about you.” Loki confessed as he kept everything casual before a taco appeared in his hand, “Taco?”
“As much as I would love to crunch on a Taco again… I have business with an old friend that I believe you may or may not have heard of?” He asked the draconequus while a black vortex opened up. “Of course you’ll never know… But let’s just say that he has a grudge against all of you Void Dwellers and by the time he’s finished… You’ll all be out of our way!”
“Question is he magical by nature?” Loki asked.
“That would be telling now, but let’s just say his power is that of a god! Until next time Loki… And just a heads up towards this world’s Starlight Glimmer… I’m coming for my finger!” He said, before disappearing into the portal.
Loki blinked for a moment about to speak before the two astral projections returned to him, “You can’t read can you?”
Discord managed to help Celestia to her hooves as Loki approached them. With the amount of damaged she received she was just glad that Loki was able to show up when he did. “Thank you for showing up on late notice… Loki”
“Yeah though next time.” He drew something in the air and it appeared on Celestia hoof, “That’s a precaution… also does he know I have his finger?” Loki summoned up a piece of paper, “Cause the first page of this chapter does say I have it…” He put it away, “Toffee is not aware of the fourth wall is he?”
“Um… I have no response to this?” She said, as for Discord on the other hand he couldn’t help but glare at Loki.
“Who are you exactly… You look like me, but not quite as handsome.” Discord demanded as he appeared beside Loki.
Astral Discord appeared next to him, “He is Loki, he went as us to a convention got sent into the void came out as me, then absorbed me and has ascended into Dwellership, so to sum up he is technically you from another universe and has ascended to a realm of gods, eldritch beings and living paradoxes.” Astral Discord held out a sign saying, “Oh and he is a being of both Chaos and Order, with me and a altered twilight who has no emotions as the primary voices in his head.” He finally handed him a book… somehow, “You can read all about it in this fanfic.”
“Sounds tacky to me… Hmm… But I do love fanfiction… Kinda like the one I wrote about Luna and Twilight, but enough about that… What I do want to know is how do you plan to defeat Toffee if he’s not here?” Discord asked as he threw the book aside in a trash bin that had been there for who knows how long. “Do you have a plan?”
“Nope.” Was Loki’s response, “Sunset, Discord, Frieza, and Evilight handle that for me mostly… though I have a idea and it may involve my gender flipped, psycho, alternative self.”
“Before we can even think of that… We need to help everypony here… Toffee stole all the magic from everypony including my sister and Thorax as well as the other leaders and elements of harmony. They need our help!” Celestia said, glaring at both draconequuses as she limped towards them.
“Well with Toffee gone I can turn back time to before he caused all the mess… with him gone it would be like he never awoke in the first place.” Loki proposed only for Evilight to appear and roll her eyes.
“Yes and doing so will make their be two Trixies, and a paradox that will chip away a few million years from the universe life span, and could cause this universe to be destroyed or worse create half a dozen timelines… did you even listen to Time?” Loki snapped his fingers to dismiss her,
“Eh don’t worry about it a few million years is nothing the universe will live for about 600 sextrillion years anyway.” Loki waved his hand guessing, “So what you say?”
“I’d prefer it if you didn’t… Just help me get them all back to Canterlot so the medical staff can take care of them… After that I want to talk to you privately.” She explained.
“Ok.” Loki waved his paw over her and in an instant all her wounds had healed up and she felt as good as new, “This is much easier.” With a snap he teleported them all to the hospital including the others.
“Thank you Loki… I know I don’t have much to offer you, but please do the one thing I couldn’t… Destroy Toffee and if you succeed I’ll…” She couldn’t finish her sentence as her face turned completely red, in all honesty she didn’t have anything to offer him that he couldn’t simply create, so only one thing came to mind. But for the audience we’ll keep it a secret.
“Wow wow, back up first… I’m married, second I was going to take care of him anyway.”
“Oh thank you Faust! I don’t think I could have gone through with it!”
Loki turned to the readers before asking, “Ok show of hands who had their heads in the gutter?” Loki rolled his eyes, “As I thought.” He turned back to Celestia, “Now I need to go first, I have to go put down a force trying to eat chaos and order from realities, then get Eris to help me and I’m going to track and put down Toffee… or annoy him until he kills himself whatever comes first.”
The two astral projections appeared and both said at the same time, “You will annoy him.”
“True.” With a snap Loki disappeared back into the void between worlds.
Somewhere in the Void
Toffee floated endlessly through this new realm he tried to find his new ally. Of course before he could travel any further a white hand grabbed his leg and pulled him towards another portal, crashing on solid concrete. He shook his head only to see a white Frost Demon stand before him. “Well if it isn’t my old pal Toffee! It’s been awhile!”
“Y-You didn’t have to yank me through the portal you know?!”
“I know, but where’s the fun in that… Anyways… Have you thought about our deal? You serve as one of generals and you’ll get your revenge on Discord and everyone of those ponies you hate so much!” It replied, floating above him.
“I have thought about it… But there’s a Void Dweller getting in my way currently…”
“Hmm… That could be a problem… Nah! Whoever this guy is? Is absolutely no threat to me… I control space and matter… All I need is to take care of that three headed nitwit and I’ll have unlimited power… Oh Wait I already do!” He laughed as Toffee began to back away slowly. “Now deal with that Dweller for me! I have business elsewhere and I’d rather not fall behind schedule.”

*Sorry readers but his name is going to remain a secret for this story for comedy reasons and fourth wall breaking. Anyways back to me Loki*
Elsewhere...
“So now where was I… Oh right Eris she should be over here.” Loki placed his hand on a map of Canada, “Now I’ll go get frieza and Sunset and we will take out the hunger!”
Within his mind both Discord and Evilight moved chess pieces around which strangely depended people and ponies, “So you think Loki would succeed in killing Toffee?” Discord asked as he moved a figure of a man in a V outfit.
Evilight tapped him over with what looked like a Spike with a plugger, “Perhaps but I think Eris will do it, you know how she wants to kill him herself.” She had a smile as the dice rolled a six, “Looks like I win this round.” Discord tossed up the board, “Oh real mature.”
“Best 9,001 out of 18,000!” Discord demanded.
“Fine!”
