Twilight Sparkle's Diary
So my first entry on my new diary, this isn't my first diary but a certain dragon decided to use my old diary as a drink coaster. I made sure Spike cleaned the inside and outside of the castle, twice. That should teach him not to use my stuff as drink coasters. Not much has happened today besides the diary drink coaster incident. Applejack has been trouble keeping Apple Bloom in line after she got her cutie mark. The little filly is always running around helping ponies figure out what their cutie marks mean or if they don't have their cutie marks yet, help them get them. Rainbow has been avoiding me, in fact, she has been avoiding everypony as of late, she even ignored one of Pinkie's parties which we all agreed to never do again after the whole 'crazy Pinkie Pie' thing a few years ago. Fluttershy has been helping her animals and her brother with a few things, she got him into his own home and into a job he's actually keeping this time. Pinkie keeps throwing parties for everypony, which isn't very surprising as she does that all the time anyway. Rarity went to Canterlot two days ago to check up on her fashion line. The CMC are doing their normal thing now which is trying to help ponies figure out who they really are, and everypony else either stays home or doesn't talk to me as they're scared to say anything to me, from being nervous about living near and knowing a princess I guess.
Should I put like Day #2 or Day #9105, where my last one left off? I'll stick with calling it Day #2 until I feel like I need to change it. I still haven't seen Rainbow, she isn't normally this quiet. I'll probably go check on her tomorrow. I would do it today but I have to take Spike to the hospital because he fell out of a lift trying to clean the outside of the windows, on the 14th floor. Poor baby dragon broke almost all of his bones, the only reason he's still alive is because of Trixie sleeping behind my house saw him fall and caught him with his magic. Applejack gave up trying to stop Apple Bloom from running off and went back to her farm, the apple bucking season is coming in and she has to be ready to buck apples for days on end. Pinkie is being Pinkie, like always, flying upwards without wings and going up slides with no propulsion. Fluttershy has locked herself inside her cottage scared that the buffalo are going to get her. Some bully told her that shy ponies get fillynapped by savage buffalo, and now she thinks everypony is a buffalo in disguise. Rarity is still in Canterlot, but she hopefully will return home in the next week or so.
Day #3
I just realized that I haven't written about myself in any part of my diary. Well, today I went and checked on Rainbow and she was really sick, her temperature was 89.4 degrees Fahrenheit and she was under five blankets. I brought her to the hospital and the doctor said she would call me if she got better or worse. Spike's currently in a full body cast and is stuck in the hospital as well. I haven't seen Fluttershy, Applejack, and Rarity in a while, with AJ tending the orchard, Fluttershy scared witless, and Rarity still in Canterlot. Pinkie went to visit Zecora and see if she could beat her in a rhyming contest, but Zecora has her beat easy. After I get done writing this I'm going to go to rearrange my library instead of it being A-Z it'll be Z-A. The cutie map has pointed us all of us in a far off location, I don't know what it means but we'll probably have to leave Rainbow which I don't like the idea of and stop writing in my diary. We'll be headed there either tomorrow or the day after.
Day #4
We're back from the location the cutie map sent us to and it was this crazy town lead by this pony by the name of Starlight Glimmer. She took the cutie marks of all the towns citizen and told everypony was equal, she took our cutie marks put them in this cutie mark vault and locked us in a room. We got this plan together and had Fluttershy trick her, which she didn't want to as she was scared she was a buffalo in disguise. She took everypony else's cutie marks but didn't take her own cutie mark off. We chased her into a cave and she disappeared, we got our cutie marks back but that was one wild adventure. When we got back Rainbow didn't look any better, and the nurse said she was more than likely going to go into a coma. I was saddened by this, but the nurse said she might go into a coma, not a hundred percent. Pinkie came home and instantly helped out the Cakes and their children. Applejack disappeared into the apple orchard. Rarity is still in Canterlot. Fluttershy is out of her cottage and doesn't think everypony is a buffalo, even though she still is scared of the idea and screams whenever somepony says buffalo. I'm just glad to be home, I've been really craving some cherry pie and I believe today is my cheat day.
Day #5
I got a letter from the nurse about Rainbow's health. The letter said that Rainbow had fallen into a coma, which is the worse thing for everypony. The nurse gave me her condolences and ended the letter with an 'I'm Sorry'. I can't remember the last time I cried so much. I wanted to bring her back, but medical magic is still a work in progress as it's newer than a lot of things. I've rearranged the entire library from A-Z to Z-A, it was harder without Spike's help but I managed. Applejack is still lost in the miles upon miles of her orchard. Pinkie is still trying to wrap her head around the fact that Rainbow probably won't wake up for a long time. Rarity is still in Canterlot, doing Celestia know's what. Fluttershy is staying by Rainbow's hospital bed, waiting for her to wake up.
Day #6
I got another letter from the hospital stating that Rainbow awoke from her coma, but went on a rampage and bit two hospital staff and Fluttershy. The hospital staff and Fluttershy are fine, just with stitches, but Rainbow jumped, and the letter nailed in the fact that she climbed out and flew away, but jumped like fell from the window. The went to look for her but couldn't find a trace of her ever being there except for hoofprints leading into town. All of my friends are lost doing their own thing. AJ in the orchard, Rarity still in Canterlot, Pinkie baking, Fluttershy staying home and letting her wound heal and watching over her animals, and Rainbow is doing something right now. I'm sitting in my lounge doing nothing except write in my diary. I'm so bored and there is nothing to do. I guess I'll read a dictionary again.
Day #7
Fluttershy and the hospital staff are now very sick, with what the hospital is saying is the same thing Rainbow had. Pinkie was going to come over but has to watch the shop for the Cakes while they're out of town getting ingredients for more pastries. I don't even know if AJ knows what's happened in the past few days. Rarity is apparently going to go visit her shop in Baltimare and San Franciscolt. I'm going to go try and find Rainbow tonight. I've was stopped by two colts that wanted to know why I lived in Ponyville and not in Canterlot or in my kingdom. I told them that I loved living close to my friends.
Day #8
What I saw last night will be etched into my brain forever. I was looking around for Rainbow Dash, when I came across an abandoned shed, I went over to see if I could see anything. I went inside and saw the same two colts from the day before laying on the ground, blood covering everything. They had their throats torn out and their ribcages ripped into. Their organs looked like somepony took a sledgehammer to a pumpkin. I threw up outside of the shed and walked away crying. Life so young had been taken by a mad pony. I'll go back tomorrow with a few towns ponies and get them buried and not sit and rot in an abandoned shed. I didn't find Rainbow last night, but I did find some hoofprints around the shed with the colts in it. I hope my friend didn't do this.
Day #9
I went back today just to make sure that I hadn't dreamed up the whole situation with the colts and when I got to the shed all I saw were walls that were stained red with blood. No dead bodies anywhere. I was so confused that I left the shed and came back to my castle. The only logical solution to this is that I completely made that entire thing up and there never was any colts. Fluttershy and the hospital staff are all trying to bite at the doctors and nurses in the hospital now. I don't know what has gotten into my friends but I hope it goes away soon.
Day #10
It was horrible. I awoke to the sounds of ponies screaming outside. I went out there and all I saw was fire. All the buildings around my castle were burning. I watched as ponies tackled each other to the ground and ripped at each other. I saw Fluttershy bent over a small brown colt and was biting away at his face. I was so struck by the chaos before me that I didn't hear Rainbow coming up behind me. She bit me on my flank and ripped a chunk of meat out of me. I kicked her hard out of shock and fear and limped my way back inside my castle. I barricaded the front door and hid in the throne room. I'm currently writing this and bandaging my flank. What happened overnight can only be described as apocalyptic.
I think I sick. I can't write well and my head keeps pounding. I feel as though I had an anvil dropped on my head. anvil is a funny word. my head is getting fuzzy now. i'm really hungry but everything I eat comes right bak up. fever gone, but itchy. i saw orange pony, she was saying mean words, so I killed her. itchy. tasty.
Twilight Sparkle was found locked in her castle's throne room by the Equestrian Military. She was walking back and forth, with one of her beloved friends sitting in a corner. Her face was beaten in and chunks of her body missing.
