Yeah, his brother invited him to come, and he was paying, but he wasn't sure if he was all that interested. He opened up his drawers and pulled clothes out to pack. He laid them on his bed and retrieved his suitcase from the closet. He began to load everything he needed and some things for entertainment. He looked around his room for his ticket until he found it sitting on the top of his dresser. He grabbed it and put it in his coat pocket. Before he left the house he set the alarm and locked all of the doors. He walked up to his car and began the long drive up to the airport. After a couple of hours, he finally arrived, parked and got out of his car. He admired the building as he walked inside, it was larger than he had anticipated, but he was hoping he wouldn't get lost. He walked through the building until he found the plane he needed. He walked up to the lady at the counter. "Do you know when the plane will be leaving?" He asked. She responded by nodding her head and saying, "Yeah, it leaves in about fifteen minutes, do you have a ticket?" He nodded in response and handed her the ticket. She took the ticket and told him to start heading to the plane. He walked for a while before finally stepping onto the plane and took a seat. He looked at my watched and noticed that he still had roughly eleven minutes left, so I pulled out a book and started to read. For what seemed like hours, the pilot finally spoke up and said that we were going to take off soon. After a couple of minutes, the plane took off and another couple of hours waited ahead of me. He pretty much read, and ate air plane food the whole flight. That was of course until he started to get motion sickness and put his book away so he could take a nap. Finally, the long flight was over and everyone was ready to get off the plane. He hurried out of the plane desperate to get out of there. Once out he began to look for his brother. After a couple of minutes, he noticed him and greeted him. "It's been such a long time." He said. "Too long." Replies his brother Travis. They give each other a hug and head outside. They hop in his brother's car and drive to the dock not too far away. They arrive and hop out of the car, and walk over to the dock. Aron hops in his brother's boat along with him. They start to head out to the island. They talk about things they have been finding over there. “I think there was some kind of ancient civilization over there.” Travis says. “However we’ve been having trouble getting news out so we needed your help, thanks again for coming.” Aron nods and they continue towards the island. Time passed and they finally arrived. Travis walked them over to the camp and introduced them to his crew. “This is George, Dawn and Kolton.” He says. “It’s not much, but it’s all we got so far.” Aron greets them and shakes their hands. He notices that the sun is going down and it’s getting kind of late. “Where do you guys sleep?” Asks Aron. “We have some tents but we also have some cabins if that is more comfortable. Aron nods and walks off to find a cabin. He walks into the cabin and puts unpacks his blankets from his bag. He pulls out his pillow and some other things such as his book and watch. He then sets them onto the dresser. Travis walks in. “Going to bed already?” He asks. “Yes.” Replies Aron. Travis nods and walks out. “See you in the morning.” He says. Aron changes into his pajamas, brushes his teeth and climbs up onto his bed. He lies there and reads for a little while before he falls asleep. Normally his dreams aren't like this, this one was strange. All he could see was swirls of various colors and strange voices. He tried to make out what the voices were saying, but they were incomprehensible. He tried to shake the colors out of his head or think of something else, but it all ended in failure. He tried to wake himself up, with still no success.  His dream was like this the whole time he was asleep and he despised every minute of it. Eventually he woke up. "What kind of dream was that?" He thought to himself. "Nothing like that has happened before. The only idea he came up with is that he was to stressed out from the long day yesterday. He laid in his bed for a while before he decided it would be best to get up. He hopped out of bed and looked for a bathroom. He found a small one on the right and took a shower. He walked out and changed into some clean clothes. He put on his jacket and walked outside. It was obvious no one else was up yet, so he decided to make breakfast, he began to cook some pancakes over a small fire until he had roughly 16 pancakes. He pulled out some toppings and set everything on a table. "Hope they like pancakes." He said to himself quietly. He walked to each tent and cabin and invited each one to breakfast. They eagerly joined him and ate, Aron ate in silence for most of the time. Until he finally spoke up. "I had a strange dream last night, I think it's from too much stress or something." Travis looked up. "Well, that's sure to change." He says laughing. "You'll never get enough fun when you're with us." The whole group began laughing. Aron could already assume that him and his crew were pretty close. Finally when everyone finished the pancakes, they walked out and began to search for more artifacts. Travis began assigning each of them jobs, and eventually he came to Aron. "If you want Aron, you can investigate that area over there." He said pointing off to a distance. "There is some strange stuff over there." He says. "I'm sure you'll like them." They headed off to the area over there and eventually Aron noticed some small village. "We uncovered this thing a couple months ago." He says. "Feel free to look around." Aron walks off and investigates all of the buildings. He looks inside each one and all around them. That is until he notices something sparkling on the ground. He digs around and finds a strange blue crystal. "What is this supposed to be?" To be continued...
