When Worlds Collide

The next couple of hours have been nothing but pure agony for Flare and Frost. They had to wait forever for the girls to try on new cloths and shoes at every single damn cloths store at the mall. The worst part however, is that they had to carry all the bags that the girls bought. Finally, after what seemed like days for Flare and Frost, they all finally sat together at a table at the food court.  However something was wrong with Frost, he was laying his forehead on the table and making a frustrated groan.

" What's wrong with Frost, he's not sick is he", Twilight asked.

" No, he's just dying of boredom", Flare said in the same frustrated tone.

" Flare please, fry my brains and end my suffering", Frost pleaded.

" Only if you stab me in the face with one of your ice shards", Flare said.

" Deal", Frost said

" Oh come on, that's being a little over dramatic don't you think? You two got to train all morning, why can't you just let us have some fun", Twilight asked.

" You girls weren't forced to watch us train", Flare said.

" Yeah, I don't know why you girls couldn't go shopping by yourselves, and let us continue training", Frost asked.

" Because darling, with all the stuff we've been buying, we needed some strong and devilishly handsome boys to carry them for us. Us delicate girls couldn't possibly carry all that by ourselves". Rarity said, followed by her batting her eyes at Flare and Frost. Frost immediately

changed his attitude, for frustrated to entranced.

" Well if it's that important to you girls, I would be happy to-", Frost said before being shaken violently by Flare.

" FROST, DON'T FALL UNDER HER SPELL, YOU'RE STRONGER THAN THAT", Flare yelled. Frost then got out whatever mind control he was in. The girls started laughing.

" Oh come on Flare, what's wrong with a little persuasion", Rarity asked.

" Frost and I are warriors of Equestria. We will fight till our last breath to protect the land we love. In order to do so, we need to be resistant to any form of attack. That includes persuasion attacks, even if it's from a pretty girl", Flare said. There was a moment of silence before Rarity gave a smirk.

" Oh, so you think I'm pretty huh", Rarity asked followed by more batting of the eyes.

" Dammit, me and my big mouth ", Flare thought. It was at that moment when the food came, which Flare willingly chowed down in seconds. A few minutes later, Flare and Frost were talking about training with the girls eagerly listening.

" You're certainly improving Frost, but there's something off with your Elemental form", Flare said.

" Off", Frost asked in a concerned voice.

" When we fought The Professor, when I asked for you, Rocky, and Jolt to enter into your true elemental forms, you guys didn't take time to establish this new found power. In other words, it was incomplete.", Flare said.

" Incomplete", Frost asked.

" Take me for example. When I was fighting Ozore, I took all the negative emotions that I was feeling, and I released it until I was in a clear state of mind. That was how I achieved the full power of my true form. I think that's what you need to do", Flare said. Frost nodded in agreement. Just then, Flare heard a voice behind him.

" Twilight, what the heck are you doing", said a male voice. When Flare turned around, he saw a boy around his age, he had tan skin like him, blue hair, a black leather jacket, and a white shirt underneath with a blue shield logo.

" Flash", Twilight said.

" Twilight, what are you doing with that freak", Flash said, gesturing towards Flare. Flare and Frost both got up to confront Flash.

" This freak is her friend", Flare said. Flash started laughing.

" Friend? Why would a girl like her want to be friends with filth like you", Flash said. Twilight soon got up as well.

" Flash, what's your problem", Twilight asked.

" My problem is you hanging around him.  This piece of trash doesn't deserve to be around you", Flash said. At that moment, Flare punched Flash in the face, knocking him out. This sudden act made all the girls gasp.

" What a punk. Come on Frost, let's head back", Flare said. Flare was already heading out, with Frost behind him.

" Flare wait. Could one of you help Flash", Twilight said. Twilight immediately ran to catch up to Flare.

" I'm going with Twilight girls. They need an explanation", Sunset said. The others nodded  and tended to Flash. And with that, Sunset ran to catch up with Flare as well.
