Though Nightmare Moon was not around for long, the planning of her coup went back for decades. Experiments with dark magic, creation of infernal life, mutation and perversion of nature, she'd done it all. All of her experiments had long since been disposed of, some even with help from the former Nightmare herself.

All except one. One she created so close to her capture and banishment that it was forgotten in the maddening isolation of her thousand year imprisonment. But it did not forget, and now, awakened by an unwitting victim, it seeks to complete it's mission, and destroy Celestia's rule.
