Chapter 1: A Normal Day for Miles
The sun pierces through your room window as you hear a knock at your room door. You push the covers aside and jump off the bed with an audible thud. As a pony you were as small as a colt. You walk over to the door and unlock it as a filly was standing at the door with a plate of eggs and hay. You were used to the ponies diet and...Although you missed the taste of sizzling bacon, Hay was just as good. You walk out of the room as you close the door behind you. The filly gave you the plate which you happily took. The filly was your good friend...Dinky Doo, She had found you when you first came to equestria three years ago. You can still remember most of the details. Dinky always seemed to show sings that she liked you but when you bring it up, She always seems to push it to the side. You trot down the small hallway with your friend as you and her enter the kitchen where Dinky's mom Ditzy Doo or Derpy as the town's folk call her...was sitting at the table eating a plate of toast and apple slices. You pull a chair out and jump on it to sit on. Dinky sat in the chair next to you with Ditzy sitting on the opposite end of you. It wasn't until she greeted you were you snapped out of your thinking.
"So Miles...What do you have planned today?" Ditzy asked as you give her a smile and a response.
"Me and Dinky were going to look around Ponyville with Snips and Snails." You respond with a nod from your friend. Dinky eat her breakfast as fast as you did. She grabbed both of your plates and you got out of your seat. Dinky and you shared doing the dishes after dinner.
"Are you ready to go Miles?" Dinky asked with a warm smile plastered on to her face. You nod and give off a 'Ehein' to indicate that you were ready to go out. "Alrighty let's go then." the filly said while grabbing on to your right leg and pulled you with her out the door.
[At Sugar Cube Corner]
You walk into the bakery with Dinky as you see the table where Snips and Snails sat. You tapped Dinky with a hoof and pointed to the other two colts that sat. She skipped to the table while you just walked. Snips looked at you and waved to which you waved back. Snails got out of his seat and sat next to Snips to make room for you and Dinky to sit. You let Dinky sit inside all the time...You couldn't lie she was a little cute. Dinky watched as you sat of the seat and listened as you started talking.
"How's the home been Snips?" You said as he smiled.
"Great Miles...Your tips were helpful." Snips explained as you held out a hoof to pound his. In which he gladly did.
"Ha...Good to know." You replied as Dinky tapped your shoulder. You looked at her and saw that she was holding something behind her with the left hoof.
"I have something for you." Dinky said as you tried to look behind her back but she ended up adjusting.
"What is it?" You asked with annoyance in your voice. Dinky pulled her hoof from behind her back and something bulky was in her hooves...She put it on the table and you recognized the object. It was your Camcorder.
"That's...That's my camcorder." You said shocked as you used your magic to grasp the camcorder. Your left hoof opened the screen part of the camera and watched as it turned on. Dinky was leaning on your shoulder with a smile on her face. "Thank you Dinky."
"I also saw what was in there and I wanted to say something else." She responded back to you as she sat back in her seat and looked away.
"What is that Dinky?" You asked as she turned her head to look at you...When you asked Dinky how old she was, She told you that she was 15 and you accidentally walked in on her business a couple times.
"Miles...For the three years you were here I saw many things from you that well." Dinky explained as her cheeks grew a light red hue. "When I found Miles the camcorder was lying next to your body and you were unconscious and well...I thought that you were cute."
You looked at her and she looked back. Dinky then looked at the camcorder and saw a video play. It was the video of you and the doctor.
[In the Video]
"Oh...Home Movies!...And it'll give us a chance to talk." The naked doctor said as You struggle to get out. "You know I'm a bit worried how much time you've been spending with Father Martin. I know...I hope you haven't been letting him confuse you with all his holier-than-thou bible thumping. Uhh...No offense to the man, But I sometimes worry he might just be a little bit... crazy." The doctor told you as he held a tool blade to your neck. He then removed the blade and put it back on the surgical table, You watch him again as he scans the table for another tool. "It's understandable, people get scared, they're as like to turn to God as anything else. God died with the gold standard. We're on to more concrete faiths now. You have to rob Paul to pay Peter, there is no other way. Murder in its simplest form, but what happens when all the money is gone. Well, money becomes a matter of faith. And that's what I'm here for. To make you believe." The doctor said again as you watch him go to a toilet and grab a pair of bone scissors. You started breathing heavily as he walked to you and gave your wrist. He opened the scissors and proceeded to cut your right index finger. You scream in pain as the scissors cut right through your finger but left a piece of your bone sticking out. "You're paying attention? Don't pass out on me, there's still a lot for you to absorb." He said for the third time as he slapped you and proceeded to your left hand. He grabbed it and started cutting off the ring finger of your left hand. You scream again and look away as he held both of you fingers in his right hand. You look at your hands to see a large amount of blood. "There. Better now, right? Do you understand what we achieved here? We made the consumer into the means of production. This thing is going to sell itself!" He said for the fourth time as he walked to the table and started pushing the cart out the door and he closed it. You look at your hands again and scream as you close then into a fist and struggled to get out of your restraint. When you got out you got to your feet and walked forwards stumbling on the sink. You throw up what you eat before the trip and grabbed the camcorder.
[After the Video]
"Oh my...Celestia" Snips said as other ponies had started watching the video. You look at Dinky and watch as she hugged you...The next video was about to play and it was bloodier then the last.
[Sub Basement]
You run up to a door and open it to only to be grabbed by the big psycho. He throws as he calls you "Little Pig, little pig. No more escape." the fat psycho said as a cloud surrounded him and threw him to the wall. You watched as the ghost kept throwing him to the walls and you turned on the night vision to see the ghost beat the man. It picked up the man and brought him with it through a air vent. You get off the floor.
[Skip to next part]
You run from the Walrider as you get to the machine and press the hand scanner. You look at the ball with man in it as it turned blood red. You get thrown against the ball as you turn around to see the Walrider. It throws you to a wall in the large room...you fall to the ground breathing in pain as you look at the camera and hold on to it. The Walrider throws again to the ball and you groan as it drags you across the floor and holds you up in the air. It tries to rip your in half as it starts getting sucked into your body. You scream as he gets sucked into your body. When it was finished you fall onto the floor in front of your camcorder and lay there as you breath in and out to regain your stamina. You roll over and get on your hands and knees. You grab you camcorder and regain your posture.
[After the Video]
You look down at the floor as the next clip played.
[The Last Video]
You walk down a hallway and fall to your hands and knees...The camcorder fell as you picked it back up and got to your feet again. You walk forward and fall to the ground with the camcorder pointing right at you. You get back up and as you were about to open the door. A group of murkoff operatives opened it and pointed their firearms at you. You take a step back in fear as the sound of a gunshot was heard...You step back in pain as the splatter of blood was seen on the floor. You look back at the group as the order to fire was heard...You watch as the flash and sound of gunfire was heard. You fall to the ground and close your eyes as the sound of the Walrider tearing the soldiers apart was heard.
[After the Last Video]
You look at Dinky as her mouth was wide open. She then closed her mouth as she looked at you. Snips and Snails still had their mouths wide open.
"Miles...Was that you?" Dinky said as you nodded as the filly's face showed disbelief. She hugged you tightly. "I had no idea you went through all that pain." She said while hugging you. You look at the other ponies and saw that they were looking at you and Dinky...They all went 'Aw!' as you rustled the filly's hair.
"Alright, I guess i'm gonna head home...You coming Dinky?" You said as you got out of your seat and she jumped out of her seat then on to your back.
"Let's go!" She said as you carry her out of the bakery.
You walk on the dark streets of Ponyville as the lamps are what kept the streets lit. You held Dinky who was now starting to fall asleep on your back. You were strong and that was helpful around town. The filly was drooling on your back a little but you didn't mind it.
[At Dinky's home]
You open the door to your home as Dinky's mom Ditzy looked at you and Dinky. She looked pissed. You walk past her and to Dinky's room...Ditzy followed behind. You open Dinky's room door and walk in. She opened one eye slightly.
"Goodnight Miles" The filly unicorn said to you as you tucked her in. You walk out of the room with Ditzy as she looked at you angrily.
"Miles...I now your not my foul but I told you the day before to be home at a certain time." Ditzy said in a angry whisper. You walked into your room and turned on a candle. You grab a book off you desk and open it.
"I know Ditzy...I lost track of time when we all were talking." You say back as you covered yourself with your blanket. You see her face turn to a calmer one. She walks out of your room and closes the door. You read the book's 1st chapter. You get half way through it and then blackout.
