It Really is Quite Relaxing
It had been a relatively peaceful night for Princess Luna. Canterlot dreams were calm and peaceful, but everything changed when she changed her sights to Ponyville. Luna had an innate sense of when a dream was wrong, and it was burning. However, the victim of nightmares surprised her. It Was Princess Twilight Sparkle. Still wanting to repay the favor for helping Twilight deal with the Tantibus, she went inside Twilight’s dream.
But all Luna could see was a haze. After wandering about she saw Twilight sitting in fog motionless.
“Twilight Sparkle, what is the matter?”
Twilight didn’t respond. She just sat there motionless. Luna realized that this was no mere nightmare. Someone had attacked the princess with some sort of drug. It was the only time she couldn’t reach a person in the dream realm.
“WAKE UP!”
The fog loosened for a moment, and Luna took the chance to look through Twilight’s eyes.
In one blink, Luna saw a stallion through Twilight’s dream filled eyes.
Then the fog came back.
Screaming at Twilight wasn’t breaking the fog anymore. She proceeded to go straight up to her and ram Twilight.
The fog loosened again. Luna moved her essence to Twilight’s eyes again to catch a glimpse of reality in the dream. Luna saw the creep again. Realizing the evil that was being done to Twilight, Luna tried breaking out of the dream, but the drug was even trapping Luna now. Realizing that her only course of action was to try to wake Twilight, Luna continually prodded her all night until, she felt a magic force affecting Twilight. It was enough of an opening for Luna to escape.
Luna followed the source of the magic and made sure her dream essence followed that pony.
Meanwhile
A pony was sauntering through ponyville late at night. He he felt a chill as he saw a blue wind near him. Ignoring it, he chuckled quietly to himself. “Ahh Haycarte. I still don’t know why ponies haven’t tried transporting goods with his method. Either way, time to drop off the princess. Thanks for a good time Your Majesty.”
He snuck into Twilight’s castle and unceremoniously magicked Twilight out of the book and onto the floor. He poured a little bit of alcohol on her just to seal the illusion of a party gone wrong. He was surprised she had even blinked during his escapades. Most of the time, mares sleep through the whole thing. It had become an art form for him. He gets his kicks and gets out without ever being caught.
As he lay down to rest, he was reliving his luck and skill in his mind. Then he fell to the realm of dreams.
Finally
“I finally have you!”
“Who are you?”
“I’m your princess. Now walk with me.”
It wasn’t a request but a demand. The stallion found himself walking with the imposing princess of the moon. The scenery changed into a forest with a dirt path.
“So you think yourself so clever? Was Twilight your ultimate mark? Did you feel good overtaking a princess?”
The stallion just stared blankly. Realizing he had been caught he dropped himself on the dirt path begging. “Please don’t kill me. I’m sorry. I’ll never do it again.”
“Well you certainly won’t. Because I’m going to forget you.”
“Wait . . . that’s it. You’re going to forget me. That doesn’t sound terrible. Thank you for your mercy.”
He began sauntering away chuckling to himself thinking it was all over. He felt blue energy pulling at him and everything turned pitch black. Then all he could see were Luna’s eyes with a blinding white light.
“NOT YET! I’m not finished with you. You’ve been a busy stallion haven’t you? Attacking mares all over Equestria by slipping your poison in their drinks. Tell me, name one of them besides Twilight.”
“Um, you see, I can’t remember.”
“What is your name?”
“Why it is . . . I can’t remember.”
“Now you see what fate has befallen your dark soul. Your acts are so unspeakable that you shall no longer have a name. Any pony who has ever known you shall forget your very existence. I can’t take away what acts you have done, but they shall never be able to associate it with you. You will be as a wight. Your voice will be like a fly buzzing through the ears. When you touch another pony, they shall merely feel as if a gentle breeze is going past. For you, it will bring a most terrible pain. You shall live out the rest of your miserable days alone and forgotten.”
Now the stallion was hyperventilating. “It’s just a dream, it’s just a dream, it’s just a dream.”
“Isn’t that how it was supposed to be for your victims? Just a dream? You used poison so that others will forget your evil deeds. I am merely saving you time.”
He curled up into the fetal position while rocking himself back and forth in the darkness. The scene changed again to a river. He looked and saw Luna fishing.
“I’ll wait until this dream is done before I forget you, but I have found fishing to be so relaxing. Helps me get my mind off things.”
As he walked towards her, he felt a general achiness. It wasn’t strong, but it was there.
“Just sitting around waiting for the big one to bite. Oh got one on the line right now.”
Just then, the stallion started pulsating in pain.
“What have you done to me?”
“Not now, I’ve almost got it.”
It was like being kicked in the nuts over and over again. Then as Luna jerked the fishing rod up, the pain doubled. He saw the fish coming out of the water amidst his convulsions. Then the fish somehow opened its mouth wide and came off the line.
“Oh dear, I guess I’ll have to try again.”
Luna tossed the rod back in the river and the pain started all over again.
“You may look forward to this agony every night. Should you touch anypony else, your days will be as painful as your nights.”
The pain finally overwhelmed him and he awoke.
“Thank Celestia, it was all a dream.”
But then he looked down, and saw that he had become gelding. Then he screamed.

Still hoping to fix the original, but at least I think this may close at least one logic hole that was left open from Planned Ponyhood.
