"Mister president! I can assure you that something has occurred" Yelled a scientist to the leader of the proud country, the U.S.A
A secret service agent walked in front of the man. "You will leave this office, now"
"No, no I want to see what he has to say" The president announed, grabbed a cigarette and lit it. "Show us what you have to show"
The scientist walked next to the powerful man and took out a laptop he held in a briefcase. He opened a program and after a minute of waiting, the program loaded up. The scientist fixed his glasses and told him, "see this location, here?" He pointed to Mexican-American border to show strange lights. "The magnetic fields are strange, and that's not it." He then goes to another map, with different lights. "The animals have left this location.
The place the man pointed to was a 1-mile radius, right on the border with Mexico, in the desert. "Have you checked to make sure that some rowdy citizens are doing this?" the president questioned. "I want to make sure this doesn't have to be a grave issue."
"No, no it can't be. They would have to be affecting the magnetic field, and that's hard to do." The genius told. "This is something caused by something bigger, I suggest you build a fence there, to stop wanders from heading there, the radiation would kill them."
The president sighed. "I guess I will." He looks at the nearest SSA and speaks, "get the Mexican president on the phone, we need to talk"
The Meeting, The Pony side
Twilight was worried. There was a disruption in the magical barrier, near the Everfree forest. She had to let the princess know, although she was sure that Princess Celestia would know that already. She looked outside and saw the bright shining sun, the beautiful sky, and the glorious grass. She snapped her head back to the inside of her castle and yelled, "Spike! get over here there is something important that we have to do." She heard running behind her, it was good he was close, she did not want to look for him through [out this castle.
"Yes, Twilight?" Spike asked her.
"Write a letter to Princess Celestia, asking if she knows of the disturbance of the barrier"
Spike added something to a small piece of parchment and threw it into flames. "Done, anything else?"
"Yes, stay here this is important" she looked worriedly at him.
Spike also looked worried. "Whats wrong Twilight?"
"You see, there is a disruption in the MBOE, also known as the Magical Barrier Of Existence. This can cause continual tunnel quantum effects on the necromanal universal..." She looks at Spike to see him staring at her blankly.
"Equine, Twilight?"
"Sorry, it's basically..." She is interrupted by Spike's belch. "She responded quickly," She tells him and grabs the letter to read it. "She says that she does and it can't be good, it is what let to Sombra's rise." She looks very scared. "We need to go to Canterlot to get more information on it, cmon Spike.
Two months later, The White House
The same scientist who was at the white house a while ago barges into the president's office. The SSA try to stop him, only to get pushed out of the way. "Sir! Sir! Remember the time we talked two months ago about disruptions?" The man says to a very confused president. "Something appeared in it!"
The SSA try to pull away the scientist, but the president motions for it to stop, he was one of the leading geniuses with residence in the White House. "What do you mean that something has appeared in it?"
The scientist happily says, "a large gate, with live feed of the other side, this proves that portals are logical, I knew it"
"Calm down, tell me the exact details," The president tells him.
They go for a good part of an hour, looking at the footage from the scientist's laptop. They then see a purple horse look through the portal. "What is that!?" The president alarmingly asks. "I know not of any purple horses!" He goes up to a phone, while the scientist practically squeals in happiness. The president presses some dials and calls a governor and a general "This is urgent, send a battalion general, and governor, make this area level 5 clearence."

As the army and experts arrived on this location, a purple horse stepped through.
