Where the diamonds and the apples lie
Apple Jack had invited Rarity over to the small barn this evening, she anxiously waited for her to arrive. She was waiting all day for her, she wanted a to confess her feelings to Rarity and tell her what she really thinks about her. In the distance, Apple Jack could see Rarity gracefully walk toward the barn. Apple Jack straightened her hat and fixed up her mane.
"Hi Rarity I'm so glad you could could make it! There is something I really want to tell you!" Apple Jack said, waving at Rarity.
"Well then what are you waiting for! Let's get inside!" Rarity said happily.
As they entered the small barn, the smell of animals and hay made Rarity want to puke for the first few minutes. After Rarity got used to the smell, the two mares sat down on piles of hay.
"So what is it that you wanted to tell me darling?" Rarity asked, quite curiously.
"Oh um, I really don't know how to say this... it's really hard to admit." Apple Jack said scratching her head.
"Are you the one who broke my new tiara! I guess Sweetie Belle wasn't lying!" Rarity yelled, very shocked.
"No, I am not the one who did that. Spike is the one who broke your tiara." Apple Jack said sounding dead inside.
"Oh, sorry for assuming. Well now I know what to do in my spare time, KILL SPIKE! Anyways, what did you want to tell me? I promise not to judge." Rarity said, wanting to know what was going on in Apple Jack's mind.
"Um...... hey you know what! My hat needs some.... repair? Yeah, repair! Can you help me with that?" Apple Jack replied nervously.
"Don't you dare try to change the subject Apple Jack! TELL ME NOW!" Rarity said, trying to hold in her suspense.
"Okay okay, a couple months ago... when we were hanging out in Ponyville, I felt something I have not felt for a mare before.... love. Rarity, you make me want to kiss you, hug you, and snuggle you every time your near. Rarity, I love you." Apple Jack blurted out.
After saying all of that, Apple Jack closed her eyes, waiting for a response. She was scared Rarity would think she was weird for liking a mare, but to Apple Jack, liking mares wasn't weird, it was a choice, a choice she had made. After feeling all that stress, all that pain, and all that fear, Rarity gave Apple Jack a big hug. And to Apple Jack's huge surprise, Rarity told her something she thought she'd never hear.
"Apple Jack, I love you to." Rarity whispered into Apple Jack's ear, saying it with all the love in her heart.
Just as Rarity said those words, the girls heard a loud click. Apple Jack broke away from Rarity's hug and ran to the door, she shook the handle but it wouldn't budge, at this moment she knew..... they were locked in.
"Rarity, we have a problem...... we are locked in, and it will be a while before we can get back out." Apple jack said with sweat dripping down her face.
"I really don't see the problem with that, all we really need now is each other." Rarity said smirking.
After hearing those words, Apple Jack leaned in for a kiss, her lips made contact with Rarity's and they shared a romantic and beautiful kiss in the barn. Apple Jack loved Rarity's soft, smooth lips on hers, she could kiss her for hours. Rarity fell back, making Apple Jack go on top of her. Apple Jack pulled away from the kiss and sat down next to Rarity. It was silent for a couple of minutes until Rarity put her head on Apple Jack's lap which made them both blush. Apple Jack started brushing Rarity's mane with her hoof, as they talked about their new relationship.

It was becoming night as Princess Luna raised the moon, Apple Jack and Rarity had to wait for morning to come so Granny Smith could unlock the doors of the barn.
"So um, Rarity.... are we a thing now?" Apple Jack said curiously.
"Well, do you want us to be?" Rarity asked.
"Of course! I would love to!" Apple Jack replied with sparkles in her eyes.
"Okay then, Apple Jack, would you like to be my official girlfriend?" Rarity said, very jokingly.
"Yes, I would love to be your girlfriend Rarity." Apple Jack answered, playing along with the joke.
The two shared a laugh when Rarity realized something....
"Oh no! How are we going to tell the girls!? What are they going to think of us?" Rarity said in a very concerned tone.
"That's easy we don't, at least for now." Apple Jack replied without care.
"So your just going to ignore it! They are our friend after all!" Rarity yelled.
"We will tell them, don't worry. I also don't want fight, okay? We can figure it out later." Apple jack said trying to convince Rarity that there are more important things to think about.
30 minutes passed, and Rarity seemed quite upset. Apple Jack knew exactly what would make Rarity feel better..... compliments.
"Hey Rarity, wanna know who the prettiest mare in the world is? I know this for a fact!" Apple Jack said smirking.
"Who is the prettiest mare in all of Equestria?" Rarity said, sounding a bit annoyed.
"Not in all of Equestria, in all of the WORLD. The prettiest mare in the world, would definitely have to be the one and only Rarity, and trust me she isn't rare, she is the only one." Apple Jack said, winking at Rarity.
"Awww, Apple Jack your so sweet! I may win the award for prettiest mare, but I think you have to win the award for the best flank, if you know what a mean." Rarity said raising and lowering her eyebrows
"I knew that was just the thing to cheer you up! And you really think I have a nice flank?" Apple Jack asked.
"Who wouldn't? It's looks so soft and smooth, I just wanna squeeze it!" Rarity said in a hyper tone.
"Oh really? Your making me blush! That's to kind!" Apple Jack replied.
"What I say is only true, I really wish I could have your flank!" Rarity said with a bit of jealousy in her voice.
