Pinkamena is the story of an Equestrian Galileo. Pinkie Pie's hidden resourcefulness and technological prowess lead her to a discovery that cracks the fragile guise of magical friendship in Equestria, and sends the country spiraling into civil war.

While involving a war, however, the fanfic is centered around Pinkie Pie's own dilemma with the truth she had exposed and the consequences she must therefore face and the philosophical decisions she must make as the impromptu leader of the revolution.
