Red Alert repeat Red Alert subject P345TS has escaped repeat subject P345TS has escaped.

The guards ran into the armory and grabbed their weapons. A couple seconds later the Captain of the guard, Allen Wagner walked in." Alright people the target is not to be hurt in anyway. Make sure your rounds are tranquilizer darts and not bullets. If one of you shits hurt the subject I'll make sure to personally deal with you. Is that understood?"

"Sir yes sir" All the guards said while saluting.

"Good. Now lets MOVE OUT!"

The guards piled into the hallway and went to cover different directions. Some guards went to guard the exits. While some went to guard some different hallways. Then one group headed to the last known location of subject P345TS.

The guards stood in front of the door that lead into the area where subject P345TS was being held. The guards went to either side of the door,while the one closest to the knob looked at the Captain as he counted down as to when he should open the door. As the Captain's last finger fell the guard opened and all the guards walked through the door and rushed the nearest room they saw. They all called "CLEAR" as they checked each and every room.

The Captain and a couple of the squad checked the room the subject was held in. As they walked in they saw the huge massacre that had occurred. There was destroyed equipment. Blood splattered on almost every room and a huge body count. Some bodies were so badly damaged that their skeletal frame was seen. " Damn this room looks like Hell on Earth." One of the guard said scanning one of the deceased scientists.

"Sir we got a live one!" Yelled one of the guards.

Wagner went over and took a knee. On the floor layed a scientist that had suffered minor injuries. "Jack what the hell happened in here?"

" There was no stopping her." Said the young scientist that had blue eyes and brown hair with a light skin color. He was wearing medical scrubs and had a mask tied around his neck. "She was too powerful. She broke her restraints and started killing ever living soul in the room. In some ways that so horrific to even name. She killed everyone in her line of sight. From the doctors to the nurses that helped care for her wounds. She destroyed the monitors and whatever paperwork that had any information about her and how she works. Then she looked at me she ran over and stood on her hind legs and she pushed me back into this wall. She walked on her two hind legs as if she were human herself. She came over to me and thanked me for being the only one to treat her nice."

"You treated that beast nicely. Why would you do that?"

"Well it was the third day she was here. I was late in the evening and I heard her crying. So I walked into her cell to help comfort her."

"You showed sympathy for the beast? For A FUCKING ALIEN!?" Said one of the guards that recently arrived.

" Yes I did she was a normal living creature that had emotions." Jack said as he stood up slowly.

" Do you have any idea as to where she is now?" Asked Wagner.

" Afraid not. That event happened at least 40 minutes ago." Jack said with a shrug of his shoulders.

"Shit! We're wasting time here. Get him somewhere safe and then meet us by the armory. Got it!?" Wagner yelled as the guards saluted. They took Jack out of the room, while the few of the guards headed towards the armory.

At the Armory

The guards were firing at Twilight as she put her shield up. She laughed on the inside at how stupid the guards were acting. They clearly couldn't see that their efforts were futile. A guard was lifted in a magenta aura and then split in half. As the guards innards were spilling out on the floor both halves of the guards body were thrown at the remaining guards. Some were able to duck or doge the body, but some weren't that lucky. As the body went towards them Twilight had made dark crystals form on the edges of the body and when they hit one of the guards their head would go flying clean off of their shoulders.

The guards continued to shoot at the shield while Twilight kept walking still standing on her hind legs. She was starting to grow tired of the sound of the darts hitting her shield. So she decided that she had enough of watching them trying to tranquillize her and so we ended them all. As Twilight walked purple flames started erupting from her eyes. Then dark crystals erupted from the ground impaling every guard in the area. Some guards were able to dodge the crystals only to have their hearts crushed by the force of Twilight's magic. She walked over the bodies and headed towards the exits. She turned the corner and then another dart hit her shield.

The guards at the door were firing nonstop to try and break her shield. As hard as they tried it was a losing battle. The guards fell one by on from Twilight's magic. She chucked at their futile efforts. “Hahahaha no matter where you hide. No matter how fast you run. I'll always catch you. Then you die." Twilight continued to say these words repeatedly in a sing song voice as she mowed down the guards. The last guard put up a valiant effort but it was futile just like the rest. As she killed the last the guard more came around the corner.

"Stop right there!" Said Wagner, with his rifle aimed at Twilight. Twilight turned around to see the tall man standing in front of the group of guards that were with him.

"Ciao." was all Twilight said as her eyes once again erupted with purple smoke and she erected a wall of dark crystal between her and the guards. " See you never again you fuckers." Said Twilight as she left the building through the exit.

Twilght smelled the fresh outside air taking in a huge amount and then breathed out. She lifted her head to look up at the sun. It had been forever since she's been outside.The last time she had been outside was in Equestria. That memory was somthing she vaugely remembered. She barley even remembered her home world. The only thing she didn't forget about were her friends, the Princesses, and Spike. Along with her sister in law, her niece, her brother, and her parents. They are what made her so determined.

Twilight walked around the outside of the Outworld Organization. She was looking for a ship that she could use to get off this planet she had come to hate. A few minutes of searching later she found a ship docked on a landing pad. "Finally. I can leave this fucking planet." Twilight said. Then out of nowhere appeared soldiers all dressed in black. ‘Who the fuck are these guys?’ Twilight said mentally. "Hey excuse me but your blocking my way home. You wouldn't mind moving would you?" The soldiers readied their weapons and opened fire. Twilight still had her shield up and the darts broke against it." Huh, you guys know what? This shit is really getting on my nerves." Twilight said in a annoyed tone. Twilight used her magic to rip the ground from right under the soldiers clad in black. A few fell, while most of them recovered from the attack very quickly. " Seems these guys know what their doing. Finally a challenge to test my skill. This is going to be FUN!" Said Twilight with a wide sinister smile.

Twilight rushed to towards the soldiers with amazing speed. She so fast that none of the soldiers had no time to react. Twilight lit her horn and grabbed two of the soldiers guns and fired. The darts exited the gun and hit the soldiers in the chest. Of course them being tranq darts didn't do anything. Twilight then enchanted the darts and then BOOM! The soldiers body parts went flying all over the place. She laughed as one of the soldiers arms bounced of of her shield. Twilight then ran towards a group of soldiers behind some barrels that had a fire emblem on it. "I wonder what's inside?" Twilight said with another smile on her muzzle. She took a dart from the clip that was loaded in one of the guns and threw it over towards the barrels. There was a loud explosion and a soldier was flung away by the force of the building explosion. He landed on his back and skidded into a wall and his neck snapped. The next two soldiers came running towards her. Twilight jumped in the air and with a little assistance from her magic was able to float in the air. Twilight fired darts at the ground where the soldiers were standing and they blew up. One of the soldiers died while the other one lost one of his legs. He crawled over to the wall, but before he got there Twilight came down with enough speed to land on the soldiers head and kill him. The soldiers head was now chunks and and a bloody puddle."Six down twelve to go." The next four soldiers took defensive positions on the side of a bunker. Once one of the soldiers peeked around the corner Twilight threw a dart at the soldiers foot. It went through the the boot and into the skin tissue. The soldier grunted from the pain. The pain was short lived as the dart exploded killing the one soldier and the one behind him. The other two backed off in time only to run straight into a helicopter blade. Both the soldiers heads were sliced and thier carcasses fell to the ground. Two more soldiers fired at Twilight from behind some barrels. Instead of using the darts Twilight threw the blade lat the barrels.

The blade sliced through the barrels with ease. The same could be said for the humans behind the barrels. One of the soldiers crawled from behind the barrels with just his top half before he died face to the ground. The remaining six soldiers bombarded Twilight's shield. She had just about had enough of this shit! Her eyes emitted the purple smoke from her eyes that. The smoke looked like little tiny fires coming from her eyes.Twilight formed two dark crystal swords and dark crystal armor and took down her shield. Twilight took the newly formed sword in her newly formed armor's hands and gripped them with her fingers. The soldiers continued fighting after recovering from their bewilderment. The mare swung one of her swords towards on of the soldiers who didn't have time to react and was cut in half. Then fours. Then fives. Then sixes. Twilight turned her attention to a group of three soldiers. They were running towards a hanger. Twilight leaped into the air and landed on top of one of the soldiers. The impact was enough to kill him. Twilight then threw a sword towards the other two soldiers who were for some reason idiotically running right behind each other. The sword went through the first soldier and sent him flying into the other. " Looks like your the only two left." Twilight said in a calm voice. " I think I'm feeling a little bit generous now that I’ve had my fill of destroying you humans. I'll let you two leave. Now go before I change my mind." The soldiers shared a quick glance at each other. Believing they were far enough of her hearing range, they devised a quick plan.

"Here's what we do. We take her offer and then come back with reinforcements." The other soldier nodded his head and they left towards the building. Twilight broke her crystal armor to reveal herself wearing a black and gold armor. She levitated her swords over and broke the crystal. Underneath the crystal there was a shining blade that Twilight could clearly see her reflection. The hilt of the sword was black with blue and white strips around it. The stripes had no pattern that they were following. Twilight walked over to the black and green ship that had the Outworld Organization emblem on it.

She pushed the button on the bottom of the hatch and it opened. She walked into the cold ship. Inside the ship was dark and bland save for the couple of weapon racks and modules. Twilight walked through a door way that lead to the cockpit. She looked around the cockpit and looked for the button to close the hatch. She found it and then pushed it. She then looked around the controls and found the starting operations. She sat down in the chair and opened up the navigation controls. The controls came complete with GPS. Before Twilight had escaped she asked, well more beat the information out of one of the guards on how to set up the ship and which buttons to click also how to work the navigation systems GPS.

She made crystal fingers form on her hooves and used them to type in the name of her home planet. After she was finished the ships engine started powering up. A couple seconds later the ship started to lift off the ground. "Finally on my way home. I hope those fuckers like my surprise. I pretty sure they'll be blown away by it. Too bad I won't be here to hear their screams. I can't wait to get home to see my friends and Spike. It feels like an eternity sense i've saw them. I wonder how they've been. (A large explosion was heard from behind the ship.) Oh looks like they found it. Hope you made it out Jack. Good riddance Earth." Twilight then hit the hyper-drive button and she was then gone. Twilight got up from her seat and headed over to the sleeping quarters that had been set up for the travelers. She then hopped into a bed and stared at the ceiling. Man it felt so good to be in a bed again. " Guess I should get some (yawn) sleep." Twilight closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep.

Three hours later

A loud noise awoke Twilight from her sleep."What the fuck was that?" She got out the bed and headed out the door into the hallway. She ran down the hallway towards the cockpit. As she entered it she saw the control module had a red light flashing on it.

"Attention. Attention . Alarm triggered, located in storage area. Repeat alarm triggered in storage area. Situation must be handled." Said an automated voice from the module. Twilight saw a map pop up on the the module. There was a red dot that showed where the storage area was located.

"What the hell caused this?" Twilight said in an annoyed voice. Twilight made her way out of the cockpit into one of the hallways that led to the storage area. Inside the storage area there were crates, weapons racks, and a few other things one might find in a storage area. She looked around for the breach. She walked a couple inches forward and noticed a switch. She walked over to it and looked down to see broken glass." Why the hell is there broken glass in here? Wait this means that someone else is-" Twilight was interrupted by a sharp pain in her right rear leg."Ouch. The fuck was that?" Twilight turned around to see one of the soldiers dressed in black with a piece of glass in his hand."You SON Of A BITCH!!!" Twilight yelled as she leaped towards the soldier who dogged to the side and stabbed her in the leg again. Twilight turned around to charge the soldier again but he rolled out of the way. The soldier stood up and kicked Twilight in the face. Twilight stumbled back clutching her muzzle. "Bitch!" Twilight yelled. The soldier took a fighting stance while Twilight recovered from the kick to her muzzle. In Twilight's head she was thinking of a way she could take the soldier down. She looked around the room with her eyes and back at the soldier. The soldier stood waiting for Twilight to attack. He was thinking she was gonna charge him again. Much to his surprise the mare hadn't moved since she got up.

Twilight charged him once again. The soldier jumped to the side, but he wasn't expecting Twilight to buck him. The soldier went flying backwards into one of the crates. The soldier recovered from getting the air kicked out of him and looked down. He was sitting next to a gun. He knew his mission was to bring the subject back alive. But in his situation he'd rather kill it. He grabbed the gun and started firing. Twilight ducked behind some other crates. " What the hell happened to taking me back alive huh?" Twilight yelled. The soldier continued to fire not stopping for a moment. Once he was out of bullets Twilight hopped over the crates and bucked the soldier in his gut. He dropped the gun and Twilight caught it in her magic. She grabbed on of the mags from the crate and popped the old one out the gun and then put the new one in.Twilight walked over to the guard and put a hoof on his chest."Alright fucker time to die." Before Twilight got the chance to pull the trigger the soldier took out his knife and slashed Twilight's right eye. She stepped backwards and clutched her face. The soldier got up and came into a fighting stance once again.Twilight looked at the soldier with anger. Her right eye had a scar on it. While it didn't hit her actual eye it still caused damage to her face leaving a scar. Twilight lit her horn and wrapped her magic around the guard's throat. Twilight kept adding pressure to the soldier's throat and his vision was starting to blacken. He looked around for anything that would make the subject lose focus. In the end he decided to throw his knife towards the doors control panel. It hit the panel and the storage area's door opened up. The inside of the room was filled with intense wind only instead of blowing things away this one was pulling everything towards it. Twilight lost focus and dropped the soldier. Her and the soldier went flying towards the hangar door. Twilight tried using her wings to resist the pull but it proved to be inevitable. The soldier found a rail to hold on to. He held it with a tight grip. Twilight made her crystal fingers reappear and she dug them deep into the metal. The wind was still pulling her back. She looked over at the soldier and lit her horn. The rail the soldier was holding on to started to come apart. The soldier tried to grab the one next to it, but before he could the rail broke apart from the wall. The soldier went flying through the air straight towards the storage area's hanger door. There was no way for him to escape. He went flying out the door into space. Twilight was holding on for her life. She started climbing towards the exit. Halfway to the exit Twilight saw a lever on the wall. Twilight slowly but surely made her way over to it. She reached the lever and pulled it. The hangers door started to close.

"Gravity reestablished in storage area." Said the familier computerized voice. Twilight rolled onto her back.

"Holy shit that was hard." Twilight stood up and made her way back to the cockpit. Inside she looked around the controls to see if there were any other problems around the ship. There were no other dots on the map and everything seemed to be alright.

"Hello P345TS." Said a male voice behind her.

"Who the fuck are you!?" Twilight asked.

"The names Zander. It's nice to meet you 345."

"Oh i'm flattered." Twilight said in a sarcastic voice." What do you want?"

" I've been assigned to bring you back." Zander said looking her over.

"Uh...newsflash your entire organization went up in flames." Twilight said with a raised brow.

"Yes I know, but me and my associates can always rebuild." After Zander finished his sentence five more soldiers clad in black entered the cockpit. "Keep your weapons trained on her. If she moves tranq her."

"Well Shit!" Twilight said as she lit her horn. Her sword appeared next her and she charged the soldiers. None the soldiers had time to react as she charged. Twilight sliced two of the soldiers in half and then spun around and cut another one of the soldiers left leg off. Twilight took the soldier in her magic and threw him at another soldier and they both fell to the ground.Twilight then put her sword through both of their hearts.The last soldier started firing. Twilight put her shield up and his darts started bouncing off of it. Twilight put her sword between the soldiers eyes and pulled it upwards.The soldier's body fell to the ground.

"Alright now where's Zander?" She said scanning the room.

"Over here 345."Twilight turned around to see Zander in the cockpits entrance holding a small round object in his left hand. Zander threw it at Twilight.

"You do know that this shield protects me from any physical damage right."Twilight asked.

"Yes I know that. Does it do the same for disorientation?" Zander said as he diced around the corner.

"Wait what?" Twilight said as the concussion grenade went off. Twilight stumbled back while Zander ran up and punched her in the face. Twilight flew backwards into the control module. “Manual override activated.” said the computerized voice from the module.
"That can't be good." Twilight said.

"Wow you recovered faster than most people do from the effects." Said Zander.

"You can thank your friends from the labs for that." Twilight said with a little anger in her voice. Zander and Twilight stared each other down. Zander was the first to move. Twilight moved to intercept him. Zander threw a right hook. Twilight blocked it with a hoof. Zander then tried to sweep her leg. She jumped and delivered a quick kick that connected with Zander's head. Zander stumbled back and fell. Twilight then grabbed her sword and ran towards Zander. She lifted the sword and went to stab Zander in the heart. Zander dodged the attack and delivered a quick punch to Twilight's jaw. Twilight stumbled back but recovered quickly. Zander charged and Twilight did the same. Twilight stood on her hind legs during the charge. Her and Zander both threw punches at the same time. Zander blocked with his right and Twilight blocked with her left. Her and Zander were almost equals. Whenever Twilight threw a punch Zander blocked and whenever Zander threw a punch Twilight blocked. Twilight tried to kick Zander, but he grabbed her leg a threw her to the side. Twilight went flying. When she came near the wall she did a turn in the air and landed on the ground with her hooves. Zander was surprised to see what the subject could do. He thought to himself ‘Those scientists really did a fine job at turning her into what we wanted.’ His thinking was cut short when Twilight gave him an uppercut and the a kick to the gut. Zander smashed into the wall behind him. Zander looked up from the ground right into Twilight's eyes. Instead of their natural purple color her eyes were burning red. As she stood over Zander she used her magic to take out his sidearm. Twilight then pointed it at Zander's head.

"Any last words?" Twilight asked.

" You fight well." Zander said in admiration.

"Thanks." Is all Twilight said as the trigger was pulled in her magic. Zander's body fell to the ground. Twilight looked over the humans body. "You fought well yourself Zander. Thanks for the workout." Just then the ship rocked. Twilight looked over at the control module. In her own words she would say that it was "screwed". Twilight ran over and looked in the pilot seat. There was now a little steering device that she could use. Twilight sat down in the seat and formed her crystal fingers again. She grabbed the steering device and looked through the window. There she saw her home planet. " I made it. I actually made it. Oh I can't wait to see how everyone's been." She said. Twilight tried to use the steering device, but it didn't move. " Come move Celestia-dammit."

“Entering the atmosphere. Please slow down.”

The steering device still wouldn't move. "For fucks sakes move dammit!" She pulled hard but it was no use. The ship entered had entered the atmosphere and was hurling downward fast. The inside of the ship started heating up. Twilight started to sweat. She kept trying to pull the device and it still wasn't working. "Shit it's no use. Better prepare for impact." Twilight said. She got out the pilot's seat and headed to the storage area. Inside the storage area she stood in the middle of the room and made a crystal shield form around her.
Outside the ship was heading straight for Canterlot.

Inside Canterlot Castle

Luna was walking through the hallways of Canterlot Castle on her way to meet her sister. It has been her daily routine since Twilight disappeared. Her sister was so distraught. Luna could understand her sister's pain. She too missed the young alicorn. She entered her sisters room. It was a mess to say the least. Luna walked over to her sister's bed. "Tia, tis time to get up." Luna said in a soft voice. She lifted back the covers with her magic. Celestia wasn't there. "Where is she?" Luna walked over the the door that led to Celestia's balcony. She opened the door and walked out. "She's not here either." Luna looked over to Celestia's telescope and saw her sister. She walked back into Celestia's room and headed for the telescope.

Celestia looked over the town of Ponyville. Watching her little ponies working hard and have fun filled her with joy. She looked over at Sweet Apple Acres. Then over at Sugarcube Corner. She was sure she saw Pinkie bouncing up and down in the kitchen.
" Tia we did not expect you to be up this morning."Luna said as she walked onto the platform.

"I just wanted to see how my little ponies have been." Celestia said as she nuzzled her sister.

"Is there a reason that you are particularly looking towards Ponyville?" Luna asked as she returned the nuzzle.

"No. No reason at all." Celestia said melancholy.

"We are sorry sister we did not intend to diminish your mood."

"It's ok Luna."(A loud humming noise is heard from behind Celestia.)" What is that?" Celestia asked.

"Maybe it's some type of meteor." Luna said scanning the sky. The object flew over their heads. "Shall we go investigate sister?"

" Yes we should." Both Celestia and Luna opened their wings and took flight. They started following the flying object. The object landed just behind the castle in the maze. When Celestia and Luna got closer they saw that this was no meteor.

"Sister what is that?" Luna asked.

"I don't know Lulu. Be careful." Celesta replied. As the two sisters landed the door to the ship opened up. Out walked a injured pony.

"Shit that was painful." The pony said as she dropped to the ground unconscious.

"Is...is that Twilight?" Celestia asked.

"Sure looks like her." Said Luna. The two sisters walked over and looked at Twilight."Where did she get this armor and why was she in this thing?" Luna asked.

"I don't know Luna. I don't know.

Canterlot Hospital

Twilight sat up quickly with a gasp. " Ow my head." She said clutching her head. She noticed she could only see with one of her eyes. She lifted her hoof and put it on her right eye. She felt bandages. She lifted the covers and saw her right leg was also bandaged. Twilight got out the bed and saw her armor on the table next to her.

"Morning Princess Twilight." Said Doctor Hooves.

"Uh good morning Doctor Hooves. How did I get here?" Twilight asked confused.

"The Princesses brung you here. I'll contact them to tell them that you're awake." Dr. Hooves said as he turned to leave the room.

"Ok. But when you come back can I get something to eat?" Twilight asked.

"Sure thing your highness." Dr. Hooves said with a nod.

"Please just call me Twilight. I'm still not use to being addressed by my title." She said sheepishly.

"Ok then Twilight." Doctor Whooves said and then left the room. Twilight went over to the window and looked towards Ponyville.

"Ah it's so good to be home."

Author's Note

I have combined the first and second chapters after I read a comment from Lord Commander. Although it's not what he suggested I thought it was a good idea. The next chapter (which was originally chapter three) will talk a little about Twilight's unfortunate trip to Earth.
