Author's Note

Hey guys as you'll probably see I had made some minor changes as the name Kameron was a placeholder name for the ACTUAL character, she'll be important in chapter 7

Chapter 1

Before I moved out, my mom gave me a necklace with a baby blue gemstone in it. Ever since then I felt safer, protected, yet every time I got mad, or upset the wind picked up, or it starts to rain. Coincidence? Maybe...If if it's something I can control, I need to harness it. Maybe help people with it. I could change the world!

~Present Day~

"HOW?!" I yell as I bang my fists on the table. I live alone, in my grandparents old house. Before they died they gave it to me, in hopes that I could start a good life. It has a master bedroom and two guest bedrooms. It's grey with white stripes, brown roof. "Oh!" I say as I look outside to see a storm building up. "So that's how it works...off of certain emotions!" I realize as I concentrate every emotion I can muster and focus it towards a cup filled with water, it moved! "Holy sh-" I said as someone was knocking at the door, crying. I go over to the door, opening it. "Teresa?! What's the matter?" I said as she looks up at me.

"My parents kicked me out over something stupid I said!" She cried, eyes red from crying all the way here. "Oh my god, are you okay?" I ask, motioning my hand to invite her in. "Yeah, Thanks...I don't mean to be a bother." She said, sniffling.

"No, no you are welcome anytime, I'm just surprised you were kicked out! I know your parents can be hot heads but...wow..." I say going into the kitchen to get us a drink.

"Want something? I have wine, if you want it." I called to my best friend. She was looking out the window, spaced out...just looking. I went over and tapped her on the shoulder. "Hey, want some wine? I have chardonnay, or maybe some water?" I say with a soft smile.

"Huh?...Oh, no thanks, just water please. She said with an almost-smile. I just nodded and went back to the kitchen and got me some Jameson and her water.

As I walked back in the room she was still spaced out. "Hey, you okay? You keep spacing out." I said handing her the water. she just looks at me a single tear falls from her eye.

"It's Jason...he...he died in a car accident two days ago...I wanted to tell you but I had an argument with my parents, and they told me to get me shit packed up and leave...just because I told my mom that she needs to start doing something with herself instead of lazing around all day and sleeping from 9:00 PM to 1:00 PM" She started with a somber, low tone, ending in a tone of indifference. My heart skipped a beat, as I gasp...I look down breathing heavily." I should have been there, it's my fault...I knew his car had something wrong with it, we both did...I just didn't bother to fix it...it's all my fault..." I say lowly, all my emotions building up inside me.

"No! No, its not, Avery! Please he wouldn't want you to think that! Please! calm do--Oh my god!" she said as she saw a blue misty glow coming from my eyes. The storm out side picked up hard. the wind blowing hard and wild, thunder crashing loudly. But just then Teresa was going to say something until a bright flash filled the room, and all I hear is a scream and everything went black, silence filled the air.

After what feels like eternity, I start to hear wind rushing past me, but I can't open my eyes or move, I'm falling...I don't know where, but I'm falling...somewhere. Then with a hard thump I hit the ground. Groaning, I try to move and I can, but I feel...different, I open my eyes to see blue-silver colored hooves. "What the hell?" I say as I try to stand. Oof...

So apparently that's not gonna work...

So it's been like an hour and the sun's setting, still no luck...But just as I was about to give up I saw six different color blurs barreling towards me. I groaned as I pass out from exhaustion.

6 hours later

I wake up to find myself in a room, a white and gold room...with marble floors and some albino pink hue to it, as well as the walls and ceiling. Then a guardsman...guards...pony?... [Let's just go with that...] walked in and told me the princess was here to see me. 'Princess?! This can't be happening! I can't meet anyone like this! Especially not ROYALTY!' I thought, sweating my balls off. "Okay, let her in, i guess..." I say as I took a deep breath, and calmed myself.

As the door opened a dark blue unicorn with wings came into the room...and she was...hot? 'OH HELL NO! There is no way in hell that I'm going to fall in love with a horse, for all things! Especially one that is a fucking PRINCESS!!!!' I groan as she comes closer to me, my head feeling like it's about to blow up at any second.

'Man, I could use some alcohol, namely Jameson!' I thought before my head nearly exploded into itty bitty bits of brain everywhere. Note to self, whenever your head is mere seconds from blowing up from pain...DON'T! FUCKIN'! THINK!!!! I look at her and smile. "Hello, Princess my name is Avery, it's a pleasure to meet you." I say as I give a little bow with my head.

She giggled and looked at me. "No need for formalities, young Avery...Luna is fine, please." She said with a happy smile. "Are you feeling okay?" She asks as her smile goes to a curious look, head tilted. I just look a her, smiling and nodding. This is going to be hard to get used to, also do I have wings...AND a horn?

...Shit....this is going to suck! Maybe she won't notice...not very likely...damn
