While her daughter is off at school, Dizzy Twister accidentally uncovers a private diary Scootaloo has been keeping, and decides her daughter needs a little bit of pampering to help her unwind. Though Scootaloo is surprised and confused by this, she reluctantly decides to try it for a couple of days.

Unfortunately for Scootaloo, she ends up caught in the midst of foaling out by none other than Sweetie Belle. But it seems Sweetie will need a little motivation to keep quiet about her discovery. In fact, she thinks it might be nice to be Scootaloo's playmate. But will this help Scootaloo sort out her conflicting feelings, or just leave her even more confused and unsure?
