//-------------------------------------------------------// Legend of Everfree: My Version -by RedPegasus- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue The emotion is felt, the good mood is almost tangible, the warm rays of sun, the soft and warm breeze blowing, the world seems to shine with a light without equal, and within each young person, feels something, a tickling sensation in everything the body. All that, can only mean one thing. Summer had arrived! Yes, summer, magic word, wonderful, full of so much meaning. A name attached to a period of time when the planet undergoes a radical change in its day to day. Climate, schedules, customs, everything changes when the calendar magically passes 2 along with a 0, changing the latter by a "1". Perhaps the most affected by this are the young people and students. Summer is more than a season, it's a time everyone is looking forward to all year long. A period of time where they are free of obligations and responsibilities. No school, teachers, assignments, projects. Summers means 24 hours of fun, laughing, being able to get what you want and having a great time with friends, family, pets, and loved ones. This is more special for a private school. A bus is seen crossing a road to the outskirts of the city. Inside there are dozens of smiling young people, their enthusiastic faces make clear that this is a trip purely and exclusively for the pleasure and personal enjoyment of each one. "Uh already arrived ?! When will we get?! A lot is missing?! I already want to arrive!" Express with increasing enthusiasm the cheerful pink hair. "Pinkie shhh" spends her equestrian friend "a little slower, Twilight is asleep." The former equine and her friends see the newest member in their group. Twilight Sparkle, lies in her seat, her faithful Spike puppy lying next to her. The athlete in the group gives a snort. "Puff, this girl, falling asleep in the middle of a trip." "Well it's better that you sleep now and not when we're at the camp." The farmer comments. "Knowing her will have stayed up late verifying that she had everything for the camp, three times heh." The ex-equine says and jokes. Sunset sits back in her seat and allows her body to relax. Summer camp, the school had organized the traditional trip to Everfree camp. And even though the name gave Sunset a slight chill, she could not deny she was excited, it would be the first time she did something like that. Looking at their peers, everyone is as much or more excited than she is. A sound takes her out of her thoughts, murmurs that come from the front seat, she approaches and sees her pelivioleta friend move in her dreams. Soon she begins to hear her moans, as if something hurts her. "no... no, no…!" "Twilight? Twilight." The violet-haired girl does not respond, her moans slowly turn into screams. "No! Stop...! STOOOOOOP! "TWILIGHT!" She screams loudly and shakes her awake from her sleep. "wha... what…?" "We cann't stop now you silly, the camp does not even begin." It is clear that the mood of Pinkie does not let the situation understand, but Sunset already accustomed to ignore. "calm down Twi, it was a nightmare." "A ... ... yes ... of course ... I ... I'm sorry ..." "You don't have to apologize, are you okay?" "Yes ... I'm fine, calm down." The puppy jumps into the lap of his owner and gives her a lick, that makes her laugh, Sunset sees her a moment before she calms down and returns to her seat. Look out the window, the beautiful countryside and forest around, so peaceful. The trip continues, with the destination being close the director stands up and congratulates everyone present for making the camp possible. Sunset wondered if the little speech had been prepared. "Now, who's ready for Everfree camp ?!" The answer is immediate, expressed in shouts of joy and laughter. Sunset just smiles at such a cheerful atmosphere. Was it summer? The contagious joy of all? The thrill of a new experience? Whatever it was, something tickled deep in her body. This would be a summer she was would never forget, she was sure of that.
