Months after the events of Fallout: Equestria, an anonymous earth pony stallion is hired to provide medical help to a mysterious employer in a remote location. This simple task turns into an adventure - of more than one kind.

This started out as a pseudo-greentext on /mlp/ that I knocked together as a writing exercise, but it grew on me until I decided to touch it up and make it into a 'proper' story, and the favorable response there convinced me to finish it and post it here. It was originally written in 1-2k word chunks, but for ease of reading it's been recut into three chapters.

Content - Second person perspective, generic anon protagonist, pony on super mutant pony action, size difference, pregnancy fetish, belly worship and other lewdness, short adventure, wanton disregard for canon.
