This Story Is written In my free time (which I don´t have much since I am a trainee as an electrician) so the Updates will have a huge space between them.
Critism is welcome.
If you have any question just shoot away i try to answear it.
English is not my first language so please don´t look to exact on grammer when its unedited(searching one, of you are interested write me an PM or leave a message in the comments)
I am not writing straight after the canon story just what shoots to my head (and yes I am taking ideas for Chapters)
Prologue
Prologue
I sat there, staring into the night sky, lost in thoughts once again, only to be interrupted by my mum, who had sent me a message on WhatsApp. A reminder that I still had tasks left to do.
I got up from the patch of grass where I had spent the past hour of my afternoon, and got inside.
I did my tasks and got outside to retrieve to check if any letters came in late, I nearly missed it but there was indeed a letter or rather a scroll, I wonder who uses scrolls this day but who am I to judge.
I quickly rushed inside again to get in front of the oven to get warm again, and to not catch a cold. While I did this I looked for whom the letter actually is and I was rather surprised to joust see my name written on it in it in a fancy old style handwriting.
At first I didn't notice but after a second look I noticed my online nick ´Rainbow Scratch´ and not my real name (it was rather late for my defense). I first thought of a prank from one of my friends but I know for a fact that no one is able for such fancy writing.
While carefully breaking the wax seal I noticed a slight tickling sensation in my hands but didn't lost a second thought about it. I opened the letter completely while getting in front of my computer to read the letter:
Hello Rainbow Scratch,
I am writing you in a last effort to save my people from a mistake in which you could help preventing it. I know you may have a lot of questions but I can´t go into much details with this. If you refuse to help I could understand, but I promise that I don’t mean you any harm. Please understand that you carry a big power within you. If you take my request, pack everything you need and focus on the crystal which should be attached at the bottom of this writing. You will get everything following explained after that.

I just sat there and stared at the letter just completely stunned. When my brain could give error outputs it would give me: Error 404 brain not found at least this is how I felt right now.
After a good while of sitting at my computer desk, I just didn´t gave a fuck anymore and headed to bed to give me time to think. As usual I turned my phone on and searched for some music to sleep to, I ended up with PonyvilleFM with a drop zone session. I fell asleep rather quickly, not only because of the letter but because of lack of sleep from the previous nights too.
---------- Next Morning ----------
I woke up slept out and feeling good, which was quite odd because I never sleep really good. On the other hand I don't mind it much it is nice to be fully awake for a change.
After my normal 5 minutes in bed I got up to get ready for the day. After a light breakfast I read the letter again. And this time I noticed that I didn't opened it completely; I blame it to the lack of sleep yesterday to be honest.
After reading the letter for some time, again and again, looking for some hidden clues or anything like that. I turned my PC on to get a short break. I opened Youtube and quickly found the Dropzone part from PonyvilleFM from yesterday.
I rolled up the scroll just to be greeted by the most brain melting sights I have ever seen, a thumb big gem just somehow staying on the paper. I could turn the paper like I want it didn´t fall of, only as I was about to grab the gem the connection or whatever hold the gem on the paper disappeared and it fell right into my hand.
I stood there thinking if I should go for it or not.
After some thinking I decided to go for it and began to get my things together, my common sense joust cried no, but I was just way to curious to let this opportunity pass. I packed clothes, emergency food, a water filter, my medicine against ADD, my smartphone with headphones and stuff, and my computer packed in a little metal box (self-build for easy transportation) and managed to get my Xbox one in there too.
After packing other stuff (A knife for self-defense for example) I found my drive with some technical stuff on it, for example how solar panels and engines work as well as computer stuff and well basically everything I might need as a trainee to an electrician, to fix my computer itself, general weapon blueprints and way more technical and mechanical stuff. The last thing I did was writing a letter to my mum telling her that I will go see a friend and that she should not worry about me.
After I finished the letter I put the scroll in my backpack and get the gem from my table and sat down on the metal box with the technical stuff in it. How the hell should I “focus” on the gem, I guess staring at it isn´t meant since I have done that before I sighed frustrated and closed my right hand. I started thinking again what was meant with Focus on the gem, but I found it out in the same second as the last thing I notice is that the gem and with it my whole fist and arm began to vibrate and before I could react in any way I Blacked out completely…
---------- P.O.V. The Friend ----------
I had watched him for quite some time now, 5 years to be exact since his father died during an operation on the heart to get a bypass. He was 13 back then, now he is 18 and he matured really quickly.
Now he lies here, sleeping after he got knocked out by a magical blast. I have to admit I knew he had a strong magical power, but I never suspected that he would be this strong, and when my magical scans are right it´s only about half of his power .
After about half an hour he woke up, a bit panicked but otherwise he looked Ok. After his first small panic attack, he calmed himself down and stood up. He was about 1.70 Meter tall, slightly overweight, blonde – brown hair and grey eyes with a hint of blue.
---------- P.O.V. Rainbow Scratch ----------
I woke up, sore in my entire body. Whatever just happened, it felt like I was on fire.
After I opened my eyes, panic overtook me for a few seconds before I was able to control myself too look around me. The first thing I noticed was that everything was white no details just white everywhere.
I slowly turned around and looked at the strangest sight I have ever seen, An Anthropomorphic pony. After I was able to gather myself a second time I looked again and stared for like 2 seconds before I realized why I know her, she was the mother of Luna and Celestia and know under Bronies as Queen Galaxia. She is wearing a white dress and some jewelry. Her breasts were about double D or so, I am not experienced with such stuff. Her mane and tail colors were beginning with orange and ended in a dark purple, she also had wings and a horn. Her horn along with her wings getting orange to the tips.

Trying not to be rude I introduced myself under my real life name and under my online Nickname Rainbow Scratch, it was also the name which was written on the scroll.
She greeted me with a soft and calming voice, similar to the voice of Celestia:” Hello Rainbow Scratch, it is very good to see that you have decided to at least listen to what my problem is. My Name is Queen Galaxia, mother of two Childs Named Luna and Celestia. It is nice to meet you”
“I am honored to meet you Queen GalaxIa. Now one quick question, what is this place?” I noticed that she looked a little bit nervous.
“This place is known under my kind as the all-knowing library it may not fit perfectly but describes it well. And before you interrupt I would like to explain first. “She paused short and looked at me to look if I understand her, which I quickly confirmed with a Nod. “Alright where to begin…”
---------- Sometime later ----------
Galaxia:” Do you have another question or is everything clear?”
I just sat where I was and count together what the situation was at the moment. It looks like the world of my little Pony is, in fact, another planet in this universe. With a few different details of course. The place where I am at the moment is something like a second “floor” to the universe where all knowledge of every sapient creature goes. When I understand it right only magical creatures can sense it if they have the power for that. She also explained that in the void (that what I call it for now) the source of the magic of every magical creature is. In fact every living creature can gain magical powers, but for us (humans) it is very hard to access and use it because we don't have a natural focus point like ponies have. A good example of use of magic (even if it isn't really possible for humans to proof it) is the show my little Pony and Lauren Faust. She must have gained short access to the void while thinking for ideas and got some of the adventures of the main six.
The reason she chose me to help with her problem is that I have a strong magical potential which got unlocked to a certain level because I got teleported here. If she is right I developed the strong potential after the death of my father 5 years ago.
The problem her kind has right now is that they never were interested in technology because they have their magic. What she wants from me is, that she sends me back to the past (however she want to do that) and help her kind to stay in race with the other races in term of technology.
I asked one question which seems off to me:” why is it a problem that your kind don't have a high interest in technology?”
“Like I said there are other races which are on an even higher tech level than humans are now. And I know that they are planning a war against Equestria. We don't stand a chance against them.” she looked very concerned as she said that
“So you ask me to travel to an unknown society on an unknown planet and get them to like technology in like 70 - 80 years?” I wasn't entirely sure how i should archive that.
“Wait, Your kind only lives so short? I thought humans live as long as us which are about 500 years.” while she said that her nearly perfect mask dropped, to shows not only surprise but also a little bit of shock.
“No, we live round about 100 years.” I said while she put her unreadable pokerface back on.
“Well that’s an unforeseen problem...” She is just sitting there obviously thinking for a solid minute after she spoke again.
“Well I have a solution which would solve this problem but it would require a big price on your side.” her ears folded to her head
“What would that be?” Now I am really concerned.
“I could turn you into one of my kind and grant you a long live, but I am not sure what would be the result. I would guess a unicorn but with your power I am not sure…. it is also a spell which was never tried before so it could backfire REALLY bad.” She somehow managed to look even more concerned.
“What are the downsides to turn into a Pony?” I was still interested but now a little bit scared too.
“It can eventually hurt during the transformation. And in worst case you can turn into an Alicorn. It wouldn't be bad for helping us ponies but not everyone can stand being immortal. On the other hand, you can turn back into a human when you turn into a unicorn or an alicorn after some training. but you have to hide your mane because it will stay in the colours you get after the transformation” her eyes lit up in a spark of hope maybe because she hopes to get me on her side with the chance to turn back into a human.
Galaxia spoke to me once more “Before I forget, in order to bring the Everfree Forest to an normal the Demon known as the alpha of the Timberwolves has to be killed.” Okay now why does she gives me this information?! I will never understand women's /mares, whatever you prefer in this situation.
I was sitting there in front of an immortal being who claims to sleep but still talks to me like I met her on the street, I really don't want to request that, too much brainfuck for my taste.
I am not sure if I really want to do that I mean it does sounds nice but… I don't want to leave my family behind.
I finally asked some of the last questions, “If you send me to the past on your planet, how would I be able to go to the internet? I am sure it´s not possible to just send data over that distance, without it I am not really able to help you.”
“Leave that problem to me and your energy problem with your computer too.”
I hesitated, I was still not sure if this was right or wrong. “What time would you send me to? And what year would that be on earth?”
“Well I am not sending you back in time, to get to the details, that is not really possible, I would ´set´ Equis to the Moment where Luna got freed from the influence of Nightmare Night and your world would just go on as normal.”
“Well if I have my computer than I can Skype with my family it is more or less fine with me.”
“Then let’s not waste any time and start. I will put you to sleep to make it not as bad as it would be so don´t panic.”
I manage to mumble “ok” before I went to sleep again.
---------- P.O.V. Queen Galaxia ----------
He took it better than expected, I was almost certain that he would refuse after the age problem but he still wanted to do it.
I started the spell and just let it flow, my luck was that I don't have to use my own power so I don´t get magical exhausted. I was curious how this archived what it is for
since it is my first time with that spell.
After some time he slowly began to glow, I didn't notice it first but he grow brighter and brighter until I have to look away.
After about 10 minutes I was able to look again. Instead of the human there now lays a Unicorn. About 1,90m high, shows signs of a good build body, main color was a strong light blue which got dark blue to the hooves. As clothes he had a midnight blue shirt and short light blue pants. Beside him was a midnight blue Hoodie with a black vinyl with a rainbow flame ring around it on the back. It was his cutie mark, the hoodie has the typical enchantment for showing the mark of the owner.
I snapped out of my thoughts as he mumbled something.
---------- P.O.V. Rainbow ----------
I woke up again feeling like a piece of shit. Besides that I could tell that I was a good part bigger than before whatever Galaxia did to me. I mumbled something which I didn't understand myself because I was so quiet.
After some seconds I opened my eyes and slowly got back into my sitting position. It was kind of weird when you suddenly have hooves instead of feet, a tail, a horn, fur in general, a muzzle, wings.
I looked at myself closer. I am about 1.90m high, had a good build body, main fur color was a strong light blue which got dark blue to my hooves and hands, my primary feathers had the same color as my main fur, my secondary feathers were dark blue.
I extended my wings somehow and closed them again and I have to admit, it does feels weird to just be able to do that.
I noticed that Galaxia stared at me with a unreadable face, before my good judgement could jump in I just shot out a question:” How am I able to just use my wing just like that?”
“You may have gotten the knowledge from here, as well as some basic magic knowledge.”She said with a little grin.
I was about to ask why she think i can already do basic magic, I noticed that she looked behind me not at me. I turned around to see my stuff floating in an bluish aura which basically explained everything since Galaxias horn didn't glows.
I stopped myself for a second to gather myself, the fact that I have wings and a horn should have gotten to me earlier:” I am an Alicorn am I not?”
“Yes you are, but I have to admit you are quite big for our kind even for a male alicorn.” well that is one good thing at least it was quite nerve wracking to be too short for nearly every damn closet.
“Well I would like to talk more but I would like to get some sleep I feel like a piece of shit after the transformation.” I don't feel like a piece of shit but I was indeed tired.
“Well I can feel that we are running out of time so I´ll proceed to get you to your destination.” With that words she casted the spell to get me with my stuff to wherever she wanted me to appear.
