A great evil, a deadly parasite, has recently begun 'plaguing' the planets under Princess Celestia's rule.

In a twisted turn of events, the Mane Six must help quell this parasite, as well as those allegedly using its confusion to further their agendas, working directly under Celestia as a covert, special ops-like group.

However, as the operations continue, some of the Mane Six quickly discover that what they've learned, and their group's very existence, breathes life into several curious inconsistencies... The truth of their situation, and the fate of the Kingdom of Equestria, is a nauseating paradox far beyond the comprehension of our immature heroes...
