"Hello again everypony!" I said as my two victims shuffled nervously next to me.

"Are we really doing this?" Starlight Glimmer said as she stood to my left. She was wearing a black tank top, light blue short skirt top stopped at a inch below her crouch, purple leg warmers on her hind legs, and a green head band.

"Yes Starlight we are, and don't say I didn't warn you as I told what we're doing today" I informed the horned mare.

"I know you said you were going to give us wedgies, but can you be gentle please?" Asked the mare who was currently trying to hide behind her mane.

"You know you don't have to do this right Fluttershy?" I asked the shy mare.

"Oh yes I know but I'm fine with that as long as you are gentle" She replied. she was wearing a yellow sun dress with orange polka dots and a white belt at her wider than average waist, she also had yellow shoes on her hind hoofs, she also had a orange flower in her mane.

"Ok let's get started Fluttershy do you mind going first?" I asked her with a smile on my face.

"Oh ok where should I stand?"

"Well would you mind spreading out on your stomach?" I said as I positioned her on the floor in a perfect "X" as I lifted up the skirt I was surprised to see a shiny emerald green thong on the shy mare's flank. "Well would you look at that I didn't know you wore thongs Fluttershy" I said as I draped the skirt over head which I'm pretty she was grateful for that.

"Ok one more thing" I said as I lifted the dress to reveal her bra that matched her thong as well as put said dress in a position that trapped her to the point she wouldn't be able to get out by herself.

"Ok here we go, and don't worry Fluttershy I'll be gentle" I said as I slowly but surely lifted the thin material that was deceptively stretchy as I had lifted it off the ground about an foot before her butt started coming off the floor and when she did start to come off the she was MUCH! Lighter than I thought, heck I've lifted leaves heavier than she was. It took me a minute
but I got her underwear up to around my chest as I was taking my sweet time as to not hurt her before I stopped to admire her beauty. She was currently hanging from nothing but a thread that cut, she also had her flank resting against my stomach but at the time I could've cared less as she was breathing unusually heavy, her hind legs were twitching every so often and from what I could see of her (which was from the bottom of her shoulder blades down) she was sweating a lot.

"Are you ok Fluttershy?" I asked her worry evident in my voice.

"Oh I'm fine really, it's just I..." Her muffled reply was cut short as the next part was said too low for me to hear from my position.

"What was Fluttershy?" I asked again as I was still worried that I was hurting a friend.

"I said I liked to be..." She said the last part a little bit louder this time but still inaudible.

"What was that I couldn't hear you?" I said as I was slowly lowering the shy mare back to the ground. I could hear her take a deep breath before she screamed at what could be the top of her lungs which was still just above a whisper.

"I LIKED TO BE WEDGIED!!" She screamed as she launched her head back unaware that I was inches away from her head trying to hear what she said which caused our heads to collide with a surprising amount of force.

"Ow!" I yelped in surprise as I dropped her the rest of the way to the ground which was about 5 inches as I held my nose in more surprise at what she said more than pain at the collision while Fluttershy just laid probably in either pure embarrassment or regret as her thong laid limp at her mid back before she slowly started to sit up as her skirt fell just enough to let me and the camera Starlight was filming with to see her madly blushing face.

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said that I'll just go!" She quickly said as she tried to run away but fell on her back as she slipped on the stretched out thong and as she couldn't get back up as her own dress restrained. She tried to get back up but only managed to wiggle from side to side like a turtle stuck on it's back before I helped her back onto her hooves as well as pulled the dress completely off to reveal her half naked body to us.

She tried to cover herself but only managed to cover her chest as she looked away trying to hide her face as she lost all interest of running due to her naked self. I couldn't help myself and studied the beauty in front of me, she was half naked with one hoof covering her beautiful blushing face, fear clearly evident in her big lovely blue eyes as she looked at me waiting for my response, her other hoof covering her F (DDDD) sized breasts that were covered in the shiny emerald green fabric of her bra, her lean sexy hourglass figure, her long beauty and slightly sweaty pink mane lined her face in a way that said "beautiful", her delicate wings that were stretched in all their glory, her long beautiful and also slightly sweaty tail that swished from side to side, the green material of the thong that was buried deep within her plot and wedged just enough within her groin to reveal her moist lips, and her delicate frame that made her look perfect in my eyes.

"Um... Steel? You there?" I could hear Fluttershy ask. After what felt like forever but was actually 2 minutes of staring I just leapt forward surprising the mare in front me and embraced her as I kissed her passionately. I could feel Fluttershy as I kissed with all my heart.

If you're wondering what Fluttershy's shoes looked look at the ones she wore with her gala dress in "The Best Night Ever" except orange also didn't want this to long so it's going to be my first two parter and Fluttershy is gonna pop in more chapters than most other characters who would only be wedgied once or twice as she is going to be a main character of this story from now on.
