Author's Note
This is a short story. It is not written to be a masterpiece or even that good. This story was written to answer a reader of my first story who decided to link Pink Party Pony Pregnancy Procedure in the comments. It was such a depressing story that I found myself compelled to answer it. I have permission from the author, headless_rainbow, to write this pseudo-sequel as long as I link it. I was hoping to get this out on April 1, but I am a newer writer here and I forgot to fix the GDoc spacing, and I was relying too heavily on knowledge from the original story.
Games and Zombies Oh My
“Ohh Spike. That is the spot.”
“You like this Pinkie Pie?”
“Absoposolutely!”
Spike and Pinkie Pie had ended their game of Oubliettes and Ogres with this total makeout session. It was a complete romp. As she was becoming familiar with Spike, she thought of how much better claws are for sex than hooves. She had of course been enjoying the company of Big Macintosh just before the game, and she had had anal sex with Doctor Stable before that. Doctor Stable was always the best at giving her abortions when Pinkie had been sleeping around Ponyville too much. He made all her problems go away, and he didn't even risk making her pregnant again. Pinkie Pie found him to be very thoughtful.
Then Spike began, “Hey Pinkie, how many stallions have you been with?”
“Gosh Spike. I’ve lost track.”
“You ever thought of settling down? Just enjoying one stallion?”
“And stop being the village whore? Never!”
“Good. Because I can only do this with the village whore.”
“Ohh never stop!”
But all good things come to an end. Spike had unloaded into Pinkie. Then, Pinkie out of character went for a walk with Spike instead of going to the next thing with a penis. For once, she didn’t have the urge to bang the next stallion.
As they were walking through Ponyville, they happened to pass by the graveyard.
“Pinkie, do you believe in ghosts? Or Zombies? Or Zombie Ghosts?”
“No silly. I’ve never had that Pinkie Sense go off before.”
They continued walking through the graves. Spike began pressuring Pinkie to go again.
“Let’s just walk.” Replied Pinkie.
As they continued walking on the outskirts they happened to pass by the local trash heap. It had been added a few years after Twilight's castle sprouted out of the ground. Once the castle came, Ponyville had quickly grown from a small town to a small city. So many ponies meant the trash had to be stored somewhere. As they walked by, a grumbling Nurse Redheart was carrying a medical waste bag, and she unceremoniously threw it into the trash pile. She was grumbling to herself when she noticed Pinkie. Redheart glared at Pinkie trying to determine whether she would buck Pinkie or her own husband first for sleeping with that floozy. Pinkie just waved causing Nurse Redheart to sigh.
“What was that about Pinkie?”
“Oh, Nurse Redheart wants a foal, and I’ve just had one with her husband. She got to name him though, Prattle Tale.”
“Isn’t that a little weird being around the body?”
“Well it’s not like he wasn’t in me for 10 months.”
Out of curiosity, they stepped closer to the medical waste bag, and it opened right in front of them. Spike and Pinkie began to hear crying all around them. Looking up at the trash heaps, they saw mangled foals begin crawling out of various medical waste bags. Spike ran shouting, “ZOMBIES!”
Pinkie found herself unable to move. Then the bag Nurse Redheart had brought in began to open, and out popped Prattle Tale.
“Hello mom.”
Pinkie dumbfounded just stared.
“Did you have another fun day fulfilling your lustful desires. Well look at what those resulted in.”
All the other mangled foals and fetuses began crawlings towards Prattle Tale. Somehow, he was still able to talk coherently despite his crushed head.
“You know mom, you took the time to name us. Do you even remember the name of the one before me?”
“Uhhh.” Mumbled Pinkie.
“Trick question. You decided to self-abort that one for the experience. So there was no Nurse Redheart to name her.”
Pinkie Pie bowed her head in shame. All the rotting contents of her abortions were right out in front of her.
“Did you know it hurts? A lot. Being ripped apart. Even in Eden’s pastures many of us still have panic attacks.”
“What do you want me to do? Mistakes were made and I just wanted to keep you all from suffering with a whore for a mother.”
“Oh now we feel better.” Scoffed Prattle Tale. “Guys it’s okay. She just didn’t want us to have to suffer being her children. What a load of crap. You just wanted to sleep around, and we would have gotten in the way. Wasn’t Nurse Redheart looking to have a foal anyway?”
“But, you were mine.”
“We were not your playthings to throw away. We were not even given the dignity of a proper burial.”
Pinkie Pie began to try to hightail it out of there, but while she wasn’t looking she had become surrounded. Then they slowly walked up to her.
“Why? Why? Why?” They all chanted.
Pinkie Pie covered her head as they slowly crawled all over her burying her in their tiny masses.
Finally, Pinkie screamed, “I’m sorry!”
She was wailing and pleading for forgiveness, but they wouldn’t relent. She was the center of the fetus trash pile. With a last gasp of air. Pinkie wailed in terror.
Just then, she felt a hoof tapping her side. Pinkie Pie opened her eyes, and she breathed a sigh of relief. There she was in her bed. Her husband, Cheese Sandwich was snoring away. He had just gotten back from a solo trip in Manehattan planning a party. Even super duper party ponies needed to sleep sometimes. There her colt, Prattle Tale, was tapping at her side.
“Mommy. Did you have a bad dream too?”
“Yes Prattle Tale. Even mommies can have bad dreams sometimes.”
“You always say talking about it makes you feel better. What happened?”
Pinkie, not wanting to go too in depth for the sake of her youngest explained a kinder version.
“Well Prattle Tale, it was a world where I wasn’t with your father, and that made me so very sad. But worse still, you weren’t there.”
“Well you aren’t in every dream I have.”
“This was a little different. Let’s just say that there was no you for me to love in my dream, and the thought of losing her baby is terrifying to a mother.”
“So I had a dream that I was being chased by these giant carrot things. They were all poking at me and saying, ‘not fun being eaten is it.”
“Did you have too many sweets before bed Prattle Tale?”
“Maybe just a little.”
Pinkie Pie gave her youngest a little noogie, and then she hugged and kissed him.
“Mommy. Can we visit my oldest sister today? I haven’t seen her in a while.”
Pinkie Pie sighed, “Of course. I’m sure she’ll appreciate the company.”
Prattle Tale and Pinkie Pie trotted gingerly through Ponyville. They bought an ice cream on the way. Then they stopped in the graveyard. There was a small stone with the name Angel Wings.
“Hi big sis. So I’ve been struggling with spelling lately. Any tips? I just want you to know, that I really would have liked to get to know you, but I hope heaven is really nice.”
“Do you know why we named your sister Angel Wings?”
“Actually, I don’t.”
“Well, we wanted your eldest sister to take her little pegasus' wings and fly with the angels once we knew she was going to be born into heaven.”
It still haunted poor Pinkie to this day. Her first foal had been a miscarriage. She was so far along, and then everything just went so very wrong. Instead of planning of planning a party to introduce the foal to all her friends, she had to speak to Mr. Waddle. He was always so kind and delicate with funerals. It was amazing he was still working hard despite his creaky joints. She was still thankful to live in such a full house today. Cheese and Pinkie had a full house with seven foals. One of them was even a unicorn. The Cakes had retired and left Sugarcube Corner to Pinkie. The Cake Twins weren't interested. They had been working on their sibling magic act all around Equestria. A show from Trixie had inspired them. Pound Cake had a cutie mark of a barbell for his strong man routine while Pumpkin Cake had a rabbit coming out of her hat for her cutie mark.
Pinkie sighed. She truly enjoyed her life. She loved travelling with Cheese to plan parties all across Equestria. She loved going home to run the bakery. Her foals . . . well growing colts and mares had been a true blessing in her life. But that didn’t change the fact, that she never got to plan Angel Wing's first birthday party. She never got to take a cheesy photo of her as she left for her first day of school. She didn't even get to have the chance to cry when she left for flight camp in Cloudsdale. She never got to see her little Angel Wings alive, and Pinkie knew the world was now a little sadder for the loss of her daughter.
