Chapter one: Tangling with the Foal Beast (with foal lisp)
Bon Bon was sorting things on her bed, looking over such items as: a hiking bag, a small plastic bag with a sandwich, and insect repellent. Storing each item away, she looked around, before taking out a metal suitcase with a gold horseshoe on it, she gave it a longing gaze, “I have so many memories, the good, the bad. But life was so much more exciting back then.” She thought, as she closed her eyes and looked back at her case slowly rubbing the side of it as she said to herself, “Ready for one last run, huh?”
Bon Bon placed it into her bag, zipped it up, and strapped it on her back. She slowly opened the door and looked around to make sure nopony was there, she then shouted, “Lyra, you home!?” There was no answer as she sighed and thought. “I bet she’s out getting groceries. That gives me at least an hour to get into the Everfree Forest, find the foal beast, and get back before she knows I'm gone.” Bon Bon rushed down the stairs, before she suddenly heard, “Hey, Bon Bon!”
Bon Bon stopped and turned towards Lyra. She was staring at Bonbon with a smug grin. Bonbon gave a sheepish smile and asked, “Hey Lyra, I thought you were going out shopping?”
Lyra sighed as she looked at Bon Bon’s bag, “I did. But I got it done fast so we could have our lunch date. But I guess we have to put it off?”
Bon Bon looked down as she explained, “Look Lyra, I...I just want to follow up on Zecora’s tip on the Foal Beast, that’s all.”
Lyra blinked and asked, “The what?”
Bon Bon sighed as she explained, “Zecora saw something in the woods yesterday, a creature known as the Foal Beast. When I was back in the organization, we catalogued it, but we were not able capture it before the Bug Bear incident caused us to be shuttered.”
Lyra asked with a confused tone, “So can you explain what a Foal Beast is? I’ve never heard of it.”
Bon Bon continued, “It’s pretty much a giant bunny with horns that can breathe out a mist that turns ponies into foals. It's just like any creature really and it’s pretty harmless for the most par. But with it being so close to Ponyville, it’s best that it’s contained. If somepony important to life in Ponyville or Equestria is regressed, we could be in serious trouble. Luckily, Zecora was smart enough to stay clear of it. She might be the only one capable of creating something that could undo the effects of the mist.”
Lyra rolled her eyes as she asked, “So, is there a reason why you have to go after it on your own? Why don’t you tell Twilight and her friends? Heck, at least bring Fluttershy along. She’s an animal expert.”
But Bon Bon shook her head as she explained, “I know more about these creature than anypony here, even Fluttershy. Even if I tell Twilight or Fluttershy and explain what I know about it, they’re woefully unprepared fighting these creatures, and could get hurt or more likely be turned into foals. I have a special mask to prevent me from breathing in the mist and I only have one.”
Lyra just gave Bon Bon a glare and simply stated, “You just want to do this on your own huh? Is that really the price I have to pay for keeping your identity a secret?”
Bon Bon started to sweat as she whimpered, “What?! No…that’s not it!”
Lyra with an annoyed tone replied, “Look, I’ve noticed ever since the bug bear attack that you’ve been antsy and moody. So if you need to go stop some monster to blow off steam and relive those glory days, go on ahead. Hopefully I’ll have lunch made by the time you get back, but don’t expect me to heat it up for you if it gets cold.”
Bon Bon looked away with shame as she whispered, “Lyra, thanks.”
Lyra sighed and gave a sympathetic smile before she said to Bon Bon, “it’s no problem, just be careful out there, okay? I’d rather not have you back in diapers.”
Bon Bon rushed up to Lya and kissed her on the lips, the two holding the embrace for a bit. Bon Bon eventually broke it off and said, “I promise I’ll be back in two hours tops. It shouldn’t take long.” She then rushed out of the house with Lyra looking at her marefriend with a worried expression.
Bon Bon crept through the Everfree Forest, stalking some giant footprints. She smirked as she thought, “This is a lot easier then I expected it to be.” She came to a bush and hid in it, looking at a giant white rabbit with horns, eating some foliage. Bon Bon stared at it and looked around, seeing there was nopony else in sight, she dug into her bag and fished out a metal suitcase. She slipped a small gask mask over her mouth and took out a giant butterfly neck. She mumbled, “This is going to be too easy, nothing like what I used to tangle with.”
Bon Bon gave the rabbit a hard look, before retrieving her net. She then waited until she was sure it was too busy eating and whispered, “On the count of three,” She got into a crotch, “One, Two,” She glared at the rabbit. The rabbit was now swallowing her meal and continued to graze as Bon Bon whispered, “Three!” She rushed the rabbit and threw the net over it.
The foal beast seemed to be tangled up, but broke free! Bon Bon quickly pounced on it! The foal beast was now trying to throw the pony off, hopping around in a frantic manner, as Bon Bon held on for dear life as she thought. “Okay this is a lot harder then I thought it would be.” That was when she heard, “Don’t worry Bon Bon, I got it!”
She turned to see Lyra running at the foal beast as Bon Bon shouted, “Lyra, get out of here!”
But Lyra tried to distract the foal beast by shouting. “Hey Foal Beast, over here!” She began flailing her forehooves in the air. The foal beast turned and threw Bon Bon right into Lyra knocking them both onto the ground. Bon Bon was the first to get up and gasped, seeing the rabbit puffing up its cheeks and breath a purple mist! Bonbon looked at Lyra with a scared look she took ther mask off, placed it over Lyra’s mouth and shouted, “Hold your breath!” But soon she felt dazed and started to lose consciousness .She then collapsed and everything turned black.
Fluttershy was walking through the woods as she whispered, “Zecora said she saw a giant bunny over here. The poor thing must be scared and all alone,” She soon came upon a saddle bag filled with nets, and a strange metal briefcase on the ground. She gasped in shock and shouted quite angrily, “Somepony tired to capture it!”
She stormed down through the woods, following the path of other discarded objects such as a sandwich and a gas mask. She then came to a small clearing and to her surprise she saw two foals asleep on the ground. One was a light yellow coated earth pony with wisps of dark purple and pink for a mane, while the other was a sea green coated unicorn with wisps of light blue and a trail of white swirling around her head, not to mention a small tail trailing behind her rump. Fluttershy rubbed her eyes and blinked as she calmed down, “Alright there’s foals in the middle of the Everfree Forest. I hope their parents are nearby.” She then took a deep breath as she whispered, “Is anypony here?” There was no reply, so she looked around and whispered, “Ym there’s foals..here...all alone. Anypony here?”
Yet again there was no answer, Fluttershy looked around with fear and uncertainty. She then looked down at the foals whimpering and curling up together . Fluttershy smiled, picked them up, and placed them on her back. They both snuggled into her mane trying to get warm as she cooed, “Aww, don’t you worry you two, I’m sure your parents didn’t mean to leave you out here,” She then looked at the foals one last time and sighed, “You’re not wearing diapers either. Looks like i’m going to have to pick up some foal supplies.” She then looked around and wondered out loud, “I wonder where that giant bunny went and who was trying to capture it?” She then heard a whimper from the foals as she sighed, “Alright, first I’ll get these foals to safety, then find the bunny.” She then braced herself, spread her wings, jumped a few feet above the ground, and fluttered back to Ponyville.
Bon Bon woke to a startled bump from something rolling underneath her. She groaned as she stretched her tiny limbs and looked around to realize that whatever she was in, the thing was was moving, and she wasn’t walking. She couldn’t look up, so she looked down to see a pink foal blanket wrapped snuggly around her and she whispered, “Whas goin on?” She looked to the side and gasped at what she saw. She raised her hooves in front of her mouth but realised they were small and stubby. She lifted them up and looked at them with a sigh, “Wooks wike I got tuwned into a foaw. Hopefuwy Lwya is otay.”
Bon Bon then heard a yawn and turned to see a sea green coated unicorn foal right next to her, stretching her tiny limbs. She looked around with curiosity and asked, “Whas goin on, whewe awe we?”
Bon Bon grumbled, “We foaws Lwya, an we pwobabwy in a stwowa.”
Lyra gasped, she looked down to see the big white diaper around her rump and shouted, “We awe foaws!”
Bon Bon lifted her pink foal blanket and and groaned upon seeing the thick white diaper around her rump. Bon Bon turned to Lyra and exclaimed, “Yeah, we awe! I towd ya ta foaw beast tuwns ponies into foaws!”
Lyra turned with her forelegs crossed and babbled angrily at Bon Bon. “Why ya so angwy? I tink tis is coow!”
Bon Bon shouted back, “Coow?! Ya tink tis is coow?! We don even know if thewe’s a cuwe! We cowd be foaws foweva!”
Lyra crossed her forelegs and mumbled, “So much fow a tank you.”
Bon Bon shouted, “Tank ya?! Ya messed it aw up! I coudowa caught ta foaw beast, and instead we foaws!”
Lyra began to tear up and shouted, “I was jus twyin ta hewp, an besides ya fowgot aw about owa wunch date! And ya weft me ta go pway hewo!”
“Na uh! I was twyin to pwotect Ponyviwe!” Bon Bon said to Lyra.
Lyra babbled back, “Ten ya shoud of gotten Twiliy and hew fwiends! Bu no, ya wen off by yasewf!”
Bon Bon screamed, and soon the two were flailing their hooves at each other until they heard, “Hey, um...could you two stop fighting?” Fluttershy then came up to them, kissed the two on the forehead and tucked them underneath the blanket with a slight tenderness. They both just whimpered and curled up, clutching their sides of the blanket. She then heard their tummies rumble and she asked in a motherly tone, “You know what, I think you both are hungry huh,” She then popped two foal bottles full of milk into their mouths and whispered, “Now calm down you two, we’re almost at Sugarcube corner.” She then continued to push the stroller as Bon Bon and Lyra turned away from each other while suckling their bottles.
Bon Bon could only think, “Why couldn’t Lyra just wait until I finished capturing the stupid foal beast?”
Meanwhile, Lyra could only think. “Bon Bon should've gotten help from the elements, but no, she went off by herself. Now she blames me that we’re foals.”
Fluttershy just looked down and sighed as she whispered, “Well at least they calmed down.” She then heard a energetic voice shout, “Hey fluttershy!” Fluttershy turned to see Pinkie Pie bouncing down the road Fluttershy smiled as she thought, “Oh thank Celestia, Pinkie Pie knows everypony in Ponyville, she should knows who these foals belong to.”
Fluttershy smiled at her friend and looked down at the foals before she looked back up as she whispered, “Hey Pinkie, it’s great to see you.”
Pinkie Pie instantly bounced over to the foals and shouted, “Oh, wow! I didn't know you had foals!” She then started to make funny faces and coo at the foals, making them giggle. While a whole bunch of ponies looked over at the commotion, Fluttershy blushed and shrunk behind the stroller as she replied, “Um, Pinkie, they're not my foals...I found them in the Everfree Forest.”
“The Everfree Forest! What were you doing in the Everfree Forest?!” Pinkie asked.
Fluttershy looked down and whispered, “ I was just...um…”
Pinkie commented, “Oh, let me guess! Did one of your chickens fly away?”
Fluttershy blushed and shook her head. “No, I ...I was just trying too...too.”
Pinkie started guessing, “Hanging out with Zecora? Wrestling bears? Playing with timber wolves?!”
Fluttershy gulped and whispered, “What? No! I...I was looking for a giant bunny Zecora saw in the Everfree Forest.”
Pinkie gasped and asked, “Wow, a giant rabbit?! Didn't think those existed. Did you find it?”
Fluttershy shook her head and replied, “Sadly no, in fact while looking for the giant rabbit, I came across these poor foals. I was hoping you would know who these two foals belong to so we can get them home.”
Pinkie eyed the foals suspiciously and looked them up and down, then she suddenly exclaimed, “You know what, these two foals look like Bon Bon and Lyra!” The foals both nodded and began to babble happily.
Fluttershy came around, gave them both a long look as studied their mane and coat colors, and gasped! “You're right, they do look like Lyra and Bon Bon.”
Then the mares both heard a faint hissing sound, and both turned to Lyra and Bon Bon who were kicking about in their padding as the white was slowly turning yellow.
Fluttershy just gave a motherly smile, gave their diapers a gentle pat, and cooed, “Oh, looks like Lyra and Bon Bon wet their diapers.”
To the fillies surprise they both look down at their yellow stained diapers and blushed as they tried to put their hooves over their diapers to cover the yellow spots. Pinkie poked the padding and giggled as she suggested, “How about they come get a change at Sugarcube Corner?”
Fluttershy shook her head as she explained, “Oh no, that won’t be necessary, we’d better get going and find Twilight. She probably knows how to cure them.”
But Pinkie Pie pushed Fluttershy and her foals into sugarcube corner where Mrs.Cake turned and greeted them, “Hey Pinkie Pie, hello Fluttershy,” She then looked down at the foals as they threw the foal blanket over their faces. Mrs. Cake dawwed and asked, “Oh Fluttershy, who are these two?”
Fluttershy just started to whimper, “Um..th..thei..they;re….”
Pinkie shouted, “They’re her cousins! Fluttershy is taking care of her cousins for a few days.”
Mrs. Cake cooed, “Oh that's wonderful Fluttershy, what are their names?”
Pinkie shouted “The light green one is Sea Breeze and the yellow one is Sunny Spots! Fluttershy's aunt and uncle dropped them off while they’re on vacation.”
Mrs. Cake laughed, “Oh, such wonderful names for such adorable foals,” She then gave both of their padding a few pats making audible crinkling noises and chuckled as she commented, “Looks like these two can use a change.”
Fluttershy asked politely, “Yes Mrs. Cake, I was just about to change them. Uh, would it okay if I borrowed the Cake Twins changing table for a little bit?”
Mrs. Cake laughed, “Oh Fluttershy, don’t be so nervous. Go on ahead and take the two upstairs. I’m sure the twins won't mind sharing their changing table.”
Fluttershy smiled, “Thank you Mrs. Cake, I’ll be fast.” She then took the foals onto her back and slowly walked upstairs, with Pinkie Pie bouncing not far behind.
Bon Bon and Lyra were now on the Cake Twins’ changing table, groaning as Fluttershy was wiping them down as Bon Bon babbled, “Tanks awot Lywa, we can’t even use ta potty now.”
Lyra turned and babbled, “Maybe if ya got Twily and hew fwiends ta hewp ya, we wowdn’t be stuck in diapees!”
Bon Bon stuck her tongue out as Lyra tried to hit Bon Bon with a hoof. Meanwhile, Fluttershy was just getting out some new diapers, when she saw the two foals fighting and gave them a stern look before she scolded them, “Hey, what did I tell you two about fighting?” They both stopped and looked at Fluttershy with worried looks as they curled up and whimpered. Fluttershy softened up and watched as Pinkie Pie started to powder their rumps. Bon Bon and Lyra just pouted and looked down.
Pinkie rolled her eyes and just continued powdering their rumps until they were white as a cloud as she said. “These two are probably just embarrassed they wet their diapers in front of us.”
Fluttershy gave a light giggle at the remark, as she slowly finished making sure their new diapers were taped on correctly, gave each foal a small kiss, and cooed, “It’s okay you two, there’s nothing to be ashamed of. From what I've learned it's quite natural for foals to pee in their diapers.” But the foals still just gave pouts and turned away from Fluttershy, who just sighed as Pinkie thought for a second then exclaimed, “I know how to get them out of their moodiness! Let them go play with the Cake Twins for awhile.”
Fluttershy turned to Pinkie with a surprised expression as she asked, “Pinkie, that's nice and all...but...are you sure that's such a good idea?”
Pinkie happily replied, “Of course, I’m sure! The twins could always use some playmates. And while they play, I think we should get you some more foal supplies, just in case you run out.”
Fluttershy gave Pinkie a bright smile and said to her, “Okay Pinkie, they can play, just for a little bit though, don’t want them getting into any trouble while I’m gone,” She then set the foals in front of the Cake Twins who were busy building a castle made of blocks together. She said to Lyra and Bon Bon, “Now you two go play and behave yourselves.” She then gave each foal a kiss on the forehead, before going to Pinkie Pie who started packing a saddlebag full of foal stuff.
Lyra and Bon Bon were nervous as the two actual foals approached them. Pound Cake smiled at the two little fillies and babbled, “Hi, I Pownd Cake.”
“I Pumpkin Cake.” Pumpkin Cake chirped.
Lyra blushed and scrunched her diaper with her forehooves as she introduced herself, “I Lywa.”
Bon Bon sighed and mumbled, “And I Bon Bon.”
Pound Cake blinked as he asked, “Wait, I tink I saw ya two befowe as gwown ups. Why ya foaws now?”
Lyra replied and explained, “Yeah we wewe gwown ups, bu we got tuwned inta foaws by ta Foaw Beast.”
“Ta Foaw Beast?!” The Cake Twins asked in unison.
Pumpkin Cake then asked. “Was a Foaw Beast?”
Bon Bon raised her fore hooves as she then explained. “Wew, a foaw beast is a giant bunny tat tuwns ponies into foaws!”
The Cake twins laughed at this as Pound Cake replied. “Tat doesn’t sownd scawy.”
Pumpkin Cake giggled. “Yeah, tat jus sownds siwwy.”
Bon Bon sat back down on her diaper and mumbled. “Ta wew, tats how we gots tuwned in ta foaws.”
The foals then grew silent not knowing what else to say. Lyra said to them. ”Wew otay, now tat we foaws, I tink Bon Bon and I gots some qwestions.”
Pumpkin Cake asked with an increased curiosity, “Wike what?”
Bon Bon look down at her poofy diaper, gave it a few pokes, and babbled, “Wew I’d wike ta know is thewew any way fow us to get out of diapees?”
Both twins shook their heads as Pumpkin Cake replied, “Nope, not when ya as owd as us. I tink ya two betta keep ya diapees on, ow ya goin ta weave messies aw ova ta fwoow. The gwonups wun wike tat.”
Lyra groaned and asked, “Wha about food? Do we have to onwy eat foaw food and dwink fwom babas?”
Pound Cake nodded, “Yeah. Ya can eat gwown-up food if ya gots no teeth.”
Lyra and Bon Bon both put their hooves in their mouths and felt around, only to find that their teeth were gone! Bon Bon growled as she turned to Lyra. ”Oh tanks awot, Lywa! Now we gots ta eat yucky foaw food becawse of ya!”
Lyra shouted, ”Wew, ya bewong in those diapees! Ya was actin wike a foaw befowe ya went back into tem anyway!”
Bon Bon waddled off and grabbed a rubber chicken, as Lyra waddled away and grabbed a teddy bear. They both turned and stared at each other as Lyra shouted, “Tat’s it, Bon Bon, ya goin ta saw sowie, ow we not fwiends anymowe!”
“Na uh, ya goin ta hawe ta say sowie fiwst!” Bon Bon shouted back. They waddled at each other and threw their toys at each other. Bon Bon knocked the bear aside, and Lyra brushed the rubber chicken aside. They then tackled each other and began rolling around trying to get ontop of each other. Lyra jumped on top of Bon Bon and pushed her into the tower of foam blocks, knocking it over. Lyra got up and started to throw foam blocks at Bon Bon, but she waddled away dodging the projectiles, as she worked her way around Lyra. She waited until Lyra was looking around for her and when she had her padded rump turned. she tackled her and they both ended up laying with each other in the foam blocks.
Lyra gasped, “I can’t fight anymowe Bon Bon, I too tiwed.”
Bon Bon sighed, “Me too, a foaw body sucks.”
They both giggled as Lyra replied, “Wook I sowie Bon Bon fow fowin ya, otay”
Bon Bon turned and asked, “Bu why, Lywa? Why didn ya just stay at home?”
“Becawse I wove ya, Bon Bon,” Lyra answered. “I scawed ta ya was goin ta get huwt by ta Foaw Beast and ta ya needed hewp.”
Bonbon sighed and said to Lyra, “Tats why I was angwy at ya, I didn wan ya ta tuwn ta a foaw.”
Lyra turned her head, as she remembered Bon Bon putting the mask over her, trying to keep her from breathing the Foal Beast’s fumes. Lyra sighed and said to Bon Bon, “Awight, I showd of just twusted ya and weft ya awon, bu stiw ya shouwdn hawe gone awone.”
Bon Bon sighed and vowed, “Otay Lwya, I sowie fow goin off ta captua ta Foaw Beast awone. I pwomice I’ww get Twiliy and hew fiwends ta hewp fwom now on.”
Lyra was surprised, she got up and asked, “Ya pwomice?”
Bon Bon rolled over, waddled over to Lyra, and hugged her tight as she whispered. “I pwomice.”
They both looked up at Pound Cake who came over and asked, “Tats gweat ya two stopped fighin, bu can ya hewp webuwid owa castwe?” He then pointed to the pile of foam block as the foals giggled and Lyra babbled, “Of cowse Pown Cake, wew hewp buiwd ya castwe.” They then crawled off to join Pumpkin Cake, already in the process of restacking.
As the foals were busy building their castle of blocks, Pinkie Pie placed a saddlebag of foal supplies over Fluttershy’s back as she exclaimed, “That’s enough foal supplies to last you a week! Hope they’ll come in handy!”
Fluttershy wheezed as she struggled to stand up, “Thanks Pinkie, but I should get going,” She went upstairs to retrieve Lyra and Bon and dawwed at the adorable sight that greeted her. “Oh look, they’re building together with the twins.”
Pinkie chirped. “Yep looks like they’re way happier now.” Fluttershy bent down to the foals and cooed. “Time to say good bye you two,” Lyra and Bon Bon both waddled over to the Cake Twins and hugged them, and they waved a hoof good-bye as they were placed onto Fluttershy’s back. She whispered to them. “If we can't find a cure today, I'll try to see if you can play with the Cake Twins longer tomorrow, okay?”
The two foals nodded and babbled their approval.Pinkie nodded and exclaimed, “That would be a lot of fun if they’re still foals! I guess we should head over to Twilight’s to see if we can get them back to normal though.”
Fluttershy smiled and agreed, “Yes, that’s where we will go first. It’s imperative Lyra and Bon Bon get back to normal as soon as possible,” She and Pinkie Pie both went downstairs and tucked Lyra and Bonbon back into their stroller as Fluttershy whispered, “Thank you for all the help, Pinkie. I especially appreciate the foal supplies.”
“No problem, Fluttershy. Now how about we get these two out of diapers before they mess themselves?!” Pinkie joked and bounced off as Fluttershy gave a chuckle. She then kissed the foals on the forehead and gave their diapers a pat as she asked, “Now if you two need anything don’t be afraid to ask, okay?”The two fillies gave a nod. And as Fluttershy took the stroller and headed out the door, the two foals hugged each other close. Both scared of actually messing their diapers.

Luckily, Zecora was smart enough to stay clear of it. She might be the only one capable of creating something that could undo the effects of the mist.”
Lyra rolled her eyes as she asked, “So, is there a reason why you have to go after it on your own? Why don’t you tell Twilight and her friends? Heck, at least bring Fluttershy along. She’s an animal expert.”
But Bon Bon shook her head as she explained, “I know more about these creature than anypony here, even Fluttershy. Even if I tell Twilight or Fluttershy and explain what I know about it, they’re woefully unprepared fighting these creatures, and could get hurt or more likely be turned into foals. I have a special mask to prevent me from breathing in the mist and I only have one.”
Lyra just gave Bon Bon a glare and simply stated, “You just want to do this on your own huh? Is that really the price I have to pay for keeping your identity a secret?”
Bon Bon started to sweat as she whimpered, “What?! No…that’s not it!”
Lyra with an annoyed tone replied, “Look, I’ve noticed ever since the bug bear attack that you’ve been antsy and moody. So if you need to go stop some monster to blow off steam and relive those glory days, go on ahead. Hopefully I’ll have lunch made by the time you get back, but don’t expect me to heat it up for you if it gets cold.”
Bon Bon looked away with shame as she whispered, “Lyra, thanks.”
Lyra sighed and gave a sympathetic smile before she said to Bon Bon, “it’s no problem, just be careful out there, okay? I’d rather not have you back in diapers.”
Bon Bon rushed up to Lya and kissed her on the lips, the two holding the embrace for a bit. Bon Bon eventually broke it off and said, “I promise I’ll be back in two hours tops. It shouldn’t take long.” She then rushed out of the house with Lyra looking at her marefriend with a worried expression.
Bon Bon crept through the Everfree Forest, stalking some giant footprints. She smirked as she thought, “This is a lot easier then I expected it to be.” She came to a bush and hid in it, looking at a giant white rabbit with horns, eating some foliage. Bon Bon stared at it and looked around, seeing there was nopony else in sight, she dug into her bag and fished out a metal suitcase. She slipped a small gask mask over her mouth and took out a giant butterfly neck. She mumbled, “This is going to be too easy, nothing like what I used to tangle with.”
Bon Bon gave the rabbit a hard look, before retrieving her net. She then waited until she was sure it was too busy eating and whispered, “On the count of three,” She got into a crotch, “One, Two,” She glared at the rabbit. The rabbit was now swallowing her meal and continued to graze as Bon Bon whispered, “Three!” She rushed the rabbit and threw the net over it.
The foal beast seemed to be tangled up, but broke free! Bon Bon quickly pounced on it! The foal beast was now trying to throw the pony off, hopping around in a frantic manner, as Bon Bon held on for dear life as she thought. “Okay this is a lot harder then I thought it would be.” That was when she heard, “Don’t worry Bon Bon, I got it!”
She turned to see Lyra running at the foal beast as Bon Bon shouted, “Lyra, get out of here!”
But Lyra tried to distract the foal beast by shouting. “Hey Foal Beast, over here!” She began flailing her forehooves in the air. The foal beast turned and threw Bon Bon right into Lyra knocking them both onto the ground. Bon Bon was the first to get up and gasped, seeing the rabbit puffing up its cheeks and breath a purple mist! Bonbon looked at Lyra with a scared look she took ther mask off, placed it over Lyra’s mouth and shouted, “Hold your breath!” But soon she felt dazed and started to lose consciousness .She then collapsed and everything turned black.
Fluttershy was walking through the woods as she whispered, “Zecora said she saw a giant bunny over here. The poor thing must be scared and all alone,” She soon came upon a saddle bag filled with nets, and a strange metal briefcase on the ground. She gasped in shock and shouted quite angrily, “Somepony tired to capture it!”
She stormed down through the woods, following the path of other discarded objects such as a sandwich and a gas mask. She then came to a small clearing and to her surprise she saw two foals asleep on the ground. One was a light yellow coated earth pony with wisps of dark purple and pink for a mane, while the other was a sea green coated unicorn with wisps of light blue and a trail of white swirling around her head, not to mention a small tail trailing behind her rump. Fluttershy rubbed her eyes and blinked as she calmed down, “Alright there’s foals in the middle of the Everfree Forest. I hope their parents are nearby.” She then took a deep breath as she whispered, “Is anypony here?” There was no reply, so she looked around and whispered, “Ym there’s foals..here...all alone. Anypony here?”
Yet again there was no answer, Fluttershy looked around with fear and uncertainty. She then looked down at the foals whimpering and curling up together . Fluttershy smiled, picked them up, and placed them on her back. They both snuggled into her mane trying to get warm as she cooed, “Aww, don’t you worry you two, I’m sure your parents didn’t mean to leave you out here,” She then looked at the foals one last time and sighed, “You’re not wearing diapers either. Looks like i’m going to have to pick up some foal supplies.” She then looked around and wondered out loud, “I wonder where that giant bunny went and who was trying to capture it?” She then heard a whimper from the foals as she sighed, “Alright, first I’ll get these foals to safety, then find the bunny.” She then braced herself, spread her wings, jumped a few feet above the ground, and fluttered back to Ponyville.
Bon Bon woke to a startled bump from something rolling underneath her. She groaned as she stretched her tiny limbs and looked around to realize that whatever she was in, the thing was was moving, and she wasn’t walking. She couldn’t look up, so she looked down to see a pink foal blanket wrapped snuggly around her and she whispered, “What's going on?” She looked to the side and gasped at what she saw. She raised her hooves in front of her mouth but realised they were small and stubby. She lifted them up and looked at them with a sigh, “Looks like I got turned into a foal. Hopefully Lyra is okay.”
Bon Bon then heard a yawn and turned to see a sea green coated unicorn foal right next to her, stretching her tiny limbs. She looked around with curiosity and asked, “What's going on, where are we?”
Bon Bon grumbled, “We foals Lyra, and we probably in a stroller."
Lyra gasped, she looked down to see the big white diaper around her rump and shouted, “We are foals!”
Bon Bon lifted her pink foal blanket and and groaned upon seeing the thick white diaper around her rump. Bon Bon turned to Lyra and exclaimed, “Yeah, we are! I told ya that the Foal Beast turns ponies into foals!”
Lyra turned with her forelegs crossed and babbled angrily at Bon Bon. “Why ya so angry? I think this is cool!”
Bon Bon shouted back, “Cool?! You think this is cool?! We don't even know if there’s a cure! We could be foals forever!”
Lyra crossed her forelegs and mumbled, “So much for a thank you.”
Bon Bon shouted, “Thank you?! You messed it all up! I could've caught the Foal Beast, and instead we're foals!”
Lyra began to tear up and shouted, “I was just trying to help, and besides you forgot all about our lunch date! And you left me to go play hero!”
“Na uh! I was trying to protect Ponyville!” Bon Bon said to Lyra.
Lyra babbled back, “Then ya should've got Twiliy and her friends! Bu no, you went off by yourself!”
Bon Bon screamed, and soon the two were flailing their hooves at each other until they heard, “Hey, um...could you two stop fighting?” Fluttershy then came up to them, kissed the two on the forehead and tucked them underneath the blanket with a slight tenderness. They both just whimpered and curled up, clutching their sides of the blanket. She then heard their tummies rumble and she asked in a motherly tone, “You know what, I think you both are hungry huh,” She then popped two foal bottles full of milk into their mouths and whispered, “Now calm down you two, we’re almost at Sugarcube corner.” She then continued to push the stroller as Bon Bon and Lyra turned away from each other while suckling their bottles.
Bon Bon could only think, “Why couldn’t Lyra just wait until I finished capturing the stupid foal beast?”
Meanwhile, Lyra could only think. “Bon Bon should've gotten help from the elements, but no, she went off by herself. Now she blames me that we’re foals.”
Fluttershy just looked down and sighed as she whispered, “Well at least they calmed down.” She then heard a energetic voice shout, “Hey fluttershy!” Fluttershy turned to see Pinkie Pie bouncing down the road Fluttershy smiled as she thought, “Oh thank Celestia, Pinkie Pie knows everypony in Ponyville, she should knows who these foals belong to.”
Fluttershy smiled at her friend and looked down at the foals before she looked back up as she whispered, “Hey Pinkie, it’s great to see you.”
Pinkie Pie instantly bounced over to the foals and shouted, “Oh, wow! I didn't know you had foals!” She then started to make funny faces and coo at the foals, making them giggle. While a whole bunch of ponies looked over at the commotion, Fluttershy blushed and shrunk behind the stroller as she replied, “Um, Pinkie, they're not my foals...I found them in the Everfree Forest.”
“The Everfree Forest! What were you doing in the Everfree Forest?!” Pinkie asked.
Fluttershy looked down and whispered, “ I was just...um…”
Pinkie commented, “Oh, let me guess! Did one of your chickens fly away?”
Fluttershy blushed and shook her head. “No, I ...I was just trying too...too.”
Pinkie started guessing, “Hanging out with Zecora? Wrestling bears? Playing with timber wolves?!”
Fluttershy gulped and whispered, “What? No! I...I was looking for a giant bunny Zecora saw in the Everfree Forest.”
Pinkie gasped and asked, “Wow, a giant rabbit?! Didn't think those existed. Did you find it?”
Fluttershy shook her head and replied, “Sadly no, in fact while looking for the giant rabbit, I came across these poor foals. I was hoping you would know who these two foals belong to so we can get them home.”
Pinkie eyed the foals suspiciously and looked them up and down, then she suddenly exclaimed, “You know what, these two foals look like Bon Bon and Lyra!” The foals both nodded and began to babble happily.
Fluttershy came around, gave them both a long look as studied their mane and coat colors, and gasped! “You're right, they do look like Lyra and Bon Bon.”
Then the mares both heard a faint hissing sound, and both turned to Lyra and Bon Bon who were kicking about in their padding as the white was slowly turning yellow.
Fluttershy just gave a motherly smile, gave their diapers a gentle pat, and cooed, “Oh, looks like Lyra and Bon Bon wet their diapers.”
To the fillies surprise they both look down at their yellow stained diapers and blushed as they tried to put their hooves over their diapers to cover the yellow spots. Pinkie poked the padding and giggled as she suggested, “How about they come get a change at Sugarcube Corner?”
Fluttershy shook her head as she explained, “Oh no, that won’t be necessary, we’d better get going and find Twilight. She probably knows how to cure them.”
But Pinkie Pie pushed Fluttershy and her foals into sugarcube corner where Mrs.Cake turned and greeted them, “Hey Pinkie Pie, hello Fluttershy,” She then looked down at the foals as they threw the foal blanket over their faces. Mrs. Cake dawwed and asked, “Oh Fluttershy, who are these two?”
Fluttershy just started to whimper, “Um..th..thei..they're….”
Pinkie shouted, “They’re her cousins! Fluttershy is taking care of her cousins for a few days.”
Mrs. Cake cooed, “Oh that's wonderful Fluttershy, what are their names?”
Pinkie shouted “The light green one is Sea Breeze and the yellow one is Sunny Spots! Fluttershy's aunt and uncle dropped them off while they’re on vacation.”
Mrs. Cake laughed, “Oh, such wonderful names for such adorable foals,” She then gave both of their padding a few pats making audible crinkling noises and chuckled as she commented, “Looks like these two can use a change.”
Fluttershy asked politely, “Yes Mrs. Cake, I was just about to change them. Uh, would it okay if I borrowed the Cake Twins changing table for a little bit?”
Mrs. Cake laughed, “Oh Fluttershy, don’t be so nervous. Go on ahead and take the two upstairs. I’m sure the twins won't mind sharing their changing table.”
Fluttershy smiled, “Thank you Mrs. Cake, I’ll be fast.” She then took the foals onto her back and slowly walked upstairs, with Pinkie Pie bouncing not far behind.
Bon Bon and Lyra were now on the Cake Twins’ changing table, groaning as Fluttershy was wiping them down as Bon Bon babbled, “Thanks alot Lyra, we can’t even use the potty now.”
Lyra turned and babbled, “Maybe if ya got Twily and her friends to help you, we wouldn’t be stuck in diapers!”
Bon Bon stuck her tongue out as Lyra tried to hit Bon Bon with a hoof. Meanwhile, Fluttershy was just getting out some new diapers, when she saw the two foals fighting and gave them a stern look before she scolded them, “Hey, what did I tell you two about fighting?” They both stopped and looked at Fluttershy with worried looks as they curled up and whimpered. Fluttershy softened up and watched as Pinkie Pie started to powder their rumps. Bon Bon and Lyra just pouted and looked down.
Pinkie rolled her eyes and just continued powdering their rumps until they were white as a cloud as she said. “These two are probably just embarrassed they wet their diapers in front of us.”
Fluttershy gave a light giggle at the remark, as she slowly finished making sure their new diapers were taped on correctly, gave each foal a small kiss, and cooed, “It’s okay you two, there’s nothing to be ashamed of. From what I've learned it's quite natural for foals to pee in their diapers.” But the foals still just gave pouts and turned away from Fluttershy, who just sighed as Pinkie thought for a second then exclaimed, “I know how to get them out of their moodiness! Let them go play with the Cake Twins for awhile.”
Fluttershy turned to Pinkie with a surprised expression as she asked, “Pinkie, that's nice and all...but...are you sure that's such a good idea?”
Pinkie happily replied, “Of course, I’m sure! The twins could always use some playmates. And while they play, I think we should get you some more foal supplies, just in case you run out.”
Fluttershy gave Pinkie a bright smile and said to her, “Okay Pinkie, they can play, just for a little bit though, don’t want them getting into any trouble while I’m gone,” She then set the foals in front of the Cake Twins who were busy building a castle made of blocks together. She said to Lyra and Bon Bon, “Now you two go play and behave yourselves.” She then gave each foal a kiss on the forehead, before going to Pinkie Pie who started packing a saddlebag full of foal stuff.
Lyra and Bon Bon were nervous as the two actual foals approached them. Pound Cake smiled at the two little fillies and babbled, “Hi, I Pound Cake.”
“I Pumpkin Cake.” Pumpkin Cake chirped.
Lyra blushed and scrunched her diaper with her forehooves as she introduced herself, “I Lyra.”
Bon Bon sighed and mumbled, “And I Bon Bon.”
Pound Cake blinked as he asked, “Wait, I think I saw ya two befowe as grown-ups. Why ya foals now?”
Lyra replied and explained, “Yeah we were grown-ups, but we got turned into foals by the Foal Beast.”
“The Foal Beast?!” The Cake Twins asked in unison.
Pumpkin Cake then asked. “What's a Foal Beast?”
Bon Bon raised her fore hooves as she then explained. “Well, a Foal Beast is a giant bunny that turns ponies into foals!”
The Cake twins laughed at this as Pound Cake replied. “That doesn’t sound scary.”
Pumpkin Cake giggled. “Yeah, that just sounds silly.”
Bon Bon sat back down on her diaper and mumbled. “that's how we got turned into foals.”
The foals then grew silent not knowing what else to say. Lyra said to them. ”Well okay, now that we're foals, I think Bon Bon and I gots some questions.”
Pumpkin Cake asked with an increased curiosity, “Like what?”
Bon Bon look down at her poofy diaper, gave it a few pokes, and babbled, “Well I’d like to know is there any way for us to get out of diapers?”
Both twins shook their heads as Pumpkin Cake replied, “Nope, not when your as old as us. I think you two better keep your diapers on, or your going to leave messies all over the floor. The grown-ups won't like that.”
Lyra groaned and asked, “What about food? Do we have to only eat foal food and drink from bottles?”
Pound Cake nodded, “Yeah. You can't eat grown-up food if ya gots no teeth.”
Lyra and Bon Bon both put their hooves in their mouths and felt around, only to find that their teeth were gone! Bon Bon growled as she turned to Lyra. ”Oh thanks alot, Lyra! Now we gots to eat yucky foal food because of ya!”
Lyra shouted, ”Well, you belong in those diapers! You were acting like a foal before you went back into them anyways!”
Bon Bon waddled off and grabbed a rubber chicken, as Lyra waddled away and grabbed a teddy bear. They both turned and stared at each other as Lyra shouted, “That’s it, Bon Bon, you're going to say sorry, or were not friends anymore!”
“Na uh, you're going to have to say sorry first!” Bon Bon shouted back. They waddled at each other and threw their toys at each other. Bon Bon knocked the bear aside, and Lyra brushed the rubber chicken aside. They then tackled each other and began rolling around trying to get ontop of each other. Lyra jumped on top of Bon Bon and pushed her into the tower of foam blocks, knocking it over. Lyra got up and started to throw foam blocks at Bon Bon, but she waddled away dodging the projectiles, as she worked her way around Lyra. She waited until Lyra was looking around for her and when she had her padded rump turned. she tackled her and they both ended up laying with each other in the foam blocks.
Lyra gasped, “I can’t fight anymore Bon Bon, I too tired.”
Bon Bon sighed, “Me too, a foal body sucks.”
They both giggled as Lyra replied, “Look I sorry Bon Bon for following you okay."
Bon Bon turned and asked, “But why, Lyra? Why didn't you just stay at home?”
“Because I love ya, Bon Bon,” Lyra answered. “I was scared that you were going to get hurt by the Foal Beast and that you needed help.”
Bonbon sighed and said to Lyra, “That's why I was angry at you, I didn't want you to turn into a foal.”
Lyra turned her head, as she remembered Bon Bon putting the mask over her, trying to keep her from breathing the Foal Beast’s fumes. Lyra sighed and said to Bon Bon, “Alright, I should of just trusted you and left you alone, but still ya should'nt have gone alone.”
Bon Bon sighed and vowed, “Okay Lyra, I sorry for going off to capture the Foal Beast alone. I promice I’ll get Twiliy and her friends to help from now on.”
Lyra was surprised, she got up and asked, “Ya promice?”
Bon Bon rolled over, waddled over to Lyra, and hugged her tight as she whispered. “I promice.”
They both looked up at Pound Cake who came over and asked, “That's great you two stopped fighting, but can ya help rebuild our castle?” He then pointed to the pile of foam block as the foals giggled and Lyra babbled, “Of course Pound Cake, we'll help build your castle.” They then crawled off to join Pumpkin Cake, already in the process of restacking.
As the foals were busy building their castle of blocks, Pinkie Pie placed a saddlebag of foal supplies over Fluttershy’s back as she exclaimed, “That’s enough foal supplies to last you a week! Hope they’ll come in handy!”
Fluttershy wheezed as she struggled to stand up, “Thanks Pinkie, but I should get going,” She went upstairs to retrieve Lyra and Bon and dawwed at the adorable sight that greeted her. “Oh look, they’re building together with the twins.”
Pinkie chirped. “Yep looks like they’re way happier now.” Fluttershy bent down to the foals and cooed. “Time to say good bye you two,” Lyra and Bon Bon both waddled over to the Cake Twins and hugged them, and they waved a hoof good-bye as they were placed onto Fluttershy’s back. She whispered to them. “If we can't find a cure today, I'll try to see if you can play with the Cake Twins longer tomorrow, okay?”
The two foals nodded and babbled their approval.Pinkie nodded and exclaimed, “That would be a lot of fun if they’re still foals! I guess we should head over to Twilight’s to see if we can get them back to normal though.”
Fluttershy smiled and agreed, “Yes, that’s where we will go first. It’s imperative Lyra and Bon Bon get back to normal as soon as possible,” She and Pinkie Pie both went downstairs and tucked Lyra and Bonbon back into their stroller as Fluttershy whispered, “Thank you for all the help, Pinkie. I especially appreciate the foal supplies.”
“No problem, Fluttershy. Now how about we get these two out of diapers before they mess themselves?!” Pinkie joked and bounced off as Fluttershy gave a chuckle. She then kissed the foals on the forehead and gave their diapers a pat as she asked, “Now if you two need anything don’t be afraid to ask, okay?”The two fillies gave a nod. And as Fluttershy took the stroller and headed out the door, the two foals hugged each other close. Both scared of actually messing their diapers.
