Equestria Girls In Disguise: Wolf In The Fold

All that went through the girls minds was who was on board that spaceship. Who piloted it? Why did it crash on Earth? Why was it set on fire as it was hurling through the atmosphere? Why suddenly now a cruiser was entering Earth's atmosphere?

All of their questions wouldn't be answered right away, but there was no doubt about it; this was a big mystery in their minds.

Sunset paced back and forth inside of Rarity's boutique, trying to think. What could have come here? Who would be arriving at this time?

"Sunset, you're thinking too hard about this. I'm pretty sure its another Autobot ship that just crashed here. Remember the report Optimus gave us about Highbrow and all of those Gobots coming down here on Earth?"

"Rainbow, that thing came hurling through the sky, on fire."

"Maybe the ship was under attack?" Pinkie asked.

"I'm not sure. But we've got to find out," Sunset replied still pacing back and forth.

"Sunset, calm down. Look the Autobots will call us once they know something, and we'll be able to figure out what it is when they call us."

Sunset sighed, "You're right. They'll be fine. I just don't want to be left in the dark to find out that there's a barrage of Decepticons here on Earth ready to attack. Its bad enough we've got a few Decepticons we still need to capture from our last battle with Starscream, we don't need to make things anymore difficult."

The girls gave a few nods to respond.

Sunset just continued to pace back and forth as they waited for their Autobot friends. What could be taking them so long? But the girls were busy getting into their own discussion.

"So girls, Wheeljack told me he has some new equipment for us to use. He's made us motorcycle power suits," Twilight replied.

"Really? Why would on earth would he ever make those?" Rarity asked.

"He said he studied a move by someone named Wreckgar and the Junkions who all transform into motorcycles where if the bike and the rider fall off, they can both switch positions to get back on their feet. The bike becomes the rider, and the rider becomes the bike. I think that could actually be useful to our advantage," Twilight replied.

They gave grins hearing the very idea. It did sound like it could be useful to their advantage.

"And here's the new thing. When we transform, we can decide whether or not to ride the motorcycles. We can simply transform with the bikes like a protective suit," Twilight replied.

"Sweet! Now we're actual Transformers," Rainbow said, pumping her fist.

"Yay...", Fluttershy quietly cheered.

Sunset wasn't paying attention at all to their cheers. With nothing else to do, Sunset opened up her backpack and pulled out a wad of notebook paper and held a pencil in her hand. She tapped her chin with the pencil as she was thinking.

"Okay, lets see... there's gotta be something I can make my own," Sunset said to herself. "Oh, convert and charge! No, that's not gonna work."

The girls stopped what they were doing to look at Sunset.

"You're still trying to find a battle cry?" Pinkie Pie asked.

"Yes. I know I'm not Optimus, but there's got to be a rallying cry I can make my own," Sunset replied.

"Sunset, you're trying too hard. Just stick with 'Transform and roll out'. Its simple and catchy," Applejack grinned.

"Applejack, I know I can do this. I just need to think, lets see...", Sunset snapped her fingers, "Autobots... GO!"

Sunset received only awkward silence from the others.

"Okay, I guess not."

"Sunset, why are you pushing yourself to find a battle cry?" Twilight interrupted.

"I... well..." Sunset hung her head and sighed, "I'm want to be a good leader."

Twilight stopped, "Um, I'm going to need a bit more context."

Sunset sighed again, "Twilight, I'm not a good leader. I'm saying this now, I'm not good at being a leader."

"What are you talking about Sugarcube?" Applejack asked, "You're doing fine."

"Against magic, yes. But this is war we're talking about. I'm terrible as a leader. Remember those last couple of battles we've had with the Decepticons? I barely stood on my own against them and every time I've lead I've almost managed to get you guys either in trouble, kidnapped, or in our battle with Starscream, killed."

"Sunset."

Twilight looked at Sunset sternly.

"Sunset, I understand you're worried about not being as good as Optimus. But maybe you need to try and lead as your own and not like Optimus. Have you considered doing that?"

Sunset paused. She hadn't considered leading the way she would.

"No...", Sunset hesitantly said.

"Well maybe you should start leading like you," Twilight smiled.

Sunset couldn't help but give a smile back. This new advice could be useful. Maybe she could try this out later today. After all, she had plenty of time. She could improve herself soon enough.

But she wouldn't have to think about it now, for Rarity's attention turned outside.

"Girls! A Groundbridge is open for us!"

"Right. Lets get going," Sunset said grabbing her belongings. Everyone else began grabbing her belongings and they all began to depart the boutique to go through the bridge.

The fires that had spread over at the crash site were no longer in flames, but they had finally died out into nothing but smoke. All around the remains of the ship were just parts that were scattered about and more equipment and machinery. Glass shards were shattered into more pieces, loose wires were sizzling with dancing orange sparks, and more and more smoke began to rise up into the air from a few of the objects that had crashed. But there was one working piece of equipment that was up and running.

A small little control console was actively running with a glowing panel and a few holo-screens projected in front of the panel.

"M-M-May-D-D-D-Day-Day-Day," A voice stuttered.

A small orange arm pulled itself up, revealing a small little robot attached to the limb. The robot was colored in orange, with big hands with three big fingers on each hand, and little wheels for legs.

The figure shook his head violently and he gazed around the damage. All by himself, not a sight of anyone or anything to be seen except for more damaged pods and materials.

"A-Alone... All alone... no, its okay... stay calm, speak clearly," the robot said as he hit his fingers on the control panel. "Mayday, mayday Cybertron Command. This is Fixit, caretaker Mini-con of the maximum prison ship Alchemor. We have crashed on an unknown planet, and we've lost most of the stasis cells. Most of the pods have been disengaged from the crash, and the ones that are in my sight are completely damaged. Mayday."

The Mini-con stayed still for a moment, waiting for a reply. No reply was given, eliciting a groan.

"Lets try this again. Mayday, mayday Cybertron Command..."

Little did the tiny Mini-con know that a pair of yellow eyes peered from the shadows of the wreck and was watching intently, observing his movements. Did he have anything of value that he could claim to be his?

Sunset and the girls stood together as they looked on the big monitor at the Autobot base. They were busy looking for the crash site of their mystery spacecraft.

"Wait... I think I found it, there!" Sunset said, clicking a few more buttons.

The group of Autobots gathered looked at the crash site displayed on the map and all gasped when they saw the amount of damage surveying the land it had hit.

"Talk about a crash-landing," Pinkie stated as she stared deeply onto the grid-like pattern on the screen.

"But who flew it?" Fluttershy asked as she looked at the remains of the crash.

"I don't know, but I think its important we find out. We've got to know who's flying that ship, what crashed it, and where did it come from," Sunset said. She turned to face the Autobot leader, and her new mentor, "Optimus, with your permission, I would like to take a group of Autobots there so we may investigate the crash site. We'll report everything back to you when we find something."

"Your permission is granted Sunset," Optimus smiled.

Sunset grinned. "Wheeljack? We're going to need our new motorcycle suits."

"Your request is at my command," Wheeljack said cheerily.

With no time to waste, Wheeljack pulled out all of the girls new suits for them to slip into. It didn't take any trouble at all since the head units of the suits just latched onto them with no trouble whatsoever, and they had worn the suits multiple times before.

With them all on, the girls stood as they looked to their Autobot companions. All of them were in different shapes and forms, and in different colors. With some of the suits, the wheels were folded up on the back, or folded into the legs. But with Sunset's the wheels were latched onto the sides of her shoulders, and the little handlebars stuck out near her neck.

"You look a little similar to Cy-Kill with that form, Sunset", Smallfoot stated.

"I guess so... but I don't even know who he is. But we can't discuss that now, we've got work to do. Now... lets assemble our group. Autobots, transform!"

With the Autobots that Sunset called out, they each converted into their vehicular form.

"Arcee! Rest-Q! Dart! Night Ranger! Wasp! Strongarm! Tracks! Prowl! Sideswipe! Bumblebee! Jazz! Knockout!"

Sunset looked at the Autobots that were all converted into their vehicle modes with a smile. They were assembled, and ready to go. Now the girls had to convert too.

"Alright, girls. Transform!"

The rest of Sunset's friends transformed their suits into the motorcycle forms. Wheels extended out, arms folded in along with the legs being bent, following the transformation into the motorcycle modes.

"Good. Now lets go investigate that crash site and find out what's landed here. Autobots...", Sunset began.

"Here comes another failed rallying cry," Tracks huffed.

"Nope. This time, she nails it," Strongarm whispered with hope.

"Gas it up and blow it out!" Sunset yelled with her fist pumping.

No one said anything. No one wanted to say anything. None of them even had anything to say to Sunset that would be positive. The rallying cry she had let out was far too cringe worthy for them to be hearing, and it just sounded... wrong.

Sunset paused, "I really should think these in my head first before saying them out loud."

Sunset said nothing else and she converted her suit into its motorcycle form, with her body on top of it, ready to ride the bike.

"Okay, lets go!"

Sunset's motorcycle revved with power and she sped forward, followed by the rest of the girls who were right behind her. Soon the rest of the Autobots revved their engines and they followed after Sunset and the girls, kicking up a dust cloud behind in their tracks.

The Autobots in the base just watched as Sunset and the group left to investigate the mystery crash. They could only hope that there wasn't anything dangerous to the site where they needed to go...

The Transformers will return after these messages...
