'Chances of plane collisions are 1 in 11 million, they said.'

"Are you ready to jump?"

"Yea, I'm ready."

"Alright, jump when you're ready!" The skydiving instructor shouted at the skydiver,in the middle of the howling wind, flying at 15,000 feet above ground in a small Cessna 182-Skylane.

Meanwhile, that one single lone skydiver, was a US Marine, a Master Gunnery Sergeant that was honestly discharged, that goes by the name of Christopher E. Clark, or as some call him, Chris. Chris fidgeted with his parachute, waiting for the skydiving instructor to give him the green to jump.

"Its not like I have jumped out of a plane already." Chris thought.

"Oh Shit!" The instructor shouted, "What the hell is that pilot doing?"

Chris turned to his left to see another small bush plane flying up and heading on a collision course for the tail of the Cessna 182 he was in, being frightened by how close it was.

"Jump! JUMP!" the instructor shouted.

Chris jumped, and started free falling 20 feet before he felt the heat and heard the faint explosion over the wind of the bush plane and Cessna 182 colliding and exploding.

"That shit was way too close for my likings." Chris thought to himself when he saw dark clouds, buzzing with lightning, under him.

"What the... I didn't see any thunderstorms on the way here... and wasn't the sky clear just recently?"

Chris braced himself as he was pelted with rain as he flew through the cloud, slightly cringing when he heard thunder and lightning exploding in his face faintly over the loud whistling of the wind and the rain. He kept in a free-falling position, and he closed his eyes for a few moments before opening them again, to see a bright light blue swirling vortex in front of him.

"Oh shit! What the fuck is this?"

Chris fell into the vortex, and came out on the other side into a bright, sunny, clear, warm sky. He shook his head from this new environment he was in, before looking down and around to check his surroundings. He could see a dark, dense forest below him, a quaint village to the Southeast of him, and a small but tall mountain range just shortly due west of the quaint village.

That was when he looked up the mountain, and gawked at the sight of a bright, shiny, city, that was defying all the odds and laws of physics sitting on the east side of the mountain.

"How is that possible?" Chris asked himself, before looking north of him to see more physics-defying bullshit. A faraway city entirely made of clouds, with rainbows 'pouring' out the bottom of the city. Chris squinted his eyes and saw some colorful blobs flying in and out of the city.

"I don't even want to question that now." Chris thought to himself before looking down to see the forest treetops rushing towards him.

"Well, gotta pop my parachute now." Chris thought to himself as he pulled the cord that would release the parachute that would slow his descent.

Nothing happened, as Chris kept tugging at the cord frantically to stop himself from smashing onto the forest floor. Chris decided that he might as well activate the emergency parachute, moving his hand away from the brown-colored cord to the red emergency cord before pulling it.

WHOOSH!

A small parachute popped out, but due to its small size, and the fact that Chris was rocketing towards the ground at terminal velocity, Chris crashed into the tree tops, smashing and crashing through many tree branches before abruptly getting stopped by a big, strong branch.

"Ooh, that hurts" Chris wheezed, as he grabbed the tree branch to get a grip on it to not slip down even further. Chris shook his head, before puking, throwing up the remains of the lunch he ate before getting on that plane to go skydiving.

After managing to get the little puke liquid out of his mouth, Chris turned to his right to see that the branch started creaking, before snapping off the tree.

"Heeeeeeeeellllp!" Chris screamed before he hit another branch, being knocked unconscious.

Meanwhile In Canterlot....

It was 4:20 P.M.

Dear Twilight Sparkle...

It has come to my attention that I have sense a disturbance in the magical field, particularly a strong magic spell of some sort being used in the airspace above the Everfree Forest.

I want you and your friends to go investigate the magical disturbance to see and check if nothing dangerous has arrived or awoken.

I am also sending with you a squad of soldiers from the 2nd Grand Equestrian Army to escort you if the situation of a dire trouble arises...
