When Rarity gets angry at Sweetie Belle, She feels guilty that Sweetie gets rushed to the hospital.
When Sweetie Belle feels bad for messing with Rarity's items, she falls into the hands of a pony who sends her to the hospital. Rarity has to deal with the guilt while helping her sister get through amnesia.
