It's been about three days since the snowstorms has begun, and it's a complete whiteout. The Weather teams don't know the cause, but a few unicorns are doing a study on the snow and have concluded that it's being created magicly, but not with pony magic.
Twilight is walking back and forth in her home, while all of her friends are around her. She looks at the Apple family has they huddle together for warms has Spike puts a blanket over them. Their farm is completely covered in snow, making it impossible to work, they took shelter at my Castle yesterday...along with everypony else.
She takes a few more steps away from the Apples and looks at Fluttershy, has she is tending to her animals, when they first arrived she was in tears has all of her furry friends are shivering and are starting to get hungry. She asked me for my help and I was happy to give it, i placed all of her animals into a mini hibernation... it's a temporary solution but I hope that the storm will be over they wake up in a week
Rarity is in a extra room in the castle, she was doing a good bit of business on the first day of the storm has a few ponies needed new winter wear... but when the storms didn't end she brought all of her fabrics and sewing equipment over to the castle and has started making (fashionable) blankets.... she hasn't stopped working for over five hours now. I sigh thinking I'll have to stop her soon before she over does it.
Rainbow Dash and the weather teams are trying to making safe haven around the castle, making a barrier of clounds to stop most of the wind and snow from hitting the castle... but that doesn't stop the cold from coming in... and it's becoming dangers for them, a few members of the weather team have already had their wings to stiff from the cold, and the snow builds up, and makes it impossible to become and stay sky bound. The doctors already have their hooves full with a ton of minor frostbite. I'll have to call her inside in a moment to get some warmth.
Pinkie has been running all around the castle to the ponies that have taken shelter... giving them hot chocolate, and warm hugs with a warm smile. She was running by me when her entire body starts twitching, has her eyes goes wide for a few moments. I watch with my eyebrow raised has her pinkie sense is going off. She smiles and runs over to me, tackling me to the ground has she rolls us around
"A NEW FRIEND IS HERE TWI!!!" She yells in my ear and giggles right ofter
"Ahhh!" I shake my head to get the ringing out of my ear, then look at her "a new friend?" She nods frantically "okay? Where are they?"
She shrugs "I don't know" her smile never leaving her face, which get my eye to twitch for a moment, I sigh and rub my face. "Okay, when will we meet them?" I ask, already feeling a small headache forming from pinkie just being pinkie "I don't know that either silly, that would ruin the surprise for everypony silly" she says with a huge grin on her face, then gasps, going up into the air "I NEED TO MAKE CUPCAKES!!" And while in mid-air she vanish down the hall, leaving a thin cotton candy outline of her. I roll my eyes and smile "okay pinkie, don't over do it again"
I start walking down the hall again when Spike crashs into my side and falls to the floor "ow, Spike! I know you like running all over the place when your helping others, but you need to be-" I'm cut off has he pushes a letter into my face "Twilight! You don't have time to lecture me! A letter from princess Celestial! Something about a Monster appearing outside of Manehattan!" My eyes widen

After reading through the letter Twilight gathered all of her friends and into the throne room with all of her friends inside their seats, all eyes on Twilight
"So what's so important Twilight? I'm a bit in the middle of putting up the cloud wall to keep most of the cold out" Rainbow said with a bit of a frown, really not wanting to stop her from protecting her friends and the ponies of ponyville from the blistering cold
"I'm with Rainbow darling, I'm still trying to make the most glamorous blankets for everypony"
"And I need to get to my animals, I need to make sure they are okay before I go around and help everypony else" said Fluttershy
Twilight stomps a hoof down getting everyone's attention "I have received a letter from the princess. And apparently a new monster has appeared outside of Manehattan. A description is has followed, Tall, looks to be around the same height of Celestia, so 7 feet tall*. It has no fur on its body, that we can see because of the creature wearing a white cloak, shirt and pants, except what is on its head, which is black with a few gray streaks mixed in. Has a flat face, and dark blue eyes." Everyone stays quiet while she continues to explain what it looks like "we can not tell if it is male or female, or even if it has a gender. Nor do we know what it sounds like, it never talked or made a noise, only kept walking through the snow of the storm that we are also facing. It carries a black bag on its back, and we can not tell if it carries a weapon or if it could use magic. But later that day, a shop owner goes to his store to gather supplies to help out his town to find it broken into with a good amount of food missing. When the guards looked inside they found frozen... hoofprints** inside... frozen... and they are too big for a pony to make... we have to put this creature has a suspect of what is making this storm because when they analyzed its frozen prints they found a unknown magical signature... and that's not the only thing, it appears that Manehattan has been having this storm three days longer then we have... and... creatures similar to big cats, make out of snow and ice have been coming down from mt. Foal and attacking the town... that is the very same mountain that the creature walk walking too. So under the assumption that it's making these creatures and having them attack the city... so it is under theory that in three days these... Snow Leopards could be attacking ponyville...so the princesses are having up being transported to Manehattan to stop the monster and to stop this storm... and to top it all, there is a missing filly named Snowdrop*** ... we need to find her has well... any questions?"
The first one to raise a hoof is Fluttershy surprisingly enough "how long has the filly been lost? Please don't tell me she out in the storm?" Her voice is laced with concerned and worry. Twilight nods "she was out... in the mountains when the storm started...with any luck she had found a cave to hide in... and fresh water and food the whole time... but the chances that... she is gone... are high" by the time twilight has finished explaining that Fluttershy has already covered her mouth with her hooves and her eyes starting to water while she shakes a little. Rainbow, Pinkie, and Rarity have already ran over and hugged her. Applejack stood up and looks at twilight, her green eyes burning with determination
"Twi, I think I speak for al' of us'n say'n, when we leaving to save this filly and our two towns?"
