Prologue and chapter one
Prologue: arrival
Chapter : 1 new kingdom
Location: phoenix’s kingdom: Rust island
3rd person:
They said: “There is no trust in rust.”
“there is hope.”  Phoenix said to himself talking into the mirror. “Today is the day, the wipe… the day were people black out arrive to a new island to repeat the same thing.” Phoenix was 6 foot 9 and wearing he favorite suit: his mercenary gear which consisted of steam punk goggles (he found in the bunker), pants, shirt and a jacket, he had scruffy brown hair as it was always unkempt hazel eyes with bags under them, a sign of a lot of sleepless nights worrying about himself… and his people. he kept making this clan just to stop the barbaric fighting and let his people live at least a decent life, but eventually the wipe will come and set everything back to the beginning. The only reason he remembers anything is because of this camera in which his future self or who ever watches this after killing him.
This man was king only going by the name of Phoenix. it would seem that he has done this before ,and despite that he looked no older than twenty he was far older as people tend to stay young when resetting. He was determined to stop the cycle and let his people grow up instead of forgetting everything and attempt to bash the first person they see with a rock. He spent the next hour talking to the camera about what he could do for next time before turning it off and grabbing his gear and setting off to find his place.
Walking through his town to remember the moments he spent with his friends, it brought tears to his eyes. He then bumped into a citizen wiping away his tears he saw the person he knew even before he got here. He turned around “we’ll look who’s out of the castle finally going to join us for the celebration tonight.” he said. His name is Fire beast and he was the lead builder of machines and a user of a flame thrower, in some of the runs he worked with the cars but in this run he was the guy who knew how machines work. “Uh yea, I’ll be there, just have to go somewhere to uh, set of the fireworks for tonight.” Phoenix said hoping his friend would buy it. “Oh, well I hope you’ll make it back for the feast.”  Beast said, perfect. Upon exiting the gates he headed off in the direction to the one place thought could end this.
Location: secret bunker: rust island
1st person: Phoenix POV
“Ok I think I got it.” I said while putting the last few touches on the machine “Once this works this celebration will mean something.” I flipped the switch and the machine purred into life, though something was off, it said it would of let of a pulse soon after activation but it’s already been a minute. Searching around the place I found small button behind the machine, it looked different than the others with five small gems surrounding a purple gem. Though it was strange that a button would be placed there but that didn’t matter so I pressed it. Then the machine roared and I fled startled by the burst of sound I got outside just as an orb of pink surround the island then nothing.
Location: rust headquarters: ???
3rd person:
“Sir we have a problem.” a man said staring in confusion.
“what seems to be the problem?” The director said.
“ all inhabitants of rust island are gone.”
“WHAT!?”
“ W-Well-”
“HOW DO YOU LOSE 26400 PEOPLE.”
“Y-You see what happened was-”
“No excuses, you’re fired. GUARDS!”
“Wait! No, I can find them just give me a chance!”
Guards came into the room and pulled the man out of the room to an unfortunate fate that is rust island.
“Now can anyone tell me how we lose an entire continent!”
“Actually the island is still there but the people AND the ‘dungeons’ including the nuke are gone.” a woman said looking at the islands many hidden cameras.
“But how is that possible?”
“I don’t know but we’ll take a look at the footage before they disappeared.”
“Good I need those people, my show needs it.”
Later.
“Were do you think they went?” Dan Said to his co-worker and friend. “I don’t know but I think the director intended this.” john said “But I think were ever they went, the aren’t going to like it.” he said with a shrug. “what makes you say that?” Dan asked curiously. “just a thought.” he said before leaving.

1st person: Phoenix POV
I started to wake up from my sleep to see that I wasn’t in the lab but in a very large field with my entire clan just confused with what’s going on. “hey look who’s up. Now you can tell us what the FUCK is happening.” I turned to his friend, who was just staring at me. “I don’t know, I think the machine brought us here.” I said and just when fire beast was about to talk I climbed the rock I was resting and began to talk to my people. “Fellow members of The Phoenix Guard.” people started to look at their leader “I know you are confused right now and I’ll explain later but it’s noon and have to build a new home for now.” most of my people nodded in agreement “Okay I’ll need a group of scouts to explore this new land, the rest of you will gather materials wood, stone and food for our New Kingdom and guards, make sure no one is hurt.” every one just nodded and conversed with each other as they did what they were told except for four people who came up to me to say they’ll scout the land.
Few hours later
In only a few hours we found a castle that looked like it was raided which was decided to my home base, the bridge couldn’t support us so we built ourselves a new one out of stone witch look nice (I’m also glad we can still build with the blueprints) and we started to clean and rebuild the place “tonight we’ll a be spending the night here then tomorrow we’ll use that clearing as the town.” most just nodded and continued there work. “I think the people are upset that our celebration was cancelled.” beast said “Yea probably.” I replied “though I think the next one will be better.” I looked through my inventory checking if I had my stuff, all of my stuff was hear but my salvaged sword needed repairs but I didn’t have the resources on me. “You know what lets check our temp. storage room, I need some stuff.” I said as I led my friend to the storage room, admire ring the tattered decor of the place “who ever lived here had taken their time with this. Too bad it was destroyed.” I commented sadly.
As we approached the room we saw four of my strongest solders guarding our loot “Stand aside I need to repair my sword.” I commanded “Uhh…no.” said a guard. I looked at him with puzzled look, he then gave a small chuckle and said “I’m kidding, why would I do that.” I gave a small smile as he moved aside. In the room was a ton of boxes with storage managers checking on the stock, a woman with glasses walked up to me “Ah phoenix, what brings you here?” she asked she was the person who kept track of everything in this room and made sure no one stole from it, she was also my librarian. “Uh, just here to check up on the place, and to repair my sword.” I said pulling the sword. She looked at my sword and said “I think you should just make a new one I mean, you just tossed the thing at a target throughout its lifetime.” She was right I did only do that and might I add I was really good at thronging it. “yea I should. I’ll just go get the supplies to make one.”
When I collected the items I looked through the recipes to find the salvaged sword when my eyes saw it, my favorite weapon, the python. Before getting we were in a medieval style world where we couldn’t make guns, but now we’re not on the islands, so we can now make them. After crafting my new sword I grabbed the materials to make the gun and some bullets, then I showed them the weapon. “We can make these now!” Beast said excitedly and I nodded “so after we have everything in order we’ll arm our troops with guns.” Beast then ran off to make himself a gun when one of my troops came in with urgent news “King Phoenix, we have captured four members of an enemy clan.” he said while saluting “Hmm, seem we’re not alone. Bring them to the throne room.” I ordered. He nodded and went off to get them ‘I wonder who they are?’ I thought.
“Well…That is odd.” I said out loud and looked towards my scouts and asked “And where did you find them?” they were holding swords in their hands and looking at the blindfolded an cuffed prisoners “We found them getting a little to close to our base so we knocked them out and brought them here. what should we do with them?” one of them said as I took a good look at them. They were vary odd, they had short muzzles resembling a horses. Two of them (the yellow one with pink hair and the orange one with purple hair) had wings another had a horn(the white one with light purple hair with a pink stripe) and one with neither (the yellow one with red hair and a bow) they were also humanoid and had clothes (which looked better than our clothes) so what I’m basically seeing is four anthro horses in my throne room. But they didn’t look like threats, though looks can be deceiving.
Flash back
“Hey look a chickens.” beast said pointing at the chicken “Sweet, kill it and bring it home.” I said. Beast then pulled out a bow and shot at it, the arrow just misses land just at the feet at one of the chicken. It turned to face us then it opened to reveal teeth and blood. “HOLY SHIT FUCKING RUN!” Beast screamed as we turned and ran for home with that monster of a chicken running after us with four more following the first.
Flash back end
After remembering that incident I looked at the horses lying down on the floor, and made my decision. I then turned to my scouts and said “Bring them just outside of the forest and leave them there, and make sure you bring back the cuffs.” they saluted and picked up the unconscious horses and walked out and Beast looked at me “why did you release them? They could be dangerous.” he said I glared at him “And what if they weren’t, I could start a war and I don’t want that and besides three of them looked like kids and I’m not throwing children in the dungeon.” I said and sighed while nodding “You’re right I guess I’m just worried cause we don’t know what lives here.” he said and I sat down on my throne “I know, we all are.” My adviser came into the room a minute later to tell me that the castle is finished “Good, we still got some day left start with the walls then we can sleep.” I said, He then bowed and left.
Fluttershy’s POV
I woke up just outside the Everfree to pitch black, sitting up and lifting up a blind fold and wondering how it got there then felt something shift beside me. I looked over to see Scootaloo, Applebloom and Sweetie belle started to stir from they’re sleep all with blind folds on, My eyes widened when I realized that something was living in the forest and it didn’t want to be found, I need the rest of the girls.
Rust headquarters
3rd person: Early morning
“Sir we found where they went.” an employee said “so were did they go?” asked the director “well it appears that they have taken the portal with them and we are currently sending cam bots to record the progress of the players.” said the employee happily “good now that’s dealt with you two.” he pointed at Dan and John “you two will escort our new player into the new playing field.” he commanded the two employees saluted and began heading towards the departure room.
