The Origin Story of Adean

If I wanted to tell you where I came from, I wasn't always a novelist and a creative artist like I am today. I was a orphan. I hatched from a egg and never saw my parents that day.

A pegesus mare with pigtails named Dorathy took me in and raised me. I couldn't have survived without her because I had nopony to take care of me so I was half starved. Luckily she was there for me feeding milk out of a milk bottle. At first I thought I was a reptile because I hatched from a egg but I have mistaken because Dorathy feed me milk which told me I was a mammal instead of a reptile.

I was now a one year old and I started walking on two legs instead of four. Dorathy in fact didn't walk on two legs because she was a pony. Dorathy showed me pictures of her two year old daughter Scardy who was a green unicorn. Dorathy told me that Scardy spent most of her time with her grandma because Dorathy was oftain too busy to look after both Scardy and me. She was fine having me around as her daughter because she lived alone and she was divorced with her exhusband.

When I turned five in a half I did not know what I was. I was oftain looking at my hands and saw one of my hands was the paw of a snowleopard and the other a wolf's. I even had a tail of a velocoraptor with dark blue and purple hair on the tip.

When I was six I didn't know how to talk for a while so Dorathy took me to a school to teach me how to talk like other ponies did.

The teachers at the school where very nice to me and taught me how to read, write and even speak.

I finally guarduated from that school when I was six in a half.

After the guarduation ceremony I felt some sort of new power rushing though my body. I tried snapping my fingers (which I was not real good at all)  but when I did it with my right hand (which was my writing hand) and disappeared.

"Where's Adean? I can't find her. I can't find her" said Dorathy.

When I did that I was invisable, I seemed to be enjoying watching my leagle gaurdian get all worried about me disappearing the stage where they were doing the celebration.

"I can't beleave the look on their faces. They fell for it!" I snickered in my invisable form.

I saw Dorathy walk outside looking angry by the redness in her face.

"Adean show yourshelf this instant or so help me, I'll punish you!" Dorothy barked.

I snapped my fingers again and became visible again and came out from hiding.

"I'm sorry Dorathy I was just having a bit of fun," I replied.

The school that I gauraduated from had farmlands nearby on a nice country side with a small lake with ducks and geese.

I enjoyed that school because it was in the country and I loved nature. I basically made myshelf invisable so I can sneak away and look at the farm lands with the cows in the distant, I also was playing a prank on the ponies at the guarduation ceramony because I was bored standing there on the stage wearing a gauraduation outfit.

"That's okay just don't do it again," Dorothy persisted starting to calm down. I knew Dorathy could not stay mad at me because she knew me well enough to not stay mad.

"By the way I saw you disappear at the ceramony, how did you do that?" Dorathy questioned.

"I just snapped my fingers and became invisable, but I didn't know I had powers," I added.

"I should have known this would happen someday and I should have told you what you really are," muttered Dorothy.

My face went totally clueless because I didn't know what she was talking about.

"What do you mean? I'm a pony just like you," I explained.

"Well, I'll tell you later, in the mean time I want to take you home because my daughter Scardy is there so I would like for you to meet her," Dorothy offered.

"Oh, that sounds great but can I use my powers to turn invisable again? That was fun!" I chuckled.

"I think you've caused enough attention for one day come on let's go home and meet my daughter Scardy" ordered Dorothy.

I didn't want to leave the country side because I loved sight seeing at the farm lands, lakes and mountains but I knew my time at that school was done and Dorathy wanted me to meet Scardy.

Dorathy and I went aboard the train to head home to Ponyville and left the life of the country side behind us.

While riding in the train I got cold and started shivering. Dorathy took a blanket out of her saddlepack and put it over me to warm me up. I stopped shivering instantly and fell asleep. Dorathy kissed me on the left cheek and whispered something like I love you in my ear while I was sleeping. I smiled and yawned and curled up into a tight ball all snug like a house cat on its owners lap. I never felt content like that in a while and having a pony care so much about me made me feel good inside.

It was nightfall when the train stopped at the Ponyville train station and I was already in a deep sleep when we reached to our stop. Dorathy didn't want to wake me so she decided to carry me back home. It seemed almost inpossible for her to carry me because I was no longer a baby but a growing child. She didn't want to disturb me so she ended up carrying me back home.

Dorathy carried me back to our house in Ponyville which looked like a big old oak tree but it was a library known as the Great Oak Library. Today Dorathy and I don't live in that library because it's been destroyed by Tirek which was Twilight Sparkle's home. Before Twilight Sparkle lived there it belonged to Dorathy, Me and Scardy and that was our home till we all went our seprate ways and lived in our own homes. Today I now live in a house outside of Ponyville with a snowleopard Griffin named Snowball.

Dorathy walked in the entrance of the Great Oak Library carrying me on her back. She let me rest on the living room couch in front of bookshelves of science fiction books which was her favorite kind of books to read. Dorathy came upstairs in Scardy's bedroom to say hello to her daughter Scardy but she was already asleep to so she decided to go down to bed too. It was good for all of us to go down for the night because we all had a big day even Scardy who came back from Magic Kindergarden in Canterlot.

Dorathy smiled and yawned and settled down in her bed in the living room where all her books where and turned out the lights and went to sleep.
