Author's Note

This is additionary is meant to help keep track of the various Zerg strains that Davara's brood posses at any given time and will update along side the chapters as they are released.

Additionary: Davara's Zerg Strains

Drone:
The Drone is the only original Zerg strain that Davara arrived with. Absorbed into the Zerg Swarm to serve as resource gatherers. Over time they became drones, engineered with the larvae's ability to break down their own genetic coding and transform themselves into rudimentary zerg structures. A transforming drone needs creep to provide nourishment and mass to support its new form.

Overlord:
Overlords were evolved from the Gargantis proximae, a species of giant space-faring and semi-intelligent creatures which volunteered to be assimilated in order to avoid extinction. Overlords possess a large, bulbous brain which is protected by a heavily armored weave of bone and cartilage. It is a large organ, with millions of nerves and synaptic contacts. Unlike most other zerg breeds, overlords have a greater capacity to act on their own judgement, though their mental flexibility is still severely limited. Overlords typically only relay orders. They are technically capable of directly controlling lesser zerg, but only with extreme difficulty.

Hopper, Splinter strain:
The first new Zerg Jonathan made is derived from the rabbits living at Fluttershy's they serve as his Zerglings. They have three rows of sharpened serrated teeth, Enlarged adrenal glands for aggression & to null pain. They stand around knee height. They are extremely fast with their powerful hind legs able to jump great distances. Under Davara's orders Abatha simplified their DNA, allowing for two to hatch from a single egg with an almost 70% success rate.
Splinter-
Upon further Improvement to the strain using parasprite essence. Five now hatch from a single egg much quicker then before. Also upon eating three times there weight In biomass, they will barf up a new hopper, which will grow to full size In a period of ten seconds.

Rageling:
Made from the essence of Harry the bear, the Rageling posses great strength and tough leathery skin covered by a tough insectile carapace. The Rageling is capable of flying into a rage where its strength and regeneration is greatly increased.

Watcher:
The Watcher is made from the essence of hummingbirds taken from Futtershy’s cottage. The Watcher has one large orange slitted eye in the center of its head giving it ultraviolet & thermal vision along with the ability to detect cloaked units. Its wings are insectile & has a small curved serrated beak, they serve as the detectors & scouts of The Swarm.

Pike:
Created by Paranoid an infested Pegasus that serves the Displaced Broodmother Marsara. Gained through a trade with said Displaced. Amphibian strain collected from swordfish, the fastest creatures in the ocean. Easy to create, but are fairly strong. Looks like a mutated purple swordfish with a glowing green pod on its back.

Mimic:
Mimics can take the shape of Ponies from the Pegasus race and are able to pretend to be a Pony. They've no minds of their own and serve only to be shells for stronger Zerg minds. They are meant to be used as infiltrators and suicide bombers, in twenty four hours after creation explode. Less costly than Zerglings.

Unnerver:
The Unnerver has a snake-like appearance. It can induce fear in any being outside of the Zerg’s race the ability to feel it. It is very expensive, while it also posses a more advanced mind than normal Zerg.
