It is April 17, 2035, the Launch Day for the highly-anticipated Equestrian Saga Online on the VPon-3, a device that has been very underwhelming due to nopony finding a good usage for the full-dive technology it offers. After months of beta testing and hyping up, the game is set to break records across the board, and go down in history.

However, certain groups have been suspicious of the company behind it, “Starlit Eclipse,” and have been investigating the device and the game itself, out of fear of to what extent full-dive technology could go if put in the wrong hooves. Though not finding anything specific, they are not as hopeful for the launch as seemingly countless amounts of ponies are, with lines out of every game store that was able to stock it.

Suffice to say, the future is a mystery, and nopony knows what may come out of this new technology. May the games begin.
