Don't worry, it's polite, but I'm going to ask that you think about what I say carefully before you send a 'private' review. In all honesty, I'm not that happy with you right now, and I'd like to you to make an effort, at least, to understand why. It's not the criticisms. It's the blatantly unfair ones. Read and you'll understand why I'm calling them that.
