Between striving for an actual useful degree (Engineering, if you're curious) and being a leader of a team, sometimes a man just needs to take some time for himself to de-stress.

Thats why he finds himself at a hotel bar in the wee hours in the morning. When the only other occupant of said bar is a pony, who is a part of a diplomatic delegation to establish relations with the United States, he couldn't help but to strike up a conversation.

He wasn't quite sure if it was the stress, the relative lack of a love-life, or the alcohol, but soon one thing leads to another.
