Powerless...
My name is Aegis Diamondscale,I currently live with my friend Dianne Pie but things didn't start out that way, I originally came from a place called The Dark Matter Universe and was once a prisoner in the dungeon of the D-Canterlot Castle,this is my tale if how I escaped....
I don't know what had went wrong or why,all I know is that I was to weak to stop it,...to weak to stop her....and-...and now I sit in the Canterlot castle's dungeon with no possible escape and barely any hope left,before she gets here let me tell the story of how this whole mess began...
It all started a few years ago,back before Empress Flutterscare's rule when she was still the kind yet timid Fluttershy,I was heading over to Twilight's house in Ponyville when I had accidentally bumped into said pony, she was a good friend of mine at the time and we sometimes hung out together.
"O-oh goodness,I'm sorry I wasn't looking where I was going."Fluttershy said.
"It's okay Fluttershy,where are you going?"I asked her.
"Well...,I want to be more assertive, so I'm going to an assertiveness seminar that is being held nearby."Fluttershy said.
"Cool, good luck with that." I had said happily.
"Thank you Aegis, goodbye."Fluttershy says to me before leaving.
It was a few minutes after said seminar,during that time I had eventually made it to Ponyville, I was just about to head to Twilight's house when I suddenly sensed that something wasn't right with the aura of the town,i had made my first mistake at that moment,I ignored it and continued down the road looking for the library.
Unfortunately I got lost and had found the Sugarcube Corner instead which had a long line of ponies in front of it.
"Wow,this place must be popular..."I had said quietly to myself.
As I went over to get a closer look, I saw Fluttershy leave from the bakery and hail a taxi,only for a random stallion to take her seat,i had noticed that she had gotten upset and then suddenly jumped on the poor stallion and then proceeded to beat him up,after that she then threw him out of the taxi.
"Nopony messes with New Fluttershy! NOPONY!"I had heard her say before the taxi drove off.
I decided to follow it and see as to why Fluttershy was acting so mean.
It took a while but the taxi eventually stopped at this really nice looking cottage near the Everfree,I hid in a nearby bush and watched as Fluttershy left the cab and went inside.
"Huh..., that's odd, she was a lot more kinder when I last saw her,maybe Twilight will know what's going on with her..." I had muttered to myself.
So I went back to Ponyville and eventually found the library and knocked on the door.
"Come in."I heard a voice say,so I did.
When I had went inside, I saw Twilight staring at a this golden necklace with a pink jewel in the shape of a butterfly,it looked as if it was slightly damaged.
"Uh...,is this a bad time?"I had asked her.
"oh no Aegis, this isn't a bad time. You see the Element of Kindness has been acting rather strange lately, just look in the center of it. Do you see the cracks in it or the ominous grey spot? I believe something bad is going happen to Fluttershy but I cannot put my hoof on what..."Twilight said.
"So, should I go over there and check it out?"I said.
"Yeah I think you should, I'm worried about her." Twilight said.
We would then hear a very loud cracking noise nearby.
"What the hell!?"I said.
"Oh no! Another crack has appeared!"Twilight said.
I could only wonder just what Fluttershy was currently up to...
(Fluttershy P.O.V)
I was feeling great,no better than great, I felt like I could take on the world and it's all thanks to the assertiveness seminar that I went to and now nopony will be able to mess with New Fluttershy! Not even Rarity or Pinkie Pie could stop me!
"Why are the two most frivolous ponies in Ponyville telling New Fluttershy how to live her life when they are throwing there own away for pointless pursuits that NOPONY ELSE GIVES A FLYING FEATHER ABOUT!"I said.
"I guess nasty Fluttershy's here to stay..."Pinkie said.
"I can't believe what that monster Iron Will has done to you.." Rarity adds in before they run off crying.
"Iron Will is not a monster! HE'S A MINOTUAR!"I yelled at the retreating ponies.
After I had yelled I looked at my reflection in a puddle then said"no, I'm the monster....,And I love it!"
I then felt a jolt of pure power go through me,I knew what it was,it was magic,some pegasi and earth ponies have always dreamt of having magic and it was all mine!
But It wasn't normal magic oh no,it was the dark chaotic magic that was still within me since the day Discord made me cruel and it felt so good.
Later that day I was able to send away that stupid Minotuar and was in my room,while inside,I had thought of the prefect plan,I was going to take over all of Equestra and I knew just how to do it,corrupt the Elements of Harmony.

Yet another crack appeared on the element of kindness, it was now almost completely black in color.
"Wow you're right, something bad is happening."Aegis said.
"Oh Fluttershy please be ok." Twilight says with worry.
All of a sudden said pony had somehow appeared in the room.
"Oh hello Twilight Sparkle."Fluttershy said.
"Fluttershy!? What happened to you?"Twilight said.
"Oh don't worry about me..." Fluttershy said before giggling,"you should be more worried about yourself!"she then says before suddenly hitting Twilight with a blast of dark magic, the attack was so quick, Twilight couldn't even put up a shield spell in time.
"Twilight! Are you okay?" Aegis said.
Twilight couldn't answer as she was knock unconscious by the blast.
"And now I shall get what I came here for..."Fluttershy says before taking the Element of Kindness, as soon as she put it on a dark aura had formed around her, it had covered parts of her mane, tail and wings and some even came out of her eyes,her cutie mark even looked darker.
"No..., this....this can't be....."Aegis said.
"Aww what's wrong Aegis, do you miss the kind me,Well too fucking bad!"Fluttershy said in a mocking tone.
"Fluttershy snap out of it,this isn't you!"Aegis said.
"Fluttershy? No, from now on my name will be Flutterscare and all will learn to fear me!"Flutterscare said.
Twilight eventually came to,only to see the now corrupted Fluttershy.
"Fluttershy....,why?"Twilight said.
"WHY! Because I am tired of being the weak and helpless one!"Flutterscare said.
"But Fluttershy, what happened to being kind?"Twilight said.
"Shut up! If you cannot see my way then I'll make you!"Flutterscare says before launching another blast of dark magic.
Aegis attempted to block it but was to slow and Twilight once again gets hit.
"No Twilight!"he said.
This time Twilight was corrupted by the attack and had teleported Aegis away from the library.
"And good riddance, now my pet, shall we go and corrupt the others?"Flutterscare said.
"Kk"Twilight said, having lost her intelligence and most of her magical power as the corruption took hold.
So the conquest of Flutterscare had started, with the Elements of Magic and Kindness now corrupted, she had set her sights on finding the others,I tried my best to stop her along the way but I was defeated and forced to watch as she corrupted her friends one by one, I felt my hope fading as she and her now evil friends went to take over all Equestra.
But I didn't give up,I managed to get to Canterlot before they did and decided to try and protect the Princesses,A few guardsponys had came to back me up as well and they....,they were slaughtered, I could only watch as they were torn apart by the dark magic that Flutterscare had, I did everything I could to stop her....but I was powerless against her and her friends, they eventually got to the Princesses,corrupted them and then Flutterscare took the throne and I was thrown into the dungeon...
Aegis Diamondscale sat in the dungeon and was currently doing nothing but staring at the wall, to entertain his boredom he started to sing...
He never realized that a certain evil Empress was listening to him and she was silently crying as he sung...
"T-that was beautiful..."she muttered to herself.
"Huh? Oh what the hell do you want monster."Aegis says bitterly.
Aegis then notices that her eyes were blue instead of red.
"Wait....,Fluttershy?"he said.
"Shhh...,don't tell anypony but I'm not the Fluttershy from this world" She says before opening a portal"here, go now and never look back."
"Alright....,I'll go"Aegis says before leaping in the portal.
"Good luck my friend....""Fluttershy" said as he left.
So that was my story, I've always wondered why that other Fluttershy had appeared when she did but it really never mattered because if it wasn't for her, I'd never would have met Dianne or any of my friends, I'll miss you Fluttershy...

Wow I think I outdid myself on this remake, hopefully this will be a little better than what was there before,also I think I'm going lower this story down to just a T rating as there was only minor foul language.
