Why did this happen to our friend
Fluttershy was outside watching the birds in the sky fly in joy fullness as they enjoyed themselves while they chirped. While she was doing this the weather stayed nice for her and the other citizens of Ponyville who went about their days as they enjoyed time with all of their friends. As she continued to did this Twilight ran up to her while she was out of breath. Fluttershy looked at her with a worried expression and wondered why Twilight was so out of breath and why Twilight was running to her.
Twilight stopped and triedto cathc her breath as she tried not to cry about her friend. She felt awful about the fact that her friend was in the hospital and she was sad about the reason of why her friend was there in the first place. She wished that her friend would have been safe and healthy but her health just didn't stay healthy enough. Fluttershy touched her shoulder with a concerned expression. She wondered what was wrong and how it made Twilight to her place run to tell her about it.
"Rarity....is in the hospital...you need to see for yourself about why she is their in the hospital. I can't tell you because it's to upsetting and I will just cry if I try to tell you about why she is in the hospital." Twilight said her voice cracking in sadness. Fluttershy became extremely concerned for Rarity. She wondered why Rarity was admitted to the hospital. Fluttershy immediately took off for the hospital as Twilight followed close behind.
When they got to the hospital they asked to see Rarity. A Nurse led them to Rarity. They got to the room and saw Rarity. The nurse informed them about Rarity with a sympathetic expression. She knew that this was going to devastate Rarity's friends but she had to tell Rarity's friends no matter how much they are hurt by the truth of Rarity dying.
"Rarity has been admitted due to having heart palpitations. I'm sorry but she's dead. She called this morning and we rushed her here immediately but it was to late. Her heart gave out and ceased to function. I express my deepest condolences to you girls and her family including Sweetie Belle. You can see her...if you want." Nurse Redheart said.
Twilight started to cry. Her heart broke. She was to late. She screamed and cried. She took a chair and flung it across the room and screamed. She wrapped her arms around Rarity and cried while tears screamed down her cheeks. Fluttershy broke down and cried as well. She shook with sobs as she held her deceased friend.
She didn't want to let go as she cried for her friend. The nurses gave her all the time she needed with Rarity. She wrote letters to the rest of her friends as Rarity was there with her so she didn't need to write a letter to her. She wrote letters to the princess's about Rarity and the princess's picked somepony else to be the element of generosity.
They met the pony and got aquatinted with the new element bearer. They informed the element bearer about what work she would be helping with and what diplomatic trips she would be taking with them. They then held a funeral for their friend as they mourned for her. A lot of ponies were their for the funeral. They had found out that Rarity had died due to her heart giving out. It was tragic.
Rarity was put in a beautiful coffin and was lowered in her own tomb they had made for her as she was really special and was recognized for all of the fantastic things that she had done for Equestria. She was a hero to every single pony who lived in Equestria. A book was written about her as well and became a national bestseller.
Twilight became depressed but dealt with it by going to therapy due to what had happened to her best friend. She was devastated and saddened by her loss and she understood what her other friends were feeling as well. They were all devastated including their neighbors who knew the pony they lost as well.
Twilight continued to go to therapy and over time they got over it. It was hard at first but they managed to deal with the fact that their friend was gone. It was a fact that they had to admit for their deceased friends death. They just had to deal with it. They couldn't run away from the terrible fact as it would dishonor the memory of their friend.
They had a memorial made in her honor which was extravagant and beautiful. Sweetie Belle went to look at it the first day it opened. Sweetie Belle was sent to live with her parents.
They knew that their would never be a pony like the one they knew who had died that one day but they could remember her by looking at the pictures of her and telling old stories about the moments they had with their friend who had passed on they were all sad but they knew that death was unavoidable.
Every day on the anniversary of their friends death that devastated them they go out and visit their frien's burial spot and remember what she did with them and what she had done for Equestria. Equestria was very lucky to have Rarity and Rarity's friends were very lucky to have Rarity as a friend as well.
Her house was sold to Ponyville as it was designated as a historical landmark that was preserved by Ponyville. She got a park named in her honor and a museum of fashion named after her. Her dresses were preserved in hall named after her were ponies could see what she had created. She would never be forgotten.
