Ace Attorney The Magic Turnabout

Turnabout Begins. Trail 1.

"No," a voice said. "No, no no."

A male body was on the floor and bleeding. Next to the body was a man in a gray suit with blue hair with a dagger that is dripping blood in his hand.

"I can't be caught," he said, "Not like this."

He looked at the body still in shock of what he did.

"I need to find someone to pin this one," He thought, "Some like him. He he he."

January 25 9:52 am

District Court

Defendant Lobby No. 3

"Damn, Damn, Damn!" I yelled while running. "I'm late!"

My name is Justin Defense. I'm a new attorney for the Wright Anything Agency. I'm wearing a red suit with a black tie. I have brown hair, brown eyes and black glasses. I am 15 and quarter years old. And today is my first trail and I am nervous.

"Justin!" a voice yelled calling my name.

I turned and saw a man wearing a blue suit with a red tie. he had Black Spikey hair.

"Nice to see you finally got here." He smiled.

I chuckled, "Sorry Phoenix."

That's Phoenix Wright. My boss and friend in the Wright Anything Agency. And to tell you the truth I was a big fan of him. He is a really good attorney. He has been defending court for years now I didn't think I would match his work. He is kind of one of the reasons why I became an Attorney.

"I kind of slept in pass my alarm clock." I said to Phoenix. "I'm sorry sir It won't happen again!" I said in a worried tone.

"Hey it's ok Justin." a female voice said behind me.

I turnaround and saw a female wearing a yellow suit with a blue tie with orange hair and a cute necklace.

"I was late on my trails sometimes too."

That's Athena Cykes. Another friend at the Agency. When I fist met her I thought she was just a nut job, but she is a really good friend.

"Thanks Athena." I said. "I needed that"

I went in my pocket and grabbed out my 9-shaped magatama.

I'm not a spirit guy but I wear it because my girlfriend gave it to me before she died. I always wear it, but not in the shower of course.

I put my magatama on me neck and said, "I hope I do well."

Phoenix put his hand on my shoulder, "You will be alright, but now the court will begin soon, better go in there, you too Athena."

"!" "Wait what?" I said in shock. "I thought I was doing this by my self?"

Athena walked up to me, "Well this is your first trail, so Boss and I thought you might need help." she smiled.

"I never thought of that," I thought. "Ok Athena let's go this." I said to her as we went in the courtroom.

January 25 10:00 am

District Court

Courtroom Lobby No. 3

Everyone in the gallery was seated on their seats as my and Athena was on the defense desk and a man with long ass hair was on the other side. Then the judge appeared with long gray hair sat down and his hammer on the desk.

"Courtroom is now In session for the trail of Mr. Blake Carter." He said.

I looked at the court side and saw a man in his chair with a police next to him. He is Blake Carter. I new him before I became an attorney.

"The Prosecution is ready your honor." The guy said to the prosecution side.

"The defense is ready your honor." I said to the judge.

The judge looked at me and saw that I was nervous. "Mr. Defense this is your first trail is to not?" he asked my.

I nodded, "Yes um-your honor." I started to sweat with a nervous look.

The judge then was concerned but then had an idea. "Mr. Defense I'm going to ask you a few question before we continue."

I nodded and said, "Ok your honor."

"First question," the judge said, "What is the victim's name for this trail."

! "Shit I forgot," I said in my head.

Athena tapped my shoulder, "Just look at the evidence."

I looked t the evidence and saw the name. "The victim's name is Oliver Sharp."

The judge nodded, "Next How was the victim killed?"

I looked at the report again and said, "He was killed with a single bow from a dagger."

The judge nodded, "The last question is not really a question, but I would like to hear you said "Objection!" to the court."

? "Why your honor." I asked.

"Because I was told you say it differently then others." he said in response.

I started to sweat again, he was right I do say it in Japanese because it sounds more powerful.

I hit my fist on the desk and said, "異議あり!" *Objection!* then I said "待った!" *Hold it* The judge nodded, "Thank you Mr. Defense."

To be honest that made me feel better.

The judge looked at the prosecutor. "Prosecutor Payne You may begin your statement."

"Yes Your honor." Payne said, "Like the defense said the victim was killed with a dagger. and I have it right here."

The dagger was in a zip luck bag and put it near the other evidence.

"The prosecution will like to call a witness to the stand who saw Mr. Carter killed Mr. Sharp." Prosecutor Payne said.

The Judge nodded, "The prosecution may call him witness."

Now I start to get nervous, a witness, great hopefully I can find some contradictions.

Then a guy a man in a gray suit with blue hair walked up to the stand.

"Witness," Payne said, "Please state your name and occupation."

The man nodded, "My name is Nathan Dark. I'm the boss at the Dark Factory."

*Well that's a weird name for a factory.* I thought.

The judge looked at the witness, "Witness you may begin your testimony." He said.

"It was about 7:30 pm at the factory." Nathan said. "I was just about to leave to head back to my apartment. Then I heard yelling in the halls. And then the lights went off. I went to see what happened and saw Mr. Sharp talking with Mr. Carter. Then I heard a *Bang* Mr. Carter shot the victim and he fell. And that's my testimony."

"Why did the lights go out?" The judge asked.

"Your honor," Payne said, "There was a circuit failure at the factory last night shutting off the power. And I have the record right here." He put the record with the evidence.

January 25 11:00 am

Ponyville Equestria

Friendship Castle

"Darling," a female voice said, "Are you sure that boy is the one we are looking for?"

A female lavender alicorn walked up the portal and watch the trail. "If we watch we will find out." she said as she and her five friends watched the trail.

January 25, 11:02 am

District Court

Courtroom Lobby No.3

"Mr. Defense, you can begin your cross-examination." The judge said to me.

Then I thought of what Mr. Dark said, *Then I heard a *Bang* Mr. Carter shot the victim and he fell.*

I smiled, "異議あり!" *Objection! You said you heard a gun go off, Is that correct Mr. Dark?" I asked.

Dark smiled, "Yes sir. a loud one too."

I hit my fist on the desk, "I find that hard to believe. In the autopsy report the victim was killed "With a single bow from a dagger."

Everyone and the ponies in the other world was shocked, "!"

Athena looked at me and said, "Hey your right."

Then the judge showed a angry face at Nathan Dark, "What is the meaning of this witness?"

"I heard a voice must of been a radio or a tv." Nathan said.

"That makes sense doesn't Mr. Defense." Payne said to me.

"待った!" *Hold it*, I yelled, "The prosecution said the was a circuit failure at the factory so any tv or radio couldn't work."

Than Nathan was shocked, "Well...I...um..gee." He looked like he just got hit in the head.

"Well Mr. Dark what would you like to say to that?" I said to Nathan.

Phoenix watch me from the gallery and had a smile on his face. As did the females in the other world.

"Your honor," a policemen walked up to the stand, "Look what I found at the crime scene."

We were all shocked at what the policemen found. It was a gun.

"So the witness did heard a go off." The judge said.

"Wait," I said to the judge, "Then why did he lie about the radio?"

Then that shocked everyone in the courtroom. I was right Nathan Dark did lie about the radio and tv.

"But get this." The policemen said, "The gun had the victim's handprints on it."

Then I hit the desk, "That would mean the victim tried to defend himself when the killer tried to stabbed him. Mr. Dark why did you lie about the radio even if you saw the gun?" I asked the witness as he was shaking.

"Look I...I heard the gun but...I threw!...I mean ...didn't." Nathan couldn't finish when he...

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH SHUT UP SHUT UP," He yelled, "YOU STUPID BRAT! I DIDN'T SEE THE GUN BUT I HEARD IT AND THAT'S THAT! GOT YOU LITTLE PIECE OF..."

Then the judge hit his hammer on his desk, "Order, Order, Order I say." "Choose your world carefully witness."

The ponies in the other world was scared at the witness when he got mad. and One of them fainted.

"Mr. Dark you threw the weapon?" I asked, "But why?"

"Objection!," Payne said, "The witness got angry. He just mixed up his words."

I didn't think that was true but just before I was about to talk we heard a laugh.

"He he he he HA HA HA HA HAAAA, "Nathan laughed." "Well Mr. Defense your good I'll give you that.

"What is he talking about?" I though."

Then he smashed his desk "But why would I move the gun and killed my employer at the factory?"

Then it hit me, "Employer?" Then Mr. Dark realized his mistake, "No...Not Employer I mean... um... oh boy."

"異議あり!" *Objection! Mr. Dark, I bet if we looked at the body I think we would find more evidence why you would kill the victim."

"No you wouldn't," Dark said. "Not if you value your life Mr. Defense...!"

*Value my life?* I though. Then Mr. Dark put a new gun in the air. "NOBODY MOVE!!!"

Everyone in the gallery (and at the other world) was shocked at what Mr. Dark was holding.

"Your honor call the guilty verdict on Mr. Carter or I will shoot everyone in this court." Nathan told the judge.

The Judge, Payne, Athena, Phoenix, and I were all shocked. Neither of use moved.

But then I thought of something and looked at the building schematics and saw it was a toy store and the gun Mr. Dark had was a toy gun painted like a real gun.

"異議あり!" *Objection!", I said out loud and pointed at Nathan Dark, "Mr. Dark you came so close to walking out."

"Call the verdict." Nathan said.

"Where that gun might looked like one but you couldn't shoot anyone if you wanted too." I said.

"CALL THE GODDAMN VERDICT NOW!" Nathan yelled.

"Where that gun might looked like one, It is not. Looking at your factory one of the purchased items is a toy gun. LIKE THE ONE IN YOUR HANDS!" I yelled. Now Nathan was shocked.

"Well Mr. Dark." I hit the desk hard with my fist. "Your the one that killed Oliver Sharp!"

"No, No, No, No, NO!" he yelled, "H-How did I forget? "M-My factory had t-toy guns? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" He screamed as he fell.

What really happened was this. Mr. Sharp found some evidence of what Mr. Dark was planning to do. When Dark found out he broke the circuit that controlled the power to the factory. The he grabbed a dagger and tried to kill him. Mr. Sharp tried to stop him with the gun he had but missed. Then Mr. Dark finished the job.

"Mr. Defense, I am actually proud of you!" He smiled at me.

"!" "Proud of me your honor?" I said with a confused look. He nodded.

"Yes," He said, "For a 15 year old you were brave enough to find the really killer and solved the case. Even Phoenix Wright could of done that."

I couldn't believe it that means...

"I find the defendant Mr. Carter... Not Guilty." The judge said while hitting his hammer on his desk. Then everybody cheered. even in the other world They cheered even though I didn't know about it.

"Court is adjourned." The judge said hitting his hammer again and everybody left.

January 25 1:10 pm

District Court

Defendant Lobby No.3

I can't believe it "Not Guilty," I DID IT. My fist trail and I did it without help. Excepted for the beginning.

"Justin Defense!" I heard a voice call my name and It was Blake Carter. "You are my freaking hero kid."

"Your welcome Carter." I said I always called him by his last name. "I'll tell ya that was brutal when he pulled the gun out."

Then Phoenix and Athena walked to me with a box in Athena's hands. They are both smiling at me with joy.

"Justin," Phoenix said to me, "I'm proud of you today. Athena?"

Athena nodded and gave me the box, "Here Justin open it!" I nodded and opened the box and saw an attorney's badge. I was happy as a kid who got his favorite to on Christmas.

We all left the lobby to get some lunch but I didn't know what was gonna happen 'til this.

January 25 1:15 am

Ponyville Equestria

Friendship Castle

"That settles it," the rainbow pony said, "He is the one right?"

The lavender alicorn nodded, "Justin defense, I hope you arrive soon.
