Chapter 2: The succubus moves in.

I woke up at dawn, like I usually do during the week to the sound of someone banging on the front door. I sighed and muttered “God damn it. Who the hell could possibly be banging on my door this early in the morning?” I got up and got dressed in a pair of shorts and a t shirt not bothering to go through the effort of putting on pants just to answer someone who was banging on my damn door. I walked downstairs passing Rarity who was standing in her doorway wrapped in a robe and looking pissed. I waved her back to bed as I passed her and opened the front door. Standing there was one of my soon to be support staff Melody Breeze. I stared at her and said “Lady Breeze you’d better have a good reason for banging on my door at dawn. I personally was up but my house guest was not and if I hadn’t told her to go back to bed she may have drained you dry and I’d have all sorts of paperwork to fill out. “

She shivered and said “Sorry Sir. It’s just that your new tenant said she would be willing to go see you. You see she’s a bit nocturnal and as such she’s been up all night. She’s a succubus you see, so she has special provisions that allow her to be intimate with ponies being that spiritual energy is needed for her to function.” I raised an eyebrow motioning for her to go on. She sighed and said “She’s in the car.” I nodded and motioned for her to go get this succubus in question and leaned on the frame as she turned around and walked to the car. She tapped on the passenger side window and it was rolled down. I didn’t hear what she said but I could make out a rainbow mane and a cyan coat of the pony in the car.

I sighed and muttered “Dear Luna help me if this mare forces me to go to clubs with her.” The two walked up and I got a good look at the succubus. As I stated before she had Cyan fur, but she also had smoky magenta eyes, fangs, bat wings instead of a pegasus’ feathered wings, and a long spade tipped tail. She was wearing a black corset top, a tight pair of booty shorts that were dark blue, and had on a choker with a sapphire set into the front. She smiled at me and looked me over as if taking in my form. I coughed and said “Eyes up here.” She looked into my eyes and I said “I’m your host Shadow Heart. What’s your name and species?”

She smirked and purred out “I’m Rainbow Dash, and I’m a succubus. Although many call me walking sex on legs, I think you and I will get along just fine if you don’t consider me a plaything.” I snorted and she asked ‘What?” I shrugged and stepped out of the way to let her in. She stopped in the doorway and posed in front of me putting her decent sized, probably a C or D cup, breasts on display and said “I can be any mare you want, as long as I have a little magic to feed on and use to help myself. You unicorns have the best spiritual energy.”

I snorted and said “Whatever, your room is the third one upstairs. Don’t wake up the vampire living in the room across the hall from you, bathroom is the first door on the left, yours is the second. My room is the first on the right, vampire’s is the second. If you throw wild parties I will personally tan your hide.” She smirked and I said “If you think I’m just being kinky I’m going to have to say no. I have special permission to discipline those living in my home if they break my rules. Also don’t bring anyone home that will cause loud noises before dawn and I’ll put a sound proofing spell around your bedroom.” She nodded smiling sultrily and I said “No I’m not going to fuck you. I’m amazed I’m awake with how late I went to bed, but once I wake up I can’t go back to sleep.”

She blinked and asked “Did little Miss Melody wake you up by banging on your door?” I shook my head then started for the kitchen to make myself a cup of hot cocoa to wake up the rest of the way.

Melody coughed and said “Sir you need to fill out the forms saying you received your tenant and that you are taking responsibility of her.” I sighed and turned around then walked back and took the clipboard from Melody. I read it over and signed where I needed then handed it back to her. She took it and said “See you Monday sir.” I nodded and waved her off then motioned for Rainbow to go upstairs and unpack. She only had a small backpack on her back but I knew with expansion charms she could have an entire wardrobe in there plus whatever sex toys she deemed she needed. I sighed as I went into the kitchen and thought “I know. I just know Rainbow is going to make my life hell until I show her who is boss. I bet she and Rarity will fight for top female in the place then it’ll happen again when more mares move in. At least I don’t have to watch them in my home.”

I started a pot of cocoa and sat at the table eyes closed. I waited about ten minutes for the milk to heat up then poured in the cocoa and mixed it up adding marshmallows because hell even though I’m a bad ass, not really how I see myself, I love me some marshmallows. I stirred the pot and heard the sound of someone coming down the stairs. I called out “I’m in the kitchen. Rarity if you want coffee I’ll make you some though I can’t understand how you can drink something so bitter. I much prefer cocoa.”

The voice that answered was decidedly sultrier than Rarity’s and was huskier. Instead it was Rainbow Dash who said “I’ll have some cocoa stud.” I sighed and poured her a mug then slid it across the table leaning back in my chair. She sipped it and said “Wow this is good.” Her voice lost its sultry edge, but was still rather husky. I sipped my cocoa watching her and she said “Don’t worry I’m not going to jump your bones. I just wanted to find out what the rules are. You see my last host broke the law and tried to say my rent was sex, which I wouldn’t mind, but I’d rather work at a regular job and pay my way.”

I shrugged and said “Rule one No loud parties on weeknights. Rule two don’t touch the vampire’s blood supply or she gets pissed. Rule three don’t wake me up before dawn unless it’s an emergency, some is dying, or someone is at the door. Rule four everyone helps out around the house. Rule five the only time you aren’t required to work is if you’re sick or hurt. Rule six no killing your roommates. Rule seven no trying to kill me. Rule eight no fighting with the local idiots unless you want me to get involved, and trust me you don’t want me to get involved. Rule nine don’t enter my room without me in it. Finally Rule ten don’t start something you have no intention of finishing. If you follow the rules then we will have no problems and you can live here as long as you like.”

She nodded slowly sipping her cocoa and said “I don’t see any problem with following those rules. Why do you have so many though?” I snorted thinking “Most of those rules go with the damn SCA; the ones that don’t are the ones about working. How can this mare not see that?” I yawned as I finished my first cup of cocoa and got a second. She studied me and said “You’re not enthralled by me… why?” I shrugged and she said “Most males the moment they’re around a succubus they end up becoming enthralled and feeding her their spiritual energy in some way. You however just seem like you’re tired.”

I snorted and said “Tired, exhausted, irritated, aggravated, all four could be applied to me. Why don’t you go sleep? I mean you are tired, right?” She nodded and I said “Then have a nice rest, I don’t expect you to be up at the same time as me, but if you aren’t going to somewhere you’re allowed to go without me you need to let me know. I’ll try to get you a city pass.” She smiled and thanked me then headed upstairs to go to bed. I sipped my cocoa and muttered “Well to a degree she acts like a succubus, but to another degree she acts like a teenage girl who hasn’t been around most social situations and isn’t used to being less than popular. I bet she’s only twenty at the oldest.”
I put the legs of the chair back on the ground and sat at the table with my head in my hands and my eyes closed. I heard someone walking downstairs and said “What kind of coffee you looking for this morning Rarity?”

Rarity replied “I believe I’ll take a nice cappuccino.” I nodded and got up then made Rarity her cappuccino before I sat back at my place and sipped my cocoa. She sat across from me and said “So who do I have to maim for ruining my beauty sleep?” I snorted and she said “Ah I almost got a laugh with that one; I guess I’ll have to try harder. Seriously though, who was at the door and why is there another mare upstairs?”

I sighed and said “Rainbow Dash and Melody Breeze. One works under me and the other is our new roommate. To answer the question in your eyes, Melody works for me and Rainbow moved in with us. Rainbow’s a succubus.” Rarity sighed and mumbled something about having to compete and I wondered what she meant. I mean she couldn’t have meant she wanted to fight for my attention, right? Anyway I sighed and finished my drink then put the cup in the sink beside Rainbows and said “So Rare, no work today?” She shook her head. I grinned and said “Then what about we stay in and relax?”

She nodded then stopped herself and asked “Have you bought groceries?” I nodded and she said “Then that’s an excellent idea Shadow. I believe we can make a day of it. Anything you want to watch or are we going to order a movie?” I shrugged and motioned for her to pick as I grabbed a bottle of water out of the fridge and tossed her a blood pack. She caught it deftly and bit into it then drained it dry before throwing the bag into a hazardous waste basin and I sipped my water.

I glanced at her and said “Take your time and pick.” She nodded and we collapsed onto the couch then she started flipping through the on demand movies. I sipped my water as I sat next to her until she found a movie she thought would be good. It was an animated film, and honestly I don’t remember a thing about it other than it was sickeningly sweet. After it was over I flipped to a horror movie and watched that, laughing the entire time. Rarity sighed and asked “Darling why do you watch those dreadful horror movies?”

I smirked and said “Because they’re hilarious. Vampires act nothing like in the movies, monsters aren’t all out to eat people, and the main cast are always a bunch of idiots who don’t know the first thing about survival. It does me good to see some idiots dying, even if those idiots are teenagers, maybe more so because of it.” Rarity sighed and I said “Sorry Rare but I sat through your sickeningly sweet animated movie, so I needed my horror fix. Want some popcorn while we get a movie we can both enjoy?” She nodded and I got up then made a bag of popcorn before sitting down again and flipping through the movies. We settled on Marevel’s latest movie.

I yawned and got the popcorn before the movie started then placed it in Rarity’s lap and lay on the couch with her sitting at my waist. I started stroking her hair as the movie began and we watched it eating from the bag and enjoying each other’s company. She played with my mane as she leaned back against me and I kissed her cheek making her blush. After the marevel movie we watched a chick flick that Rarity got engrossed in. I wasn’t surprised, she’d always been rather ladylike and chick flicks were just things that ladies were into.

After the chick flicks she turned and kissed me. I was surprised and she said “I’ve wanted to do that for a while.” I stared at her mouth agape. She smirked and kissed me again slipping her tongue into my mouth and biting my bottom lip hard enough to draw blood. I snapped out of it and tried to pull away but she wouldn’t let me. I sighed in my mind and thought “I knew I wouldn’t get away with not kissing her after chick flicks, but I was hoping I could just brush it off.” She smirked and nipped my lip again sucking on it. I stared at her and she said “Now then, you’re going to let me be in control and you’re going to enjoy it.”

I flipped us over and pinned her then said “I’m in charge filly.” She smirked trying to use her superior vampire strength to flip me but I channeled my mana throughout my body and met her with equal force. This wasn’t advised by most medics because the body could grow to depend on mana preventing magic users from ever doing anything but enhancing their body and it could lead to mana exhaustion. She blinked and I said “I’m not letting you take control. If we do anything I’ll be in charge, you have a problem with that too bad. I don’t’ take orders from anyone got it filly?”

She nodded and I released the magic from my body so my muscles didn’t become dependent on it and kissed her nipping her lower lip and sucking on it. She moaned softly as I rubbed my knee up and down her clothed center. I wondered if this was the effect of having a succubus living with us or just held in sexual tension. Rarity smirked and said “What are you going to do with me, Mr. Officer.” I raised an eyebrow and she said “Well you are the head of a monster police force.” I sighed and nodded not liking the term monster much preferring extra species. Rarity smirked and said “So what are my crimes?”

I smirked slightly and said “Assaulting an officer, drinking his blood, and being so damn sexy that I can’t keep my eyes off you.” She giggled and we leaned in for a kiss. Rarity nipped my lip again and we started to get hot and heavy when I heard the sound of someone clearing their throat. I turned and saw Rainbow leaning over the bannister and said “Yes Rainbow?” She snorted and pointed at us. I raised an eyebrow and asked “Yes something I can help you with?”

She nodded and said “Yes. You can let me in on the action.” I raised an eyebrow. She smirked and said “I have no problem with you two going and getting it on, I just want to be a part of it.” I raised an eyebrow at her and she said “What’s up stud?” I smirked at her and she flushed slightly. She stared at me and asked “Why are you looking at me like that?”

In response I asked “Do you always talk such big game, or is it just how you were taught to talk since you’re a succubus?” She blushed and I said “Because it sure seems like you’ve never seen this happen before. I bet you get most of your spiritual energy through a kiss.” She flushed and looked away. I smirked and said “That’s what I thought.” She turned and glared at me as I held up my hands and said “Nothing wrong with being a virgin.” Rarity chuckled and I lightly bopped her on the nose to tell her to behave then got off of her and went to take a cold shower. I kissed Dash as I walked past her and said “Don’t lose your innocence to anyone you don’t love just because of your species.” She stared at me as I walked into my room to get on my computer. I logged onto my computer and got on a few messengers I used. I checked my messages then logged out and started playing a few RPGs to relax.

I stretched as I played not noticing two mares standing in my doorway watching me and wondering what a grown stallion could possibly want with video games. I yawned and rolled away from my desk when I was done then turned to the two mares and asked “Yes can I help you ladies with something?” They shook their heads and walked into the room then sat down on my bed. I put my fingers together and stared at the two mares over the top of them. Rarity smiled innocently while Dash tried to put out an aura of lust.

I sighed and said “I’m not going to fuck either one of you.” They blinked surprised by my blunt vulgarity and I continued “I might kiss you both, but I’m not going to have sex with either one of you just because I can. Rainbow you don’t even know what you want out of a stallion, you just think you have to be a sex symbol because you’re a succubus. When you develop your own personality we’ll talk. Rarity you think you have claim over me because you’ve been here for a few weeks. Not the case. Honestly what almost happened downstairs shouldn’t have happened even in the unlikeliest of situations because I don’t think I love you. Anyway if either of you need me I’ll be in the garage.”

I got up and walked out the door, with them following, then walked downstairs to the garage and walked in. I turned on my stereo and started working on the project I’d started when Rarity moved in. It was a specialized cooler. I just had to finish cutting out the mold of it and then I could work on taking it to a friend of mine’s to get it made. He told me he needed a mold to work with or he’d never be able to create it. I’d just nodded at the time and told him I’d get right on it. I pulled on my welding gear and started to weld the mold as it was needed. It was supposed to be shaped like a dragon’s mouth.

After about twenty minutes I finished and let the metal cool then leaned on the freezer located in the garage and muttered “Now I just need to load this up and take it to my friend. Yay,” I yawned and stretched then put my welding gear away and plopped down in a rocking chair I had for when I’d done long nights. I looked at the clock and saw it was only noon and muttered “Should I make lunch, or let them find food for themselves?” After a few minutes I sighed and got up and walked into the kitchen. I stared looking around for something to cook realizing that the food I’d stocked up on was almost gone. I sighed and muttered “Quesadillas it is.”

I pulled out the cheese and tortillas then started to heat up a pan using butter so the quesadillas wouldn’t stick. As I prepared to get started on the first one Rarity and Rainbow walked into the room. I glanced at them and asked “Quesadillas ok?” They nodded and I said “How many?” Rarity held up two fingers and Rainbow three. I nodded and said “To for Rare, three for Rain, and just one for me, half a dozen in total.” I cooked the first one and tossed it onto a plate then started on the second. I set it in front of Rain, then when the second finished I slid it to Rare. I started on Rain’s second as she and Rarity dug in. By the time they’d both finished their first I was done with the second for each of them.

I started on Rain’s third one as Rarity daintily ate her second, which was an odd sight to see. I mean how can you eat something so inherently messy with such grace and poise was beyond me and my capabilities. As they both finished their second one I slid Rain her third and sat down to eat mine. I ate slowly, but still managed to get my plate coated in ooey gooey cheese.

When I finished I noticed the girls were watching me and I asked “Something up, ladies?” They shook their heads and continued to watch me. I sighed and said “Obviously something’s up or you wouldn’t be staring at me. What is it?” Rainbow chuckled and Rarity sighed then stretched out and I waited for the two of them to tell me exactly what they were hiding or wanted to ask me about.

Rarity finally cracked and asked “Why did you say you wouldn’t mate with either of us?” I raised an eyebrow wondering if that was really her only question. She sighed and said “Also we need to go shopping soon.” I nodded and got up then washed our plates. Rainbow watched me, and I unconsciously flicked my tail as I worked. I glanced back to see the two girls staring at me with half lidded gazes. I snorted knowing my physique was slightly Olympian but that didn’t mean much. I just kept in shape because I didn’t know what would be thrown at me at any moment. Also I liked to spar with the local guard because I knew most of them from my youth with my uncle.

It was nothing to brag about, but it sure did get mares to give me a second glance. I sighed and said “You two can stop staring at any time. I mean come on; I’m not some Adonis that likes to be admired. I’m a bit more down to Equus than that. If anything it kinda creeps me out when mares go into Lala-land just because they are admiring my figure. Anyway, besides needing to go shopping is there anything you two aren’t telling me?” They glanced at each other as I stared at them then Rarity motioned for Rainbow to speak this time. She sighed and muttered something. My ears twitched, but I couldn’t make out much more than the words we need. I snorted and said “You’ll have to speak up Lady Dash if you want me to hear what you have to say.”

She grumbled then said “We need you to go with us to open up bank accounts. I have to talk to the pegasi about joining the weather team and Rarity needs to open up an account because she’s started selling clothes.” I nodded and stretched then popped my back and she continued “Also the contractors called. They said something about expanding the basement; I believe it’s to hold a new tenant?”

I blinked and said “Huh they work fast. They’re probably going to have to expand the entire house before the weeks through if they’re going to keep adding tenants at such a rapid rate. I didn’t even know they wanted me to house any other tenants. I figured I was done after you and Rarity to be completely honest, but whatever. I’ll call them back and let them know the day they can start building. Is that everything? If so, I think I’m going to go for a run.” They shook their heads to show they had nothing else to add then Dash said something about going to bed while I got up and headed out the back toward the forest on the edge of my property.

I jogged out the door shutting it behind me then stretched and started running along the well tread path. I lived in a town somewhere between Ponyville and the capital so I didn’t have to worry about the Everfree forest but I was also not near Whitetail Wood. I jogged along the path for a while, having slowed down after passing the twenty minute mark, and found myself hearing humming coming from the path ahead. I slowed down to a walk and approached it. I found myself staring at a pony who was sitting in a clearing humming to herself. I walked up slowly and said “Hello there.”

She gasped and turned toward me revealing that she had the ears and tail of a rabbit. I blinked and said “Ah you’re an extra species. That’s cool I currently live with two extra species girls, one’s a succubus and the other is a vampire. I hope I didn’t scare you.” She shook her head and I said “Great. I’m Shadow Heart, who are you?”

She smiled shyly and said “Hello I’m Cotton tail.” I mentally chuckled thinking about how like how we ponies named foals, her name fit her appearance. She smiled slightly and asked me “Do you live nearby?” I nodded and she asked “Do you have a reason you’re out at this time?” I shrugged and she said “Ok, so what brings you to my little clearing?” I smirked slightly and shrugged again. She sighed and said “You seemed so willing to talk when you first showed up, why don’t you want to talk now?”

I smirked and said “I do, I just didn’t want to answer your questions right away. Anyway I should probably get back to my place before the girls come looking for me. It was nice meeting you Cotton. I’ll see you around I guess.” She nodded and vanished into the forest while I turned and jogged back to the house. I walked in smelling of musk, since I’d run the entire way back.

The girls studied me from the couch. Well Rarity studied me; Rainbow however was asleep in my chair. I studied them and said “Can I help you with something Rare?” She shook her head and I said “Great. I think I’m going to take one from Rain’s book and go collapse in my room. I’ll make dinner when I wake up, what do you feel like having tonight?”

She thought about it and said “You feel up to making chicken parmesan?” I nodded and started for the stairs then headed up to my room to collapse on my bed and fall asleep. I only stopped myself from collapsing on my bed long enough to take off my shoes and shirt, then I collapsed and passed out for the next three hours.

I woke up a little past eight at night and walked downstairs where the two mares were watching TV. Rarity waved at me and I asked “You ok with Chicken Parm, Rainbow?” She nodded and I got the food out of the fridge then started to cut it up. After about ten minutes I had three breasts, three thighs, and six legs that were usable. I put away the thighs and legs, then slathered the breasts in sauce, cheese, and baked them in the oven. I sat down at the table and waited for the food to bake. The girls walked in while I was waiting and sat on either side of me. I glanced at them questioningly and they just shrugged. I asked “Guessing nothing good is on TV?” They nodded crest fallen and I chuckled.

After waiting a while the food was done and I served us each a piece. I’d grown used to eating meat because of Rarity, that and I had canines so I could eat meat without too much of a problem. As we ate Rainbow and I got to know each other. She was an athlete, planning on joining the wonderbolts, but had a history in working with the weather. Like pegasi her wings gave her natural magic that allowed her to manipulate clouds. She wanted to join the wonderbolts because they seemed like a cool stunt flying group and she thought she’d enjoy it more than staying in the weather business. I told her not to quit her day job and she replied “I’ll do both if I can. I enjoy working with the weather, but I prefer stunt flying.” I nodded in understanding then Rarity got into the conversation asking Rainbow about what mane care products she used and what she did to keep her complexion clear. I chuckled and tuned them out then the three of us headed to bed.

Well there we go Two mosnters down four to go. Next up is Applejack, Three chapters after that with the other girls then I'm switching stories for a while. If you want to see any particular pony leave them in the comments with what type of creature you want them to be and I'll see if I agree with it or not. That said on to the next one and I hope you enjoyed. Also the sex is coming, but these two aren't going to get Shadow too soon. Probably will be after all the girls arrive. After Applejack is either Pinkie or Fluttershy and I'm saving Twilight for last.
