Humanity.

Such a complex, hard to understand aspect of life, but what if cartoons of our creations could find a way into our reality?

What would happen then? Well...

It was a warm summer day in Vienna, birds chirping, the local school brimming with students who are laughing as they are about to start their first day after the summer term,

little did they know, it would be their last. As humans that is.

My name is Tom, I live in the suburbs of Onetown, Vienna. I was just starting my school day after a long winded summer holiday where I pretty much just sat down and played Call of duty: Advanced Warfare.

I met up at the school gate with my friends, Bill and Jenessa, laughing at the regular jokes bill made, and we entered the school, unprepared for what was to come, yet the sun shining down on us proved otherwise, if that meant anything now.

We were in the first lesson, Chemistry, when we heard a faint scream, something like: "The ponies are coming!" or "God damn you ponies! why cant you just leave humanity alone!" When we heard a bang at the door. The teacher, miss Bellweather, walked up to the door and opened it, what happened next was too fast to make out, but it was the blur of a small, colourful pony jumping onto the teacher, licking her face. Her face elongated, turning into a muzzle, fur spreading all over her body and bones shifting and cracking until a bright red unicorn took her place.

"Yay! you are one of us now! Now lets go give these students our gift as well!"

Our teacher got up and looked at us nervously, or what was our teacher.

"I cant.... I wont..." she said before she could no longer control herself as she jut threw herself at the nearest student, the student dodging, all while the other pony cheered her on, a wide smile on her face.

"RUN!" I quickly registered in my head and motioned all the other students to the window, throwing the beanbags that were present onto the floor outside the window, the students running towards it and jumping down into the school campus.

"You wont escape! you will enjoy joining us! just you wait!"

This was only the beginning.
