Trying To Get The Gift For Her Sister
Pinkie Pie was bouncing happily to an ice cream shop after doing some work in Sugarcube Corner. Once she got there and ate ice cream she saw that Rarity was walking to Carousal Boutique. Pinkie Pie wondered if Rarity wouldn't mind talking to her or if she was to busy at that moment.
Pinkie Pie decided to walk over to Rarity so she could talk to her for a few moments and possibly hang out with Rarity as well. When she got towards Rarity she stayed behind Rarity so she didn't surprise her she then decided to reveal herself and went to Rarity. She spoke to Rarity.
"Hey Rarity. I just had some delicious ice cream!" What are you doing out here? Do you want to do something with me?" Pinkie Pie asked Rarity. Rarity stopped walking and turned to Pinkie Pie. She grabbed her shoulders and whispered to her in a frantic voice full of urgency.
"What are you doing here!? Aren't you supposed to be at Sugarcube Corner?!" Rarity exclaimed as she asked Pinkie Pie. Pinkie Pie was startled by Rarity. She became concerned for her friend. She looked around to see that no ponies were staring at them and looked at Rarity and responded to her.
"My shift is done. Why do you want to know. And why are you freaking out? It's really weird. You need to calm down. Your like Twilight when she freaks out it's somewhat annoying." Pinkie Pie said. Rarity spoke.
"I'm freaking out because it's almost Hearths Warming Eve and I don't know what to get Sweetie Belle! I've been all around trying to find a gift that best suits her! What does she want!?" Rarity exclaimed.
"Why don't you ask her what she wants? Maybe you can find out what to get for her and then get her the gift that she told you she wanted." Pinkie Pie said.
"I can't do that! Hearth's Warming Eve is just a few days away. If I asked her then she would know I was getting it for her! I'm upset Pinkie Pie!!" Rarity yelled. Pinkie Pie shook her head as she tried to think of a response. She spoke.
"I'm sorry Rarity I don't know what to tell you. If you can't remember then just get her a card and make up an excuse. Shouldn't be that hard." Pinkie Pie said. Rarity shook her head in refusal.
"No I must remember or find out what the gift she wanted was. I can't let her down." Rarity told Pinkie Pie in a determined voice. Pinkie Pie nodded and they both said bye to eachother. Rarity ran back to Carousal Boutique to try and find Sweetie Belle's Christmas list.
Rarity looked everywhere and was starting to panic about the gift for Sweetie Belle. If she couldn't find it then she would have to try something else. She finished looking and went back outside. She saw Applebloom and Scootaloo. She went over to them.
"Do you know what Sweetie Belle wants for Hearth's Warming Eve?!" She asked franticly. They both looked at her as they were startled by how she approached them. They looked at eachother and thought. They then looked at Rarity and Scootaloo spoke.
"I think Sweetie Belle said that she wanted a necklace." Scootaloo asked. Rarity looked at her quizzically. They both shrugged at her.
"Are you serious? You mean to tell me that she would want that for Hearth's Warming Eve? That's very funny. Stop making things up. If she wanted a necklace then I can't spend money on it as I need to save up. I don't even know what necklace to get her. Rarity said. Scootaloo frowned.
"You know you should have enough to buy her a gift right? It shouldn't be that expensive. Plus she told us it was silver." Apple Bloom said. Apple Bloom handed Rarity information about it. Rarity nodded.
"Alright. I'll buy her the necklace. Thanks girls." Rarity said. She then turned around a left them. Scootaloo and Apple Bloom went off to do something else. She went to the jewelry shop and bought it with no problem. She hoped that Sweetie Belle wasn't home as if she was then she would see her present by accident.
She got home and wrapped up Sweetie Belle's present and hid it in her room where she could find it but Sweetie Belle couldn't. She wrote herself a reminder on where Sweetie Belle's gift was so that she didn't forget. All's she had to do now was wait.
The days went by and before she knew it it was Hearth's Warming Eve. She got Sweetie Belle's present the moment it was nighttime and gave it to Sweetie Belle. She looked at it.
"You got me something?" Sweetie Belle asked. Rarity nodded. Sweetie Belle unwrapped the necklace and studied it. It was the exact one she asked Rarity for. She got up and hugged Rarity.
"Wow Rarity. I'm happy you got it for me." Sweetie Belle said. Rarity smiled and kissed her head.
"I'm glad you liked it. Happy Hearth's Warming Day. Rarity said. Sweetie Belle tried it on and looked in a mirror. She loved it. She spoke to Rarity.
"I like it a lot. Thanks." Sweetie Belle said. Rarity nodded her head.
"Your welcome. I love you Sweetie Belle." Rarity said.
"I love you to Rarity." Sweetie Belle said. They hugged again and hung out for the rest of the day. It turned out to be a good Hearth's Warming Eve for both of them.
