Rainbow Dash wasn't expecting to enjoy her stay at her brother's cliffside cabin. Until a strange visitor arrives to make her trip worthwhile.
At her parents' strong recommendation, Rainbow Dash goes West to visit her brother on the coastline. Her stay there isn't one she's looking forward to. But one day, she sees someone down in the water. An elusive someone who only appears at dusk and dawn.
Captivated by this mysterious stranger, Rainbow Dash takes it upon herself to find out who is always watching her from the beach.
