Confession- A Spike X Starlight Story.

Spike yawned as he got up out of his bed.

Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie And Rainbow Dash Were on a trip to Canterlot while He,Starlight Glimmer And Twilight stayed at the castle.

Spike continued with his daily morning routine.

Took a shower, Brushed his teeth And Dried himself.

"Alright Then! Let's Beat Celestia Wars 2!" (Spike's Favourite Video Game.)

Just as he booted the game up he heard his mother's voice.

"Spike! I need to ask you something!"

Spike paused his game got up and said "Coming Mom!"

Spike now calls Twilight his mother after they had a heart to heart talk.

Twilight loves him like a son, Spike Feels like Twilight is his mother.

Spike Ran to the map table of harmony, to see two ponies sitting on the chairs.

"Ah good morning spike!" Starlight said to the small purple dragon.

"Morning Mom And Starlight!" Spike exclaimed.

"Morning son!" Twilight continued.

"So we wanted to know if you wanted to come kite flying with us?"

Spike wasn't really into kites. He wondered if he really wanted to...until she remembered starlight.

"Yeah sure! sounds like fun!" Spike said.

"Wonderful!" Twilight exclaimed.

They all got up and grabbed their kites.

Each kite had a design on it.

Spike's kite had his canterlot statue on it.

Twilight's kite had books on it.

And Starlight's kite had her cutie mark on it.

They headed out the entrance and step in the nice summer sun.

They went down to the river where they usually go to fly kites.

The wind was perfect today in Equestria, especially for kite flying.

They all sit down and start flying their kites.

After about 16 minutes Spike spun his kite around (which is considered a trick in Equestria)

Starlight was impressed by this and said "Eh nice one spike!" and pave him a pat on the back.

Spike slightly blushed and looked down at his reflection.

Starlight suddenly got up and said "I need to go to the toilet!" Starlight said as she ran with her legs crossed.

Spike sighed and look down sadly.

Twilight looked at Spike and noticed this.

"What's wrong Spike? You look upset."

"Mom....I think i like Starlight." Spike said worryingly.

Twilight smiled and said "That's so wonderful spike! Why don't you tell her?"

"I'm nervous to." Spike said sadly.

Twilight tried to come up with a plan. Maybe a list?

No that wouldn't work.

"Spike son." Twilight said.

"What mom?"

"Go to her and tell her."

"But..."

"Spike trust me." Twilight said.

"Well....okay..." Spike said as he got up and walked to the castle doors.

Starlight open the castle doors and accidently bumped into spike.

"Oh sorry spike!" Starlight exclaimed.

"It's okay but Starlight i have something to tell you. Spike said.

Starlight looked at Spike confused and said "What is it Spike? Is something wrong?"

Spike mumbled before he shouted out "I LIKE YOU!"

Spike ran away into the castle before Starlight could respond

"Spike Wait!" Starlight said desperately.

Spike ran into his room and jumped on his bed and went under the covers.

Spike starting sobbing.

"I've ruined it! I've ruined everything!" Spike shouted through his tears.

Spike heard a knock on his door.

"Go away Mom!" Spike sniffed.

"It's me Starlight" Starlight said.

Spike felt a soft hoof on his shoulder.

He got out of the covers to see Starlight smiling.

"Are you okay spike?" Starlight asked.

"I'm fine" Spike Replied.

Spike then felt a lip on his lip. It was Starlight kissing Spike.

After Starlight kissed him she said "I love you too spikey"

Spike felt so happy.

He said "I love you too Starlight."

It was a couple of months after Starlight and Spike started dating.

They were walking through ponyville talking about the princesses.

They reached sugarcube corner.

They walked inside to be greeted by a very happy pink earth pony.

"Oh hi spike and starlight!" Pinkie Pie said in her usual happy tone.

"Hi Pinkie!" Starlight and Spike said in union.

"What will it be!?! I BET IT'S A SUPER DUPER TASTY CUPCAKE!" Pinkie Pie Exclaimed.

"Actually..." Spike continued.

"Can we get a cake?" Spike finished.

"The errr best cake you have!" Starlight extended on Spike's sentence.

"Okie dokie loki!" Pinkie Exclaimed as she put a box on the counter.

Starlight put 2 bits on the counter and so did spike.

They took the box said goodbye to Pinkie and sat on a nearby bench.

"Oh celestia i'm starving!" Starlight exclaimed.

"You can say that again babe!" Spike responded.

They devoured the cake and talked for a bit.

Before going back to Twilight's castle and playing some video games.

Spike and Starlight Have been dating for about a year now, and they are very happy.

They love each other very much.

But Spike was about to take it to the next step.

"Hey Mom!" Spike called his mother.

"Hi Spike! How are you and Starlight?"

"We're good mom but..."

Twilight became confused and asked "Did something happen?"

Spike then said "I Want to ask her the big question..."

Twilight spat out her tea.

"OH MY CELESTIA SPIKE!!!! THATS WONDERFUL!!!"

Spike blushed and said "Where can i get a good hoof ring?"

"Hmmmm i think i know. Come on Spike!" Twilight exclaimed.

They walk through town and went to Drifter's Rings And Jewelry Store.

They negotiate a price for a bit and settled down on 126 bits.

The ring they bought came in a black case.

The ring itself was a golden hoof ring with small encrusted diamonds on it.

Spike saw Starlight flying a kite and told her mother to Stay where she was.

Spike proceeded to walk up to the unicorn.

"Oh hey baby!" Starlight Exclaimed.

"Hi babe!" Spike responded.

Starlight saw the box in Spike's hands and asked

"What's in there?"

Spike then bent down and Starlight instantly knew what was about to happen.

"Starlight Glimmer" Spike said boldly.

Starlight's face lit up with glee and joy.

"Will you marry me?"
