My Little Persona

Prologue

Hello my name is Tarot Duelwield and this is my life or lives because I remember before I lived. My name was Steven no last name and I died. How did Steven become me well he was human he died at the age of 30 by a gun. He remembers my life at the point I could not and his death and how all of this came to be. We are one and we will be carrying the world on our backs.

Hello Steven here, yes Duelwield's Persona or one of them he is a wild card after all. Now all of you reading this in time will come to understand us and why we did what we did. This will be the real telling of the events that unfolded to all of those who are still around I do this for I need to clear up with one of us did what. Also If the spell worked then their are others in different worlds that can read this I just hope my family finds this because I left without saying goodbye and that I love you all. I hope you forgive me for everything that I did and where able to move on. I shall start the day I died and what happened after then Duelwield will take over after his Foal-hood because It was hard enough to watch, but going threw that. I don't what him to relive that. Every thing starts somewhere and this will start with my death.

I was a normal guy for the most part, according to the children around me I was to 'mean' and they didn't understand what made me tick. I let only one person in and not by much she saw how different I was and didn't like it so she left. I did't care my games would allow me to at the very lest hide the pain of my life in plain sight and everyone who played them would enjoy them. It was not meant to be. Heading home from work I get in to a small fight with some guy I try to fight him off until he pulled the gun. I gave him everything I had on me at the time. It was not enough he was pissed about the black eye I gave him he shot me and let me tell you dying hurts like hell when you bleed out. I died that day but as luck would have it. It was not the end of me no that was only the start of my story.

Well cross dying off my bucket list. That was fun. Now where am I? WELCOME YOUNG ONE THIS IS THE VOID. That tells me a lot. THIS IS THE REALM BETWEEN THE LAST TWO SECONDS OF DEATH YOU WERE CHOSEN TO BE ALLOWED ANOTHER CHANCE AT LIFE. Neat. HOWEVER WITH ALL THINGS IT COMES WITH A PRICE. THE PRICE IS NOT ONLY A CHANGE OF LOCATION BUT OF FORM YOU WILL NO LONGER BE HUMAN ALTHOUGH YOU WILL REMEMBER BEING AS SUCH. YOU WILL HAVE TO RELEARN EVERYTHING AS YOU WILL GO TO A NEW WORLD. Why? THE WORLD IS IN DANGER AN THEY WILL NEED A HERO. A HERO WITH PAIN TRUE FOR THE WORLD THAT YOU ARE NEEDED IN WILL PAY ITS PRICE IT HAS ALL READY AGREED ALL I NEED YOU TO DO IS TO SIGN THE CONTRACT. I WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH POWER WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT. SO DO YOU WANT TO LIVE? Yes I accept the terms of the contract. VERY WELL NOW. DIE!

First time ever writing a story hope you enjoy. This story is a work of fiction, Similarities between characters or events to persons (or ponies in the show after season 6) living or dead in any world are purely coincidental. If you are offended by anything in this story I am truly sorry. It is a persona story so prepare for some darker events. Death and more will be touched more then once so don't get to attached to anyone. Please any thing you find wrong like grammar or spelling point out. Thank you all for reading. I hope you enjoy.

Okay So now you know how I got here as his Persona. It's still strange how I am and at the same time am not him. But let's not get into that not even Discord understands all of everything. So 'our' foal-hood, yea that was....... A thing.......... I will try to be as quick as I can but with everything that was, it was not a happy time in 'our' life. Thus the reason I will tell it as it's a burden that is not something that should be talked about. I should stop postponing this as long as possible. Okay here we go. 'Our' Birth was on March,28 980 CR, 'We' were born into a family of unicorns. 'We' were unfortunate enough to be born an Earth Pony. What was worse was when 'our' parents had my sister when I was five, she was a unicorn. After Lotus Blossom was welcome to the family 'our' parents in their infinite wisdom decided that it was 'our' fault whenever something went wrong even when they saw Lotus do something. Their reasoning was that 'our' "rebellious attitude" was the reason for her faults. So they punished 'us' instead.

The punishments 'we' suffered were more like torture. Everything you can think of a some you won't. 'We' were put through' rock farming, lemon bucking, get the groceries that were at the top of a steep hill without a cart, 'our' neighbors foals beat 'us' and stole 'our' lunch money and threw rocks at 'us' at every turn, school, not to forget 'we' had to do all of this with an anti-magic yolk. That all pails in comparison to what they did to 'us' with their magic. Their is too much to go into but let's just say that all of the cuts, bruises and broken bones were not because 'we' were clumsy.

That all changed the year 'we' turned ten. The 13th day of the 6th month. When 'our' town was attacked. 'We' saw both 'our' parents along with 'our' sister killed in front of 'us'. 'We' were luck that the guard was there or 'we' would have died right then. To help 'us' heal 'we' were picked up by the princess herself I meet her student Twilight and her assistant Spike. Over the next ten years they tried to help but 'we' avoided everyone. Why connect with others if they will just turn on you, hurt you, pick on you, and die without ever knowing how you felt. Then everything changed on the day Twilight,Spike and 'us' were sent to Ponyville where 'we' found our calling, 'our' destiny. the day 'our fate changed for the better.
